efficiently. There are some suggestions and methods to manage our time.

First, the most important thing is to know and understand how we have spent

and managed our time before. Only in this way can we know in which we have

wasted our time. We can do this by sorting out all things we do every day and

then select the necessary thing and the wasted time.

Second, after the first step, what we should do is choosing the correct

time. As the saying goes, “to choose time is to save time”. For one thing, we

have to know and understand that which period we have more efficiency and have

better quality in work or study so that we know how to make our schedule. For

another, it is better to do the most important and urgent thing first in that we

barely have enough time to finish all task within a day.

Last but not the least, it is valuable to take full advantage of our

It is quite usual that one meets failures, for ones life can never be

plain sailing. However, diffhrent people hold diffhrent attitudes towards

failure. Some people think it a heavy blow to fail in achieving something and

they can not endure failure. When they meet failure, they will be seriously

dejected and can never pluck up their courage to try again. However, others

think it natural to meet failures in ones career. Therefore, they are

psychologically prepared. When they meet failures, they will not be frustrated.

Everybody has a daily schedule. We do the same things almost every day. My

day is probaly like yours.

Heres my daily routine. I get up at 6:30 every morning. I take my time

waking up,but then I wash up quickly. I brush my teeth,comb my hair and put on

school,I go to a cram school like all my friends. I study and finish my homework

There are many festivals in China，During these holidays, my favorite holiday is Chinese New Year.Not only because it’s the biggest festival in the year, but also because it’s a new beginning that brings hope to people and it’s time for family gathering.Before the festival, people come home no matter where they are.Usually, we have a big dinner on the New Year’s Eve. What is a good eating habit? In my opinion, a good eating habit is related

to eat healthily and regularly. To say it simply, Xiao Ming has breakfast about

7:30a.m. to 9:00a.m. every morning and lunch at noon. He also has dinner about

6:30p.m. to 7:30p.m in the evening. What he eats is healthy food, such as, meat,

vegetable, fruit, egg, milk and so on. He would not have some snacks for a meal.

He also would not eat and drink too much or eat nothing. Xiao Ming sets a good

Today was the second day of our Hong Kong visit. I was very happy as

Everybody is afraid of failure, because it means what they do is useless

and they waste their energy and time. But people get the wrong idea about

failure, in fact, failure is also success. If people want to be successful, they

need to take action. Failure at least means people have tried to do, what’s

Dear Sir,

I am highly disappointed in the proposed 2004-05 budget cuts to educa1ion. Taking away basic aid status and slashing our school budgets is a recipe for educational disaster in our school. The future lies with our children. They must have access to high quality educa1ion.

My husband and I have worked hard to be able to live in a school district that provides high quality education for our children. Cutting funding in districts like ours will have a negative impact on property values.

The school that my daughter attends is hardly wha1 I would describe as a "rich" school. Parents are asked to pay for books for all the classes, science supplies and for their students to participate in the performing arts among other items. If our school is to remain a world leader in technological development, cutting our school funds is the worst possible choice to make.

Education funds should not be diverted away from education.

一位诗人说“从一粒沙看世界，从一朵花看天堂，把无限放在你的手掌，永恒在一刹那里收藏”。几天前，我有了一个听讲座的机会，从中我学到了很多东西。现在，我想把这些与大家共享。让我们伸出右手，我们可以看到手掌中的展示我们的爱，事业和生活的三条线。我在生活方面这条线很短，那你们的呢?我想知道我们是否可以用这种办法去看我们的未来。好的，让我们一起握拳。我们的未来在哪儿?我们的爱、事业和生活在哪儿?告诉我!是的，它们就在我们的手中。它们被我们自己掌握着。

We all want the future to be better than the past. But the future can go

better itself. Don’t cry because it is over, smile because it happened. From the

past, we’ve learnt that the life is tough, but we are tougher. We’ve learnt that

we can’t choose how we feel, but we can choose what about it. Failure doesn’t

mean you don’t have it, it does mean you should do it in a different way.

Failure doesn’t mean you should give up, it does mean you must try harder.

我们所有人都希望未来能比过去更美好，但是未来能自己变得更好。不要因为结束而哭泣，微笑吧，为你的曾经拥有。从过去来看，生活是艰苦的，但我们是更坚强。我们知道我们不能选择感觉，但是我们能选择和它相关的东西。失败并不意味着你不拥有成功，它只意味着你应该用另一种方式去做这件事。失败并不意味着你应该放弃，只意味着你应该更加努力。

As what I said at the beginning, “we are reading the first verse of the

first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. The past has gone. Nothing

we do will change it. But the future is in front of us. Believe that what we

give to the world, the world will give to us. And from today on, let’s be the

owners of ourselves, and speak out “We are the world, we are the future.”

正如我在前面所说的“我们正在读一本无穷的书中的第一章的第一节。”过去的已经过去，无论我们无力改变，但是未来却在我们前方。相信“我们给了世界什么，世界也将给我们”。并且从今天起，让我们一起做我们自己的主人，一起大声说出“世界是我们的，未来是我们的。”

小学生健康饮食应该少吃什么呢?

第一点：油炸类食品。油炸类食品第一点：里面存在着致癌不少物质;二：油炸类食品不容易消化，就会在我们的体内行走得慢，有害物质就会被吸收。三：外面的油炸类食品都有可能是地沟油炸成的危害力超大!

第二点：腌制类食品。腌制类食品里面有着许许多多的盐，吃多了能致癌!

第三点：罐头类食品。罐头类食品的保质期都很长，所以里面的防腐剂一定很多，防腐剂对人类的危害很大!

第四点：速食膨胀类食品。膨化类食品里面也有油炸物，还有多多少少的防腐剂，会危害到我们的健康!

我这里有着几样有很高的营养的食物，分别是：番茄、波菜、坚果、燕麦、鲑鱼、大蒜、蓝莓……

食品安全关系到我们的健康，我们要保护好自己!

Remember last years summer vacation, my father and I went for a walk EHu edge, a way, Im kind of shouted thirsty, so my father on the side of the road store bought me a Popsicle. Dad smiled and stroked my head and said: "the earth is our home, we should protect it, cherish it, let the sky bluer, the water cleaner, the grass is greener." I naughty to say: "oh, that is, everybody has said, the city is my home, clean environment depends on everybody. I understand." From then on, I no longer throw garbage.

I want to take care of the environment is closely related to everyone, so lets start from everyone!

今天，我们读了很多关于保护环境的小短文。我想起曾经在我身边发生的事情。

记得是去年的暑假，我和爸爸一起去鹅湖边散步，走了一段路，我就一个劲的喊口渴，于是，爸爸就在路边的小店给我买了根冰棍。我边吃边走，一会儿就吃完了，随手把冰棍棒往鹅湖里一扔。爸爸看见了，马上提醒我说;“可可，不能乱扔垃圾噢!如果每个人都像你一样往湖里扔垃圾，这美丽的鹅湖不就变成了垃圾湖了。”我羞愧的说：“知道了，我下次一定不乱扔垃圾。”爸爸微笑着抚摸我的头说：“地球也是我们的家，我们应该保护它，爱护它，让天更蓝，水更清，草更绿。”我调皮的说：“噢，那就是大家一直说的，城市是我家，环境清洁靠大家。我明白了。”让从那以后，我再也不乱扔垃圾了。

我想爱护环境与每个人息息相关，所以要从每个人做起!

My room is small, but comfortable and clean.

Take the door, on the left is a bookcase. The above is my dads book, and below is my "private property" in bookcase pretend I most like to watch book at ordinary times. What little sunflower, extracurricular reading, contemporary elementary, hundred thousand whys... Its full of beautiful things in eyes, dazzling. In spite of large Numbers, they still according to the height of a placed very neatly.

The right of the bookcase is a small bed. Every night, I lay there to sleep, do a dream.

To the other side of the bed is my desk. There are my keyboard on the desk, and I often read the book. Every school, its "people" will increase, because above filled up with my school things, and my homework. Bed is a window. The sun shine into my room through the window, make the room warm and bright.

Sofa is next to the desk, the sofa has been neatly folded my clothes, and my family "" toys.

Chest and sofa is an inseparable friends, my family moved to either, they were always together. The big wardrobe, which is full of clothes when I was a kid.

My room is not big, but there is full of laughter every day.

我的房间不大，但即舒适又整洁。

一进门，左边是一个书橱。上面是爸爸的书，而下面则是我的“私人财产”书橱里装着我平时最喜欢看的书。什么小葵花、课外阅读、当代小学生、十万个为什么……真是琳琅满目，令人眼花缭乱。尽管数量很多，他们还是按高矮个摆放得很整齐。

书橱的右边是一张小床。每天晚上，我都会躺在那里进入梦乡，做个美梦。

床的对面是我的写字台。写字台上放着我的电子琴，还有我平时常看的书。每到放学，那上面的“居民”就会增加，因为上面摆满了我的学习用品以及我的作业。小床边有一扇窗户。阳光透过窗户照进我的房间，使房间里即温暖又明亮。

沙发就放在写字台旁边，沙发上有被我叠得整整齐齐的衣服，和我的“玩具大家族”。

衣柜和沙发是一对形影不离的好朋友，不管我家搬到哪，他俩总是在一起。那个大衣柜里，装满了我小时候的衣服。

我的房间不大，但那里每天都充满了欢笑。
