however, conservation alone cannot solve the problem. another way, perhaps the best i think,, is to develop new energy resources. obviously, no matter how hard we try to save energy resources and how abundant they are, we will use them up sooner or later. i think there are many energy resources that we can develop and utilize. we don’t have to depend only on the current conventional energy resources. there are many other energy resources that we can develop such as nuclear power, waterpower and solar power. these resources, if developed, can completely replace the conventional energy and thus solve the problem of energy shortage.

一、城市水环境的基本特点

1、城市用水的特点

生活用水和生产用水是城市用水的主要类型，由于城市人员密集、工业化生产程度高，所以，城市用水需要较高的质量、较大的供水量、稳定的供给，这对城市采水、供水和用水来说有着不同于农村的特点。

2、城市用水的依赖性强

城市由于用水量大、供水要求高，所以，单纯依靠城市区域的供给和开采往往难于满足城市发展的需要，因此，大众城市往往需要从城区周边或外地调水来满足城市的用水需要，“引滦入津”、“南水北调”就是这样的举措。

3、城市水环境脆弱

在我国北方，城市生活和生产用水大都在简单处理或未经处理就直接排放到环境之中，在日积月累的大量污染的影响下，城市水环境受到了严重破坏，并且这一现象有蔓延和恶化的趋势，造成水环境的脆弱和生态的破坏，影响城市深入地发展。

4、城市地下水环境恶化

城市地下水环境恶化来源有两个，一是，城市生产和生活中大量污染源渗入地下，造成对地下水资源和水环境的破坏;二是，城市地表硬化导致城市地面下渗量的减少，在大量开采地下水的同时，没有必要的补充，出现水环境的恶化。

二、城市水环境综合治理方法

1、以人为本，科学发展

把维护广大人民群众的根本利益作为第一点，把群众最关心、最直接和现实的水环境保护问题为重点，转变发展观念，重视生态文明建设，加快建设资源节约和环境友好社会，走科学发展道路。

2、优先保护饮用水源

合格的安全饮用水源是人民生活的必需品，水环境治理应突出重点，优先保护饮用水源，确保群众饮水安全。

3、强化节能减排、效益原则

与区县减排工作挂钩，把COD削减量考核指标纳入到区县水环境治理目标体系中，明确各区县污水处理率、污水处理厂运行负荷率等量化指标。切实保障三个达标，即污水处理率必须达标、污水处理厂的运行负荷率必须达标、COD的减排必须达标。合理安排资金，对节能减排效果明显，有一定经济基础，技术条件成熟，符合国家和行业产业政策的项目优先考虑。

4、治本方针

突出截污治污。河道沿线村镇、企业密集，污染来源复杂。为此，河道治理将坚持“先截污、后清淤、先治理、后换水”的原则，周密排查河道沿线污染来源，大力实施清淤、截污、生态护坡、河岸绿化等措施，加强河道水体自净和生态修复功能;在突出截污治理的同时，各区县还将坚持污水处理厂、配套管网同步建设，大力提升现有污水处理厂运行负荷率，妥善解决污水出路，切实提高河道水环境质量。

5、加强协作，落实责任

市水务局于去年成立了河道水环境考核办公室，将清水工程已治理河道纳入考核范围，各区县按照属地管理原则在本辖区内建立水环境管理机构和相关管理机制，有效巩固水环境治理成果。此外，目前市政府已正式批准本市河道水环境实施“河长制”管理意见，即将公布全市主要河道“河长”名单，构建完善的河道水环境管理长效机制，为今后本市水环境由加强治理向强化管理转变打好基础。

三、城市河流水防治和改善技术的应用

1、底泥疏浚和河床微生态系统修复

在河流洪水、蓄洪功能上,底泥疏浚主要体现在河流利用水面变化增加行洪、蓄洪能力。作为沉积物沉积,有的湖泊水的深度可以被调整,从而减少其调节和存储功能。增加城市河湖疏浚河道水容量后,以确保顺利排出这些河流洪水,保障人民群众的生命和财产安全,也避免了洪涝灾害。底泥疏浚是水环境综合整治的一项重要措施,滇池、巢湖、太湖等水环境综合整治已被广泛使用。可见,合理的疏浚清除污染物,对于生态系统的恢复和重建具有非常重要的作用。

2、人工增氧技术

人工增氧技术是基于城市河流水污染后缺氧的现象,人工的向水体中注入空气或氧气,从而加速水体复氧的进程,提高水体的溶解氧水平,恢复和提高在水中好氧微生物的活力,使河流水的污染物净化,从而改善河流的水质。河流氧气一般使用固定和移动站充氧平台两种形式。河道人工增氧技术的应用,能够使得水质不同时期达到消除黑臭、减少水体污染负荷、促进河流生态系统恢复的目的。

3、调水引流水质改善技术

贯穿城市的内河河网水系,因为控制结构的限制,使得河流水不能够连接到外部的水体,造成水处于静止的状态,当天气炎热的时候,溶解在水中的氧气浓度就会降低,容易导致水质变坏。通过改进水域水动力条件,提高水体污染物的稀释能力,增强局部水体的自净能力,许多城市在水资源利用和部署中,通过跨流域调水工程,解决空间分布不均的问题。

4、植物修复技术

对于河道河流自然恢复应采取生态化措施,主要是通过恢复河岸植被、恢复天然湿地,在河岸种植芦苇、浮萍、睡莲、水生植物和其他湿地植物,以提高水体的净化能力。种植水生植物的城市河流水,一方面能够通过植物的根系的吸收,从而降低和遏制富营养化趋势;另一方面通过种植水生植物,可以也起到美化水体环境,提高城市的景观的效果。

5、生物净化技术

生物净化技术是充分利用天然水体自净的功能,采用人工措施,创造更有利的环境有利于微生物的生长和繁殖,并培养出大量的微生物从而增强水体净化能力,以提高纳污水体氧化降解有机物能力的一种净化方法。目前国内外最常用的生物净化技术是曝气技术、生物膜技术与投菌技术。生物净化技术,其成本低,对环境的影响小,能够有效降解污染物,是水体污染处理的最佳选择之一。生物净化技术及产品的开发,特别是分解菌株的培养也将被筛选到河流水污染控制技术之中,是未来城市水污染防治和治理的发展趋势。将具有特殊分解能力的菌种添加到河边,能够将水体中有毒有害物质分解为无毒无害的物质,从而加速有毒物质的分解、转化,不仅可以提高河流的净化能力,而且也实现了河流的生态修复。生物产品的运用将成为人工增氧、底泥疏浚等现有防治技术的有益补充。

综上所述，我国的城市河流和湖泊污染情况是非常严重的,城市河流水有不同程度的富营养化问题。目前,在城市河流污染环境下,需要完善城市管线网络,并建设污水处理厂,具体的水污染防治技术措施有:底泥疏浚、人工增加氧气、引水排水水质改善、植物修复、湿地水净化技术等河流强化净化技术。能够应对不同的城市的污水状况,使得城市河流水污染的情况得到了有效的控制,促进城市河流的健康发展。

当前，威胁人类生存的十大环境问题是：

(一)全球气候变暖

由于人口的增加和人类生产活动的规模越来越大，向大气释放的二氧化碳(CO2)、甲烷(CH4)、一氧化二氮(N2O)、氯氟碳化合物(CFC)、四氯化碳(CCl4)、一氧化碳(CO)等温室气体不断增加，导致大气的组成发生变化。大气质量受到影响，气候有逐渐变暖的趋势。由于全球气候变暖，将会对全球产生各种不同的影响，较高的温度可使极地冰川融化，海平面每10年将升高6厘米，因而将使一些海岸地区被淹没。全球变暖也可能影响到降雨和大气环流的变化，使气候反常，易造成旱涝灾害，这些都可能导致生态系统发生变化和破坏，全球气候变化将对人类生活产生一系列重大影响。

(二)臭氧层的耗损与破坏

在离地球表面10~50千米的大气平流层中集中了地球上90%的臭氧气体，在离地面25千米处臭氧浓度最大，形成了厚度约为3毫米的臭氧集中层，称为臭氧层。它能吸收太阳的紫外线，以保护地球上的生命免遭过量紫外线的伤害，并将能量贮存在上层大气，起到调节气候的作用。但臭氧层是一个很脆弱的大气层，如果进入一些破坏臭氧的气体，它们就会和臭氧发生化学作用，臭氧层就会遭到破坏。臭氧层被破坏，将使地面受到紫外线辐射的强度增加，给地球上的生命带来很大的危害。研究表明，紫外线辐射能破坏生物蛋白质和基因物质脱氧核糖核酸，造成细胞死亡;使人类皮肤癌发病率增高;伤害眼睛，导致白内障而使眼睛失明;抑制植物如大豆、瓜类、蔬菜等的生长，并穿透10米深的水层，杀死浮游生物和微生物，从而危及水中生物的食物链和自由氧的来源，影响生态平衡和水体的自净能力。

(三)生物多样性减少

《生物多样性公约》指出，生物多样性“是指所有来源的形形色色的生物体，这些来源包括陆地、海洋和其他水生生态系统及其所构成的生态综合体;它包括物种内部、物种之间和生态系统的多样性。”在漫长的生物进化过程中会产生一些新的物种，同时，随着生态环境条件的变化，也会使一些物种消失。所以说，生物多样性是在不断变化的。近百年来，由于人口的急剧增加和人类对资源的不合理开发，加之环境污染等原因，地球上的各种生物及其生态系统受到了极大的冲击，生物多样性也受到了很大的损害。有关学者估计，世界上每年至少有5万种生物物种灭绝，平均每天灭绝的物种达140个，估计到21世纪初，全世界野生生物的损失可达其总数的15%~30%。在中国，由于人口增长和经济发展的压力，对生物资源的不合理利用和破坏，生物多样性所遭受的损失也非常严重，大约已有200个物种已经灭绝;估计约有5000种植物在近年内已处于濒危状态，这些约占中国高等植物总数的20%;大约还有398种脊椎动物也处在濒危状态，约占中国脊椎动物总数的7.7%左右。因此，保护和拯救生物多样性以及这些生物赖以生存的生活条件，同样是摆在我们面前的重要任务。

(四)酸雨蔓延

酸雨是指大气降水中酸碱度(PH值)低于5.6的雨、雪或其他形式的降水。这是大气污染的一种表现。 酸雨对人类环境的影响是多方面的。酸雨降落到河流、湖泊中，会妨碍水中鱼、虾的成长，以致鱼虾减少或绝迹;酸雨还导致土壤酸化，破坏土壤的营养，使土壤贫瘠化，危害植物的生长，造成作物减产，危害森林的生长。此外，酸雨还腐蚀建筑材料，有关资料说明，近十几年来，酸雨地区的一些古迹特别是石刻、石雕或铜塑像的损坏超过以往百年以上，甚至千年以上。世界目前已有三大酸雨区。我国华南酸雨区是唯一尚未治理的。

(五)森林锐减

在今天的地球上，我们的绿色屏障——森林正以平均每年4000平方公里的速度消失。森林的减少使其涵养水源的功能受到破坏，造成了物种的减少和水土流失，对二氧化碳的吸收减少进而又加剧了温室效应。

(六)土地荒漠化

全球陆地面积占60%，其中沙漠和沙漠化面积29%。每年有600万公顷的土地变成沙漠。经济损失每年423亿美元。全球共有干旱、半干旱土地50亿公顷，其中33亿遭到荒漠化威胁。致使每年有600万公顷的农田、900万公顷的牧区失去生产力。人类文明的摇篮底格里斯河、幼发拉底河流域，已由沃土变成荒漠。中国的黄河流域，水土流失亦十分严重。

(七)大气污染

大气污染的主要因子为悬浮颗粒物、一氧化碳、臭氧、二氧化碳、氮氧化物、铅等。大气污染导致每年有30-70万人因烟尘污染提前死亡，2500万的儿童患慢性喉炎，400-700万的农村妇女儿童受害。

(八)水污染

水是我们日常最需要，也上接触最多的物质之一，然而就是水如今也成了危险品。

(九)海洋污染

人类活动使近海区的氮和磷增加50%-200%;过量营养物导致沿海藻类大量生长;波罗的海、北海、黑海、东中国海(东海)等出现赤潮。海洋污染导致赤潮频繁发生，破坏了红树林、珊瑚礁、海草，使近海鱼虾锐减，渔业损失惨重。

(十)危险性废物越境转移

危险性废物是指除放射性废物以外，具有化学活性或毒性、爆炸性、腐蚀性和其他对人类生存环境存在有害特性的废物。美国在资源保护与回收法中规定，所谓危险废物是指一种固体废物和几种固体的混合物，因其数量和浓度较高，可能造成或导致人类死亡，或引起严重的难以治愈疾病或致残的废物。

Environmental problem has become an important and crucial issue. The abysmal lack of fresh water, the desertification, the green house effect and the extinction of creatures are the main issues in environment.

环境问题已成为一个重要和关键的问题。恶化的淡水缺乏，沙漠化，温室效应和生物灭绝是环境的主要问题。

With each second that passes, a water crisis takes another step closer to reality. Consumption of fresh water has tripled since 1950; and fresh water is becoming a very scarce resource. Agricultural practices, mainly irrigation, account for 67% of world water consumption. Over one billion people worldwide dont have access to clean drinking water. So it is incumbent upon all to respect every drop of water and avoid the generation of waste.

Four specific activities have been identified as major contributors to the desertification processes: over-cultivation, overgrazing, firewood gathering, and over-irrigation. The extreme seriousness of desertification results from the great difficulty in reversing or even slowing the process. Once the soil has been removed by erosion, only the passage of centuries or millennia will enable new soil to form. The tree planting is a dominant contributor to the development of the disaster. Another effective measure is to restrain the utilization of the land and to exploit the new technology to improve the productiveness of the arable land.

We must stop harvesting natural resources to excess and bring them back from the brink of extinction. If we take from the wild we must do it in ways that allow natural populations to recover and last long into the future.

The earth is not the human’s planet, it is our planet. It’s time to take measures to improve the environment for both humans and other creatures. All of us can start planting plants in our home, limiting the use of private cars and using public transportations. And the government should impose necessary standards upon the whole society. The beautiful and vigorous earth will come back soon.

The pictures symbolically illustrate pollution is becoming increasingly serious around the globe. In the first cartoon， a man is scorching the earth on a chimney. In the second one， a famous ancient Chinese poet， Wang Bo is astonished by the heavy smoke poured by chimneys into the air and dirty river polluted by a factory. We are informed that “the autumn river is the same color with the sky”。

The drawer is sending a message about the significance of the need for everyone to fight against the danger of environmental pollution. There is no denying that the industry is indications of civilization， proGREss and development. Unfortunately， as industry develops， so will the number of factories， and the amount of industry pollutants. We are so development-oriented that we almost can sacrifice our blue sky and pure water in order to obtain a little material gain.

As a consequence， it is imperative for us to take drastic actions. On the one hand， the factories should be equipped with devices which can dispose of waste gas and water so as to prevent them from polluting our planet. On the other hand， there should be an increasingly loud voice from the public for firm actions against poisonous gas sent off and unhealthy water polluted by factories.

Environmental Protection No one，regardless of race, religion or nationality, can deny that the world we live in is becoming increasingly intolerable because of the effects of global warming. According to many experts, even greater impacts are still on the way. There are numerous causes for this problem. On one hand, human-related emissions of carbon into the atmosphere is causing, and will in the future cause, significant global warming according to the theory. On the other hand, the lack of knowledge about the importance of protecting environment hinders the solving of the problem. It is urgent that immediate and effective actions should be taken right away. First, more trees need to be planted to help improve and beautify the environment. Besides, stricter laws concerning global warming and irresponsible use of fuel resources have to be put into effect and achieved good results. In a word, there is a long way to go before we can take a comfortable world for granted again .

现在的环境，被糟蹋的非常厉害，工业污染特别严重，现在人为污染也很严重，我们呼吸不到新鲜的空气，看不到那些美丽的景色。路边的小草，再也没有往日的生机;房边的大树，也变得不再青翠，就连城市的河水，也浑浊不堪。

我来为大家说一件我亲眼看到的事件吧。放暑假了，父母带我去美丽的普吉岛玩耍，第三天，我们乘船来到pp岛，在船上，我亲眼目睹了一位领队吐痰到海里，那海水是多么的清洁，干净呀!小鱼，珊瑚都尽收我的眼底，而在这种情况下，吐痰到海里，真是让人看不下去，他还吐了“两”次呢!虽然这海水是那么的纯洁，干净，但是假如每个人来这里都吐一口痰，那这海水会多么的肮脏，浑浊和难看呀!

在我们的生活中，我们应该注意从中的点点滴滴，扔垃圾时扔到垃圾娄里，不要随地吐痰，不要随意扔烟头到树林里，等等，有许多许多，只要我们努力，就一定能让我们的家园重复青春的。
