7月8日上午，未来路街道办事处计生办在我办金色港湾社区金苑小区开展“世界人口日”宣传活动。此次宣传活动主题为“婚育新风，共创健康幸福生活”，以婚育新风进万家活动为切入点，宣传计划生育工作的成就、调整完善生育政策的进展，倡导群众遵守计划生育国策。

地球上的资源是有限的，本来可以不间断的生长，可是由于人们的过度开发，这些资源都没法继续再生了。水资源是人类不可缺少的东西，它孕育了一切生命，他就是我们的母亲，可是水资源总是被一些不懂得珍惜，只会浪费的人浪费了，地球上的水很多，但只供我们饮用的水很少，其他的都是海水，所以我们要保护水资源。生物资源也很重要，他可以让我们生存下去，所以我们不能破坏食物链中的任何生物，如果破坏了，将发生大灾难，总有一些可恶的偷猎者，在捕捉野生动物，如大象，犀牛等，所以我们要保护任何资源，不让他被破坏。

为纪念“7.11”世界人口日的到来，切实稳定低生育水平，着力提高人口素质。2014年7月8日，群英乡计生办在乡政府大门前开展了一场集生育关怀大型宣传服务活动。

活动现场设立了计生咨询台，悬挂世界人口日宣传横幅，活动不仅宣传世界人口日的有关知识和优生优育的常识，同时通过开展以计划生育、家庭保健为主要内容的健康指导和咨询活动。
