四、实施办法

（一）第一阶段：宣传发动阶段

1、召开学校德育工作会议，学习文件精神，全面领会“创文明校园，做文明使者”主题教育活动的意义和要求，并根据学校有关方案布置活动工作。

2、召开文明礼仪教育实践活动启动仪式，全面宣传启动。（文明礼仪倡议书、举行“与不文明行为告别”宣誓签名活动。）

3、利用国旗下讲话、校园广播、板报等教育阵地，向全体师生解读活动的目的、意义、背景以及活动方案等。

4、各班召开“讲文明、懂礼仪”的主题班会。

（二）第二阶段：实施发展阶段

1、开展“眼睛看陋习----我身边的不文明行为”调查活动，由学生自行设计活动调查表，确定调查对象，选择自己身边的亲人、朋友、同学为调查对象，调查结束后，对调查的结果进行收集、整理，并对调查结果进行分析，撰写调查报告。

3、改正自身一个不文明习惯；劝导班内同学纠正一个不文明习惯。

4、并要求全校学生每人写一篇感想文章，对优秀的作文进行汇编；

5、组织“讲文明，讲礼仪”的手抄报比赛；

8、开展文明礼仪进社区实践活动，到街道、社区等开展环境大扫除活动和“人人争做文明人”为主题的义务宣传活动。

（三）第三阶段总结、表彰阶段

1、开展“文明礼仪之星”评选活动。以班级为单位，参照学校制定的评选标准，先选出符合条件的学生，再由班级同学进行投票，最后根据票数的多少，每班各选出五名“文明礼仪之星”。

三、活动主题：做一个有道德的人

四、活动目标：

动员学生积极参与多种形式的道德实践活动，从身边点滴小事做起，践行道德规范，增强道德意识，养成良好习惯,营造快乐健康和谐的校园，培养学生在家庭，孝敬父母；在学校，尊敬师长；在社会，奉献爱心，做一个有道德的人。

五、活动安排：

1、以“国旗下讲话”形式开展以下系列主题讲话。

主题讲话安排以下主要专题：传承美德倡导文明共享和谐；学习雷锋精神，从身边小事做起；缅怀先烈爱我中华勇担重任在

社会实践中增长才干，在文明举止行为中展示学生风采；在规范中找寻自我，在拼搏中体现人生价值；用实际行动践行“为中华崛起而读书”的校训；善待生命，做一个身心健康的现代中学生；严以律己，宽容待人；创建节约型校园从爱护公物做起；民族气节与爱国精神。

2、在班级，开展做“一个有道德的人”主题班会活动。

通过形式多样的实践活动，认真组织学习，以形成学先进、赶先进、当先进的校园氛围，努力推进班风、校风建设，为学生的成长营造积极进取的外部环境。

3、开展“感恩父母”亲情体验活动。

以“感恩父母”为主题的书信比赛，通过书信、贺卡表达对父母的感激之情；以“爸爸妈妈，我想对您说 ”为主题的演讲比赛；“亲情交流”团体辅导和班会活动；布置“家庭实践”，包括：（1）开展“亲情调查”，了解父母的工作、生日、兴趣、烦恼等，提交“亲情调查表”。（2）进行“亲子对话”，与父母深入地谈心，交流思想感情，倾听父母的教诲，对父母说一句体贴感激的话。

4、开展“红十字志愿者”活动。

1）． 走进村镇街道，参与社区清洁卫生、环境保护、植绿护绿、公益宣传，做“社区小义工”。

2）．开展“文明出行行动”活动。让学生遵守交通规则，过马路走人行道，上下学自觉排路队，同时对行人乱穿公路等不文明行为进行劝导。

3）．开展“保护环境，回收废纸”活动，所得的钱款用以资助灾区同胞。养成关爱他人、乐于助人的品德。

四、活动要求

1、按照简单易行、切实有效、就近方便、力所能及的原则，努力达到教育效果。

3、与学生的日常学习、生活结合起来，把常规管理和德育活动结合在一起。

4、发挥学生自我教育功能，在家庭、学校、社会开展广泛的实践活动。

Today the quality of our natural environment has become an important issue.

The world population is rising so quickly that the world has become too crowded.We are using up our natural resources and at the same time polluting our environment with dangerous chemicals.

If we continue to do this,life on earth cannot survive.Concerned people have made some progress in environmental protection.

Governments of many countries have established laws to protect the air,forests and sea resources and to stop environmental pollution.Still more measures should be taken to solve environmental problems.

People should be further educated to recognize the importance of the problems,to use modern methods of birth control,to conserve our natural resources and recycle our products.

We are sure that we can have a better and cleaner place in the future.

Campus, such as flowers, sending out the intoxicating fragrance, sending out the breath of love; Campus, such as the rain, has nurtured us, training us; Campus such as dreams, so beautiful, so sweet. I love this garden like campus.

"Green campus", to beautify the campus. Our campus change green and beautiful. Appered, picked a flower and grass, a flower bed, added to life, our campus look brand-new.

"The air is fresh, clean and tidy environment, buildings, surrounded by green trees", who dont want to in such a clean, sanitary, healthy growth of the beautiful campus learning? But a variety of reasons, our campus environment is gradually damaged by bad behaviour of some of my classmates. Now in our beautiful campus, there have been some uncivilized phenomenon, some students randomly throw debris-brick, plastic bottles, sunflower seeds, etc. Whenever naughty wind these waste, running here and there, tinkling like a child, helpless, we can only watch them on campus "dance", and even some classmates in the scribble on the white wall and the desk carved, and disorderly spit phlegm, and so on. All this, cannot match with our beautiful campus. See these phenomena, how would you feel? Learning life can make you happy?

6月5日是世界环境日，美利达自行车鲅鱼圈自行车运动协会组织成员们积极宣传环保，为保护环境出力。

美利达自行车鲅鱼圈自行车运动协会成立于09年7月20号，起初只有十几个人，发展到现在，注册会员有800多人，没有注册的骑行的爱好者还有1000多人。成员们不仅热爱骑行，而且积极利用业余时间从事公益活动，多次去孤儿院看望孤寡老人，并定期自发到区内景区捡拾垃圾。

活动中，来自美利达自行车鲅鱼圈自行车运动协会的120余人身穿印有“低碳环保 绿色出行”的运动服装，从红海新区美利达自行车车行出发，沿着鲅鱼圈主街路骑行，用行动积极宣传低碳环保的生活方式。

骑行活动结束后，鲅鱼圈自行车运动协会的成员们还来到碧霞山公园，捡拾公园内的垃圾，并统一放在自备的垃圾袋中。

希望通过骑行和捡垃圾的方式宣传环保理念，也将继续推广骑行这项运动，让更多的人能够爱上骑行，选择低碳出行。

世界环境日主题：呼应的主题同样的梦想

6月5日是世界环境日。

联合国环境规划署确定今年世界环境日主题为“七十亿个梦想：一个地球，理性消费”。

中国环境保护部日前确定我国的主题为“践行绿色生活”。

中国的主题与联合国的主题相呼应，都是向人们传递和弘扬人与自然和谐相处、建设生态文明和可持续发展的理念，提升人们的认识和理解，并自觉转化为实际行动。

在世界环境日，人们呼吁正本溯源，人类离不开地球，人类发展离不开自然。要想可持续发展，我们必须尊重和兼顾自然，探索一条可持续发展的生态文明新路。

在世界环境日，人们呼唤发展路径的绿色转型,提倡生态文明建设，不再简单地以GDP论英雄，把资源消耗、环境损害、生态效益等体现生态文明建设状况的指标纳入经济社会发展评价体系，使之成为推进生态文明建设的重要导向和约束。

在世界环境日，人们期盼青山、绿水，绿水青山就是金山银山，这是发展理念和方式的深刻变革，也是执政理念和方式的深刻变革。

在建设生态文明的征途上，中国将与世界共同迈向可持续发展的明天，而世界也将更加看好一个美丽中国。

12月1日是“世界艾滋病日”。美国时间11月30日，联合国秘书长潘基文在于纽约联合国总部举行的“世界艾滋病日”纪念活动上，呼吁为实现“无新感染、无歧视、无艾滋相关死亡”的愿景而共同努力。

据报道，为纪念“世界艾滋病日”，联合国在纽约总部举行纪念活动。潘基文在会上表示，《2030可持续发展议程》承诺不将任何人落下。他称，在世界艾滋病日来临之际，人们应当再次做出承诺，为了实现“无新感染、无歧视、无艾滋相关死亡”的愿景而共同努力。他呼吁人们为了实现在2030年前使3000万艾滋病患者得到治疗的目标采取行动。

潘基文表示，在抗击艾滋病的斗争中，每一名儿童都需得到关爱，每一个人都需得到治疗，所有的弱势群体都需得到保护，免遭污名化和虐待。潘基文指出，在人们的共同努力下，接受艾滋病治疗的人比以往大大增加。

报道指出，为提高人们对艾滋病的认识，世界卫生组织于1988年1月决定将每年的12月1日确定为“世界艾滋病日”，号召世界各国和国际组织在这一天举办相关活动，宣传和普及预防艾滋病的知识。今年艾滋病日纪念活动的主题为“一起向前推进：不让任何一个人落下”。

As is well known by now throughout the world Harvey Ball, a commercial artist from Worcester, Massachusetts created the smiley face in 1963. That image went on to become the most recognizable symbol of good will and good cheer on the planet.

As the years passed Harvey Ball became concerned about the over-commercialization of his symbol, and how its original meaning and intent had become lost in the constant repetition of the marketplace. Out of that concern came his idea for World Smile Day. He thought that we, all of us, should devote one day each year to smiles and kind acts throughout that world. The smiley face knows no politics, no geography and no religion. Harvey’s idea was that for at least one day each year, neither should we. He declared that the first Friday in October each year would henceforth be World Smile Day.

The very first World Smile Day took place in Worcester, MA on October 1, 1999. What a celebration it was! State and local dignitaries gathered and read proclamations in support of the day. Another proclamation recognizing the day was read on the floor of the United States Congress and is now part of the Congressional Record, the reporter of the official proceedings of the US Congress. Thousands of Worcester school children created World Smile Day® cards that were then delivered to area hospitals and nursing homes. The event became national and even international news.

The US Postal service came to Worcester that day to unveil its new Smiley Face stamp design. And, the Postal Service issued a special cancellation just for that event. Each year since then the USPS has issued a different cancellation commemorating the day.

In his inaugural address on that very first World Smile Day Harvey Ball laid the groundwork for that World Smile Day saying that the smiley face “…just reflects what is inside every one of us – a smile is what we want to see when we look at another human being.” He said, “Sometimes we forget that. Sometimes the world seems big and filled with problems that are too hard to understand much less solve. We start to believe that we are too small to make a difference. But that’s not true. The truth is that every one of us has the ability to make a difference every day.”

Harveys hometown of Worcester, MA has been and continues to be the epicenter for World Smile Day.

我校结合实际，在第二十八个“世界无烟日”到来之际，开展了以“美好生活 自由呼吸”为主题，以禁止学生吸烟为目标的系列活动。具体做法是：

一、对小学生进行吸烟有害健康的教育。

在开展第二十八个“世界无烟日”宣传教育活动中，学校利用国旗下讲话机会，由大队辅导员欧荣辉进行宣传吸烟有害健康的讲话，并布置开展第二十八个“世界无烟日”活动计划。

(1)利用红领巾广播站了解吸烟对身体和环境的危害、

(2)学校开展以“美好生活 自由呼吸”为主题开展中队活动

(3)开展“世界无烟日”与“健康教育”结合起来，让孩子们知道，关爱健康，保护生命是环境保护的最高目标、是幸福的基石，从而引导学生明白不吸烟的道理。

二、开展“世界无烟日”宣传的社会实践活动

学校在高年级学生中开展吸烟有害的调查活动，让学生在调查中增加吸烟有害健康的感性认识，用调查得来的事实劝告自己的父母戒烟，用被动吸烟更有害健康的道理劝说自己的父母戒烟。在开展这些活动的同时，要求学生写“我劝父母戒烟”的文章，并进行作文竞赛和展览。真正做到“拒绝二手烟、让肺自由呼吸”。

三、教师以身作则加大宣传

学校充分利用广播站、宣传栏、黑板报、校园网等进行吸烟有害健康宣传，教育学生不要吸烟，把严禁学生吸烟写进教室公约中，同时这项活动作为学校卫生教育工作的重要内容来检查、考核。为了推动宣传教育工作，在“世界无烟日”学校把“不要在未成年人中吸烟”和“不在公共场所吸烟”作为对教师的纪律要求，巩固创建无烟学校的成果。

学校开展的活动内容体现了生动活泼、丰富多彩的形式，学生喜闻乐见，收到了优良的教育效果，同时让孩子们了解吸烟有害自己及家人的健康，吸烟更会污染环境，懂得保护环境就是从身边的点滴做起。
