我想爱护环境与每个人息息相关，所以要从每个人做起!

5月8日是第70个世界红十字日，九江市红十字会联合该市卫计委及多位医学专家在共青城市举办义诊活动。

此次活动共有九江市第一人民医院和九江学院附属医院近10名医护人员参加。由于天降大雨，义诊活动不得不临时从户外广场转移至九江市红十字医院(共青新市医院)门诊大厅举行。许多前来该院看病的市民表示，能够零距离地向这么多位医学专家进行咨询，不仅对一些罕见病有进一步了解，同时也加强了对疾病的预防意识。

邵路明是九江市第一人民医院心血管内一科副主任，有丰富的医疗经验，曾多次参与义诊活动。邵路明告诉记者，他每次到县区义诊，面对不同的病患，总是想办法能够多给予对方帮助，因为有些地方的医疗条件确实有限，只能尽力在短时间内详细地为病患解答问题。邵路明说：“这次在共青城主要为一些房颤、冠心病的病人进行诊治，提出治疗建议。”

九江学院附属医院普外科副主任黄家良在参加此次义诊之后告诉记者，他觉得九江市红十字会举办义诊活动很有意义。“其实，这次义诊与往常稍有不一样，在医院举行义诊，可以让我们与当地的医护人员进行业务交流。”黄家良说，“我们会针对同一病患提出自己的治疗方法，在相互切磋中，给病患最好的医疗方案。”

记者了解到，九江市红十字会积极弘扬“人道、博爱、奉献”的红十字精神，多次与该市医疗单位合作，组织医疗专家和志愿者到县区及医疗条件较差的地方进行义诊和咨询活动。

Everyone to get rid of bad habits, start from around things, such as: dont throw away waste batteries, use water and electricity saving, try to walk or ride a bike... 一、活动背景

2013年的5月8日是第65个“世界微笑日”。

有关“世界微笑日”：为表示红十字运动的国际性以及红十字人道工作不分种族、宗教及政治见解的特性，自1948年起，国际红十字会第20届理事会上确定每年的5月8日为“世界微笑日”，也叫“世界红十字日”。

微笑是阳光是良药。心理学家指出，有90%的疾病是心理上的，是可以通过“开心”治愈的。微笑是一门礼仪的艺术，是人际交往的魔力开关。美国社会学家亚当斯指出：“在问题还没发生之前，我就用微笑把他笑走了，至少将大问题变成了小问题。当你微笑的时候，别人会更喜欢你。而且，微笑会使你自己也感到快乐。他不会花掉你任何东西，还可以让你赚到任何股票都付不出的红利。”

公关人员应具备沟通能力、执行能力、应变能力三大基本特质，沟通能力是放在首位的。良好的沟通是从微笑开始的，微笑能缩短人心之间的距离，能让沟通气氛更加轻松愉快。在第四届公关周来临之际，也借着世界微笑日到来的契机，我们选择以户外型的公关活动形式开展宣传活动，不仅可以满足同学们的新奇感和享受愉快的节日氛围，也更加深刻的了解“公共关系”的内涵，凸显本次活动的公关意义。这在公关周活动上是没有先例的。

二、活动目的

1.宣传：

? 5月7号—8号上午安排同学在与我校有关的QQ群中群发这次活动的主要内容及世界微笑日的由来;

? 5月8号7：00在宣传栏贴标语，在二食堂前挂“J世界微笑日 今天你笑了吗J——微笑在海大”的海报，海报上挂满微笑牌以吸引路人注意;

2.5月7日前完成微笑天使和微笑大使的征集活动

以自愿报名的形式，在本专业07、08级的同学里征集，要五官端正、形象良好、亲和力强，能代表公关人员的形象，身高不限。

3.5月7日前征集我院老师和在校同学的笑脸，并将相片洗出

? 老师：给07、08级公关上课的老师照片的采集可安排给07、08的班干部完成，其余的06级自己完成。

? 学生：本专业内部的采集有各班干部完成，外专业的则在事前有相关人员在食堂前摆桌子征集，可交自己满意的近照，也可由我们拍摄后将相片洗出参赛。

十、活动具体操作流程

⒈布置现场：

15：30时全体工作人员必须衣着整洁、挂有微笑胸牌到活动地点集合。

根据人员的具体分工做好以下工作：帐篷的搭建、横幅及笔的摆放、正门的搭建及装饰、抽奖箱及礼品的摆放、宣传展板的摆放、具体任务人的到位、相关捧场人员的到场情况等，最迟在16：50前将现场布置好。

⒉开幕式：

当天17：00——17：40之间，主要受众是公关专业师生。此环节是活动的造势阶段，又有浓郁的公关氛围。要求：联系和邀请相关老师，沟通和协调好公关专业学生参与到现场中来。

主要事项如下：

①“礼仪老师及微笑大使现场教学微笑”：首先要确定礼仪老师和微笑大使的人选，如可以邀请王芳老师担当礼仪老师。最可能多的备好镜子，要求同学对照镜子跟着礼仪老师所教的步骤来练习微笑礼仪，微笑大使协助老师手把手地交。最后要求现场同学跟前后左右的同学进行微笑握手。

②章教授朗诵的诗文自选，然后同学齐声朗诵《微笑》，最后与章教授形成师生互动，一问一答，得出今天活动的主题，让激情延伸到下面的活动。

⒊活动期间:

礼仪人员将每个感兴趣或是路过的同学请到帐篷内，问他们是否了解世界微笑日，并邀请他们参与我们的活动。如下：

① 如果在横幅上签名或是画上你的笑脸，你将可以得到横幅上挂着的微笑胸牌;

② 如果你愿意在此刻记录你微笑的瞬间，我们可以免费为你拍照，你可以选择和我们微笑天使或是和特定设计的大气球笑脸拍照，并留下你的姓名及邮箱地址，我们将会传达你的笑脸照片;

③ 你还有评选权，为我们“最美微笑”的评选活动投上你宝贵的一票，将选中照片的编号写在一张纸上，然后投到准备的纸箱里;

④ 如果你已经参加了以上活动的任意一项，你还可以参加我们的抽奖活动，你将好运连连，微笑不断。

⑤ 还有由章教授提供的《心态健康妙语》小册子赠送

在活动进行到18：40时，相关人员统计“最美微笑”评选活动票数,选出“最美微笑奖”、“最神秘微笑奖”、“最含蓄微笑奖”等等。可以当场颁发精美证书(如果第二天有活动，也可协商后第二天颁发)。

⒋后期工作：

①归还租借物品，清理现场;

②整理所拍路人照片，当天晚上发送出去，并传达我系的祝福和谢意;

③主要负责人书面总结或是组员开小会总结。

十二、活动分工及其注意事项

⒈活动分工 (见附件1: 工作人员安排表)

◆主持人：一男一女同学搭配，主持开幕式及其相关活动。

◆宣传组：负责活动海报、宣传板等的制作和发布。

◆摄影组：①5月6日前采集老师同学微笑照(近照)，也可以考虑到海大幼儿园拍儿童笑脸照。并把相片洗印出来;

②5月8日现场为同学拍笑脸照(近照)，并编好号码;

③5月8日为现场活动作整体摄影记录。

◆ 布场组：根据现有材料并发挥主观能动性布置活动现场，使其更加吻合活动主题，为活动营造氛围。

◆ 后勤组：主要是为活动提供后勤保障，搬运活动所需要的各种道具并协助布场组布置现场等。

◆ 公关组：负责联系嘉宾(老师)和同学，沟通协调有关人员参与到活动中来。

◆ 礼仪组：负责礼仪迎宾，现场微笑展示等。

◆ 工作组：①引导过往同学参与到活动中来，并对活动环节向其作相关说明;

②维护现场秩序;

③调试音箱设备。

⒉注意事项

◆全班同学必须全力配合、协调工作，确保活动顺利进行。

◆各小组组长为主要责任负责人，对所在组负责。

◆各组分工如有交叉，请互相配合，共同完成。

◆突发事件由负责该区域的负责人及时处理，先报给该活动负责人。

十六、活动应变计划

针对活动实施过程中可能存在的不可预测因素或遇到的突发情况，把这些权变因素和应对措施罗列出来显得尤为重要。

假设一：下雨

⒈从5月6日开始关注天气预报，掌握时间主动权。

⒉当天下雨过大，通知所邀请的老师和同学，取消本次活动，但可以预先挂好横幅，把宣传板等放到显眼的避雨处，使其继续发挥宣传作用。

⒊雨量细小时，可以适当考虑压缩户外活动的规模，并配备雨具。

⒋可以考虑把预先的户外活动转为公关专业

内部的室内活动。要求迅速申请课室(多媒体教室最好)，并通知本专业的老师和同学。

假设二：另有组织举行相关“世界微笑日”活动

⒈ 密切关注其他社团的活动安排。

⒉ 时间错开原则。即其上午办，我方按原计划下午办，反之亦然(在举办地点一致的情况下)。这是下策。

⒊ 地点分开原则。考虑换地方举办，这是下策。

⒋ 活动互补原则。即可以当场考虑与其联袂举行本次“微笑日”活动，互相利用对方资源。这是最佳的上策。

⒌ 公平竞争原则。即双方协商无果的情况下，我方利用自身的活动优势，与其展开无形的竞争。这是最无奈的上策。

假设三：冷场

⒈活动组织者及其工作人员应积极主动与过往同学交流沟通，微笑地面对一切，不要把它当做任务来完成，拒绝垂头丧气。

⒉充分动用公关专业和公关协会的力量，协调组织本专业同学参与到活动中来。

⒊现场对活动进行再创新，利用一切积极因素，努力营造活动氛围。

假设四：现场混乱

⒈增加现场人员配备，维护秩序。

⒉工作人员加以引导。

⒊主持人做出歉意表示。

The concept of responsibility is a necessary fiction. Although socities must hold their individuals accountable for their own actions, people‘s behavior is largely determined by forces not of their own making.

In the title statement, the speaker holds the contention that the concept of ‘individual responsibility‘ is no existence but a fiction. Moreover, the speaker says that the behaviors of human beings are fundamentally determined by the environment which out of their control. Admittedly, one‘s actions are deeply influenced by laws, societies, schools and families and other exterior forces; individual responsibility exists and functions as a significant role to rule people‘s behaviors as well.

On one hand, the highest social animal as human being is, any individual has his specific role in a certain society. And this specific role gives one social identity and individual responsibility through education in schools and influence of ethical and moral standards. Though some times one would feel that the certain responsibility is obligation from the society and organizations rather than his ‘individual responsibility‘ at first, in most cases, the accountability would presumably become one‘s own eventually followed by the final identification of his specific social identity, and then direct one‘s behaviors without the force from the exterior world. For example, a soldier would think it is his duty to obey the rules without any hesitation; a surgeon would consider healing the patients as his accountability; and a historian would feel it is his responsibility to discover what is behind the historical descriptions. In fact, different careers and roles form diverse individual responsibilities, which result in individuals’voluntary behaviors.

On the other hand, there are not only specific individual responsibilities in diverse areas but also some fundamental values and accountabilities, which we all human beings cherish. From the moment one can speak or even is born, the society begins to instill the moral and ethical standards, which is so called humanity in every one‘s mind. The older one is, the deeper influence the humanity would be. When one is just a little child, he would go directly to what he like and claim it. Then when he is old enough, he would realize that it is incorrect and ashamed. And because of the awareness of what is right and wrong, one would probably never do any misdeed again. Actually, humanity is just the common individual responsibility shared by all of us.

There are still many problems of environmental protection in recent years. One of the most serious problems is the serious pollution of air, water and soil. the polluted air does great harm to people’s health. The polluted water causes diseases and death. What is more, vegetation had been greatly reduced with the rapid growth of modern cities.

To protect the environment, governments of many countries have done a lot. Legislative steps have been introduced to control air pollution, to protect the forest and sea resources and to stop any environmental pollution. In my opinion, to protect environment, the government must take even more concrete measures. First, it should let people fully realize the importance of environmental protection through education. Second, much more efforts should be made to put the population planning policy into practice, because more people means more people means more pollution. Finally, those who destroy the environment intentionally should be severely punished. We should let them know that destroying environment means destroying mankind themselves

However, every one lives in a certain society thereby one‘s behavior is more or less influenced by forces not of their own making. And to operate normally, every society has its laws, though many times have differences among them. It is true that humanity plays an essential role in ruling individuals‘ behaviors; yet laws are necessary. Under the control of laws, people who have little individual responsibility would probably not dare to do any crime in fear of law punishment. Besides laws, for example in school, rules are also an important factor as well as individual responsibility. Nowadays, in most universities, a student who does not pass some certain courses in his four years college life would not get his diploma of bachelor‘s degree. So even if a student does not like his discipline, or dose not care about his GPA, the pressure of graduating forces him not to playing computer or basketball all the time.

In addition, individual responsibility and forces from outside world have overlapped parts some times. For instance, studying diligently is some hard- working students‘ individual responsibility as well as the pressure from schools and society.

Generally speaking, it is hasty and incorrect to conclude that the concept of ‘individual responsibility‘ is a necessary fiction. On the contrary, individual responsibility plays an important role which cannot be replaced. However, laws and the exterior force also have their significance as well. Thus we can not put either of them aside and pay more attention to another.

Water is a kind of liquid. It has no taste or smell. It is transparent, too. Water is useful and is important to us. Why? For example, we use water to water the plants. We use water to wash our face or to have a bath. We drink water or we will die…Water is also very important for China. There are 2.8 hundred millions of steres of water in China, but everyone can only use 2300 steres. It is only twenty–five per sent in the world.

Not too long ago, there was a man called Jacques Cousteau. He loved the beautiful colors, and the beautiful fish in the sea. However, when he returned some years later, the colorful coral reefs were dead and grey because the factory near the sea poured waste water into the sea. Jacques Cousteau decided to tell people how important it was to save the environment under the sea. He started the“ Cousteau Society ” to help protect life in the sea. Now there are over 30000 members all over the world. Since water covers most of the earth, Cousteau knew that we should keep the sea clean. We should not litter the sea, and should clean up the dirty parts. As water is very important to our environment, he encouraged everyone to take part in protecting our lakes, rivers, sea and ocean.

There are still a few people who are not protecting the water now in the world. For example, some factories pour waste things into the rivers, lakes or into the sea near by. The water there has become very dirty and we can’t use them at all. Although there are seventy–five per sent of water in the world, we can only use fresh water, that there is only a little. Thank you very much for your concern. Last months several places in Beijing were blanketed with thick yellow fog. Everything around disappeared from oursight. Some highways were closed. Traffic jams were commonly seen in the streets. Many people, especially children and seniors, even found it difficult to breathe. As a result, local hospitals were crowded with people who had problems with their noses and lungs. Part of the cause was the dry weather, but the severely damaged environment contributed a lot to this nightmare. 7月8日是世界过敏日。当天，雀巢健康科学将邀请数十名全国儿科过敏领域的知名专家，支持全国9省15城市17家医院儿童医院为广大婴幼儿开展大型义诊活动，帮助受到过敏疾病困扰的宝宝得到科学喂养指导，最大程度帮助他们恢复健康，避免由于诊疗不及时、不规范而可能引起的终身过敏反应。

2016年5月31日是世界卫生组织发起的第28个世界无烟日，今年世界无烟日的主题是“提高烟草税，保护下一代”。为进一步做好李沧区控烟工作，按照卫计委、全国爱卫办和省、市有关要求，结合今年世界无烟日主题，李沧区组织开展了一系列形式多样的宣传活动。

一是世界无烟日期间，全区各医疗卫生单位要悬挂控烟宣传横幅，在宣传栏张贴控烟知识、摆放宣传展板，向医务人员以及患者和家属发放控烟宣传材料，在医疗机构内针对医务人员、患者及家属开展控烟健康讲座等。

二是全区各级各类医疗卫生机构深入开展了“无烟医疗卫生机构”创建活动，进一步完善了各项制度，创建无烟环境，提高了戒烟服务能力，实现100%无烟的目标，做控烟表率。

三是《公共场所卫生管理条例实施细则》(卫生部第80号部令，以下称《实施细则》)规定自2011年5月1日起室内公共场所全面禁烟，全区各医疗机构结合创建“文明城市”和“健康山东行动”等活动，以创建无烟商场、无烟餐厅、无烟学校、无烟政府机关等为切入点，积极开展室内公共场所禁止吸烟工作，减少烟草烟雾对公众健康的危害。

除现场宣传活动以外，李沧区疾控中心还先后两次在李沧有线电视台黄金时段对控烟相关知识进行介绍，并利用健康教育信息发布平台，向目标人群发送了世界无烟日宣传主题及相关知识的信息。

通过活动的开展，使我区广大居民知道吸烟的危害，认识到烟草不仅会对自己身体危害，对他人也会造成很大危害。为进一步倡导讲文明、讲卫生、讲科学、改陋习、树新风的良好社会风尚，李沧区疾控中心将继续开展好形式多样的健康教育活动，创建无烟环境，构建和谐社会。

联合国环境署确定2016年“六·五”世界环境日主题为“ ”，旨在呼吁政府、生产经销商和消费者共同减少食物浪费与损失，塑造可持续发展的未来。

为做好2016年“六·五”世界环境日宣传纪念活动，形成集中宣传效应，我部将于2016年5月28日至6月10日举办“‘六·五’世界环境日宣传周”。宣传周系列活动包括：举办环保成就展暨环保展览会，举办专题新闻发布会，在报刊发署名文章，举办千名青年环境友好使者行动塈“光盘行动”启动仪式，举办2014年“六·五”世界环境日纪念暨“环保嘉年华”启动仪式等内容，宣传周将紧紧围绕世界环境日中国主题，兼顾不同对象，面对不同领域，以不同形式开展，实现方式方法及内容创新。我部还将围绕2014年世界环境日中国主题制作一批“六·五”宣传海报，免费向社会各界发放。

为广泛凝聚社会共识，激发公众参与环保的热情，营造全社会关心支持参与环境保护的良好氛围，希望各地积极行动起来，加入到宣传周活动中，围绕中国主题，结合实际，开展丰富多彩的宣传纪念活动。现将相关事项通知如下：
