Electricity, as usual, we open a lamp less per person a day, watch less TV for an hour, less a elevator, how much we want to save electricity. When we are standing on the street, smell the stench, walking in the street is full of garbage, look up at the sky gray, one after another car emissions both in the exhaust, and people in disorderly cut down trees? Observe, to think of it, our environmental protection consciousness is so bad.

Nature cannot be improved, the life can choose to choose green, environmental protection, everybody is responsible for.

环境保护，人人有责。 我不小心感冒了，不知道是为什么，于是就去看了医生，妈妈问这“是流感吗?”妈妈问。

随着社会的发展，生活水平不断提高，我们喝上了自来水，用上了电视机，冰箱，取暖器，电梯等。但生活中我们不断地在浪费资源：打扫卫生的水，浇花的水，洗衣服的水，每天都在浪费。水对于我们有多大的用处，浇灌农田要用水，修建房屋要用水，花草树木需要水，还有人们的生活用水工业用水等，没有水我们就无法生存。然而水在被我们浪费，被污染。如果我们用洗碗的水来浇花，洗衣服的水来打扫卫生，洗手时水开小一点，那我们要节约多少水。电也一样，我们每天每人少开一盏灯、少看一小时的电视，少座一次电梯，我们要节约多少电。当我们站在街上，闻到的是臭气，走在大街上到处是垃圾，抬头看天空灰蒙蒙一片，一辆接一辆的汽车都在排放着尾气，还有人在乱砍伐树木?注意观察，仔细想想，我们的环保意识实在太差了。

自然不可改良、生活可以选择 选择绿色生活、环境保护，人人有责。

为迎接第40个世界环境日的到来，高坪区志愿者协会环保服务队围绕“绿色生活，保护环境，人人有责”的主题，积极行动起来，踊跃参加当地环保局的环保宣传活动之中，有力增强了高坪区人民的环境保护意识。

在“六五”世界环境日到来之际，协会组织35名志愿者因地制宜地采取宣传环保知识、打扫城市周边环境、发放环保单、发放环保袋等形式向高坪居民做好环境保护的目的及意义。建设“人人参与环保”的健康活动。

活动中，志愿者们努力宣传环保知识，尽心的解答群众的环保问题。

得到大家的认可，我们就有了收获，我们又朝环保事业更进了一步。

今年的12月1日是第29个世界艾滋病日，中国宣传活动的主题为“携手抗艾，重在预防”。

11月29日，国务院防治重大疾病工作部际联席会议第一次全体会议暨国务院防治艾滋病工作委员会第三次会议在京召开。国务院总理李克强在会上作出重要批示，指出在“十三五”时期，要针对艾滋病防治的重点、难点问题，结合推进联合国2030年终结艾滋病流行可持续发展议程，更加注重预防为主、防治结合、综合治理。

青年学生和老年人健康受威胁

中国疾控中心发布的法定传染病报告显示，今年1月-8月艾滋病新发病例34401例，死亡8817例。来自中国疾控中心性病艾滋病预防控制中心的数据显示，在青年学生艾滋病疫情当中，近5年我国15岁-24岁青年学生HIV感染者年均增长率已经达到35%。

今年6月29日，北京市发布的《2015年度卫生与人群健康报告》显示，2015年，47.81%的新增感染者及病人在25岁至34岁的年龄段;其次为15岁至24岁年龄段，占比达到21.2%。

联合国艾滋病规划署新发布的报告中指出，在2015年，50岁以上的艾滋病病毒感染者达到580万人这一历史新高。在中国的一些地方，老年HIV感染者的数量也在持续增长。

据世界卫生组织调查：全球每年死于吸烟相关疾病的人达400万，到2020年预计当达到1000万人。在我国至少有3。2亿烟民。当一只只烟被点燃时，一口一口被吸入体内时，你可知道一身白衣的“妖精”正在你的呼吸道里旅游呢!

随着环保意识增强，创造一个无烟环境成为现在的热门话题。

说起烟，就会让我想起我那个“烟爸爸”，他早晨起来的第一件事就是抽一支烟。无论何时何地，饭前抽，饭后抽，看电视的时候也要抽，甚至连上则所得时间也不放过。我整天生活在这个乌烟瘴气的环境下，吸着这些呛人的烟味，难道要我也成为一个“烟宝宝”吗?

一次，我和爸爸一块看电视，爸爸又若无其事地抽起烟来，顿时房间里又是烟雾弥漫。我举起手扇开爸爸吹出的烟。爸爸生气地说：“你管什么，我抽烟碍你什么事?”我听了以后反驳说：“您知道吗?烟里面的毒性多，报纸上说一只烟里的尼古丁可毒死一只老鼠，20支烟里的尼古丁可毒死一头牛……我是希望您远离烟啊!”尽管我的劝说句句在理，可是爸爸只说了：“你不抽不就行了。”我非常疑惑：既然爸爸已经知道了烟的危害，并告诉我不要吸烟，那他为什么不为自己，为身边的人想一想呢?

现在，我多么希望爸爸能够摆脱烟瘾，让自己，也让家人过上无烟生活。我更希望所有的烟民们都能醒悟，尽快戒烟。而我们更要远离烟的诱惑，让我们共同努力，创造无烟的美好环境吧!

Last weekend, I wanted to swim in the river that I usually wen in the childhood. When I went there, I was shock. The river is no longer like before. It was full of rubbish. It seemed that the rubbish is from the villagers themselves. In order to put the rubbish nearer, they put all of them into the river. Not only the water is not clean any more, the river also smelt bad. I real touched. Why human and the environment couldn’t live harmonious? Long time ago, they could get along with each other. 一、指导思想

为贯彻落实《中学生日常行为规范》，通过开展以“文明礼仪”为主题的系列教育实践活动，使学生明白“文明、礼仪”的重要性，人人争当“礼仪标兵”，形成人与人之间彼此尊重，互相帮助的和谐关系，促使他们提高礼仪意识，自觉践行文明礼仪，全方位提高文明素养。也为进一步改进和加强学校的德育工作创设良好的育人环境。

四、实施办法

（一）第一阶段：宣传发动阶段

1、召开学校德育工作会议，学习文件精神，全面领会“创文明校园，做文明使者”主题教育活动的意义和要求，并根据学校有关方案布置活动工作。

2、召开文明礼仪教育实践活动启动仪式，全面宣传启动。（文明礼仪倡议书、举行“与不文明行为告别”宣誓签名活动。）

3、利用国旗下讲话、校园广播、板报等教育阵地，向全体师生解读活动的目的、意义、背景以及活动方案等。

4、各班召开“讲文明、懂礼仪”的主题班会。

（二）第二阶段：实施发展阶段

1、开展“眼睛看陋习----我身边的不文明行为”调查活动，由学生自行设计活动调查表，确定调查对象，选择自己身边的亲人、朋友、同学为调查对象，调查结束后，对调查的结果进行收集、整理，并对调查结果进行分析，撰写调查报告。

3、改正自身一个不文明习惯；劝导班内同学纠正一个不文明习惯。

4、并要求全校学生每人写一篇感想文章，对优秀的作文进行汇编；

5、组织“讲文明，讲礼仪”的手抄报比赛；

6、组织部分学生成立校园文明督导队，利用课余时间进行检查，及时纠正学生的不文明行

7、“我的宿舍我做主”宿舍内务规范整理大赛。

8、开展文明礼仪进社区实践活动，到街道、社区等开展环境大扫除活动和“人人争做文明人”为主题的义务宣传活动。

（三）第三阶段总结、表彰阶段

1、开展“文明礼仪之星”评选活动。以班级为单位，参照学校制定的评选标准，先选出符合条件的学生，再由班级同学进行投票，最后根据票数的多少，每班各选出五名“文明礼仪之星”。

思想道德教育活动实施方案

一、指导思想

以"做一个有道德的人"为主题，在广大学生中长期组织开展"知荣辱、树新风、我行动"道德实践活动，突出"体验亲情"、"和谐校园"、"爱心奉献"三项重点教育。通过在家庭、学校、社区开展经常性的道德实践活动，引导学生在体验亲情中净化心灵、在互助友爱中提升境界、在奉献社会中陶冶情操，培养积极的人生态度、健康的心理情感、高尚的道德品质，推动未成年人思想道德建设的深入发展。

五、活动安排：

1、以“国旗下讲话”形式开展以下系列主题讲话。

社会实践中增长才干，在文明举止行为中展示学生风采；在规范中找寻自我，在拼搏中体现人生价值；用实际行动践行“为中华崛起而读书”的校训；善待生命，做一个身心健康的现代中学生；严以律己，宽容待人；创建节约型校园从爱护公物做起；民族气节与爱国精神。

2、在班级，开展做“一个有道德的人”主题班会活动。

通过形式多样的实践活动，认真组织学习，以形成学先进、赶先进、当先进的校园氛围，努力推进班风、校风建设，为学生的成长营造积极进取的外部环境。

3、开展“感恩父母”亲情体验活动。

以“感恩父母”为主题的书信比赛，通过书信、贺卡表达对父母的感激之情；以“爸爸妈妈，我想对您说 ”为主题的演讲比赛；“亲情交流”团体辅导和班会活动；布置“家庭实践”，包括：（1）开展“亲情调查”，了解父母的工作、生日、兴趣、烦恼等，提交“亲情调查表”。（2）进行“亲子对话”，与父母深入地谈心，交流思想感情，倾听父母的教诲，对父母说一句体贴感激的话。

4、开展“红十字志愿者”活动。

1）． 走进村镇街道，参与社区清洁卫生、环境保护、植绿护绿、公益宣传，做“社区小义工”。

2）．开展“文明出行行动”活动。让学生遵守交通规则，过马路走人行道，上下学自觉排路队，同时对行人乱穿公路等不文明行为进行劝导。

3）．开展“保护环境，回收废纸”活动，所得的钱款用以资助灾区同胞。养成关爱他人、乐于助人的品德。

四、活动要求

1、按照简单易行、切实有效、就近方便、力所能及的原则，努力达到教育效果。

3、与学生的日常学习、生活结合起来，把常规管理和德育活动结合在一起。

4、发挥学生自我教育功能，在家庭、学校、社会开展广泛的实践活动。
