然而自从智慧型手机发明之后，“低头族”的情况变得非常普遍，我们经常可以看到不管是在搭车或走路时，总是人手一台平板电脑或是手机在上网或玩游戏， 这样不但会让视力变差，还可能因为不看路而导致交通事故的发生，这种休闲活动不但对身心发展没有帮助，反而还可能有不良的影响。所以我们在从事休闲活动时，应该多接触大自然，让身心灵都能够向上提升，这才能达到从事休闲活动的目的。

骑脚踏车不但可以消除疲劳、锻练体能、强健体魄、舒展身心，还能欣赏美景，更可以节能减碳、保护地球，真是个好的休闲活动呢!

陈丹萍认为，长沙市红十字会在紧急救援、应急救护、人道救助、无偿献血、造血干细胞捐献、遗体和人体器官捐献等方面取得了显著成绩，各项工作走在全省前列，一度荣获全国红十字会系统先进集体称号，充分发挥了党和政府在人道领域中的得力助手和联系服务群众的桥梁纽带作用。

7月8日上午，未来路街道办事处计生办在我办金色港湾社区金苑小区开展“世界人口日”宣传活动。此次宣传活动主题为“婚育新风，共创健康幸福生活”，以婚育新风进万家活动为切入点，宣传计划生育工作的成就、调整完善生育政策的进展，倡导群众遵守计划生育国策。

我办工作人员组织开展了一系列的计生便民服务活动，除了联系社区卫生服务站的医生为社区居民测量血压和义诊咨询等活动外，还在现场以有奖知识问答、分发宣传资料等的形式，激发群众主动参与活动的积极性。活动中，群众热情高涨，踊跃回答流动人口计生政策，切实普及了计生保健知识、单独二孩生育政策知识，提高了免费孕前优生健康检查工作和家庭保健项目的社会知晓率，扩大了计划生育利益导向机制的影响力。在轻松愉快的气氛中，使群众加深了对我国人口计生政策的理解。

2.不要滥用各种资源，如，煤、矿、木、水……如果这些资源被无止境的开采，必定会形成各种资源的枯竭，当人们没有资源时，我们就无法生存了。
