沈阳市第七人民医院主任医师孟爽介绍，过敏性疾病的发病率近年来显著升高，第七人民医院每天都有这样的患者被收治入院，最多的时候可以达到二三十例。“尤其是入夏以来，外出活动引发的花粉过敏和大排档消遣引发的食物过敏，日渐增多。”孟爽说，食物、药物过敏自不必说，家中的宠物、床铺被席、毛绒玩具，甚至是窗帘都可导致过敏性疾病。而人们对水果、虾蟹等食物引起的过敏比较容易发现，但对十分常见又无形的过敏原却容易忽视，例如花生、桃子、鳕鱼、香蕉、牛奶、鸡蛋也都能引发过敏。

“感冒”不好 查查是否过敏

“很多人认为过敏的症状就是皮肤奇痒，其实有的时候也会出现鼻塞头晕等类似感冒的症状。”孟爽说，所以很多人常常将过敏误认为是感冒，草草地在家服用一些药物，不但耽误治疗，还可能因不对症用药给健康带来副作用。

所以如果出现了病程较长、半个月也不好、或者是不发热的“感冒”症状，应考虑是否过敏，最好到正规医院做一下过敏测试，整个过程只要几十分钟，就可清楚查出你对哪些物质过敏。然后进行脱敏治疗。

此外，孟爽还介绍，过敏体质的人尽量避免在雾霾天出行，如要出行应注意戴上口罩，回家后及时洗澡，隔离过敏原。

卧室可能藏着100倍的过敏原

除此之外，日常生活中也应该注意防范过敏原。有的市民认为，自己家中经常打扫卫生，可谓一尘不染，根本不可能有过敏原。“有人曾做过实验，能引发过敏的尘螨在卧室内的浓度是住宅其他部位的100倍，其生长繁殖的最理想的温度是25℃，湿度是75%。”孟爽说，过敏原很可能藏在家中的窗帘、凉席、坐垫和毛绒玩具里。 “尤其是进入夏季以后，很多人上班后紧闭门窗，下班回家就开空调，这样密闭的环境里也很容易引发过敏症状。”所以，孟爽介绍，除了保持生活环境的整洁以外，开窗通风、及时清洗空调滤网也很重要。从外面回到家中时，也可冲个澡，以避免过敏原进入室内。

在第46个“世界地球日”来临之际，广东边防总队汕尾边检站围绕“珍惜地球资源，转变发展方式——提高资源利用效率”这个主题，开展了一系列宣传教育活动。

活动开展以来，这个站官兵多次利用执勤间隙时间，深入码头电厂企业开展珍惜资源、提高能源效益主题宣传，并和驻地政府单位联合开展了保护环境街头宣传活动，呼吁广大市民和企业树立环境保护意识，自觉参与节能减排行动。21日，这个站组织官兵以《认识地球，保护环境》为题，通过讲述地球的美丽与脆弱、组织学唱《水之恋》、开展知识问答等形式，教育引导年轻官兵进一步增强资源忧患意识和环境保护紧迫感，号召全体官兵从珍惜每一滴水、每一度电做起，为生态文明发展大计贡献自己的一份力。

今天早上十点钟，我去云山诗意管理处采访了汪小姐和肖先生，采访的主题是我们小区的垃圾是怎么分类的。

首先我采访了汪小姐两个问题：第一个问题是;我们小区的垃圾是怎么分类的。汪小姐回答说：“像我们云山诗意小区每栋楼的楼层垃圾主要分为两类，分别是厨余垃圾和其他垃圾。厨余垃圾就是厨房的有机生物垃圾，其他垃圾就是生活中产生的垃圾。”接下来我又问她关于有害垃圾的问题。汪小姐是这样回答的：“我们小区每栋楼的楼下大厅都置有一个有害垃圾桶，可以扔废旧电池，杀虫剂容器，过期药品，医疗废物以及废旧电器等电子垃圾。”然后，我又访问一位肖先生关于我们社区垃圾是怎么分类的。肖先生回答道：“我们社区楼下的垃圾主要分为可回收垃圾和不可回收垃圾。可回收垃圾包括纸类，塑料，金属，玻璃。”不可回收垃圾就是生活中的一些废旧过了的，包装之类一些杂物。采访完毕我终结一下，垃圾可分为四类：一是厨余垃圾;二是可回收垃圾;三是不可回收垃圾;四是有害垃圾。

4月17日，由省国土资源厅组织的我省第48个世界地球日宣传周活动在石家庄理工职业学院启动。活动主题为“节约集约利用资源 倡导绿色简约生活——讲好河北国土资源故事”。

活动现场，来自石家庄理工职业学院、河北中医学院等学校的学生，表演了精彩的绿色环保主题文艺节目。活动还通过现场摆放宣传展板、发放宣传册及展出以绿色、环保、节能等为主题的科技创意作品等，展示我省节约集约利用资源的先进典型，以增强公众保护国土资源、保护环境和保护地球的意识。

活动期间，我省柳江地学博物馆、泥河湾自然保护区等科普基地，也将向社会公众免费开放。

今年6月14日是第15个 "世界献血者日"，今年的活动主题是 "我能做什么"。据了解，从1998年《中华人民共和国献血法》实施至今，我市已有65万人(次)进行无偿献血，献血量达到180吨，用血人次达20多万。为感谢广大无偿献血者的积极参与和爱心奉献，弘扬救死扶伤人道主义精神，市中心血站将在6月14日前后举行一系列活动。

据悉，市中心血站将分别在该血站和博罗县石湾镇，举行无偿献血志愿服务初级培训班，让更多人了解无偿献血志愿服务队工作，并加入到这个队伍中来。惠州市无偿献血志愿服务队成立于2006年8月5日，设有机采血小板、惠城、淡澳等7个分队。目前服务队共有非注册队员4200多名，注册队员728名。注册队员中年龄最小的10岁，最大的76岁。无偿献血志愿服务队成立近11年来，志愿者们参加无偿献血累计达240万毫升，捐献单采血小板13500多个治疗量，累计服务工时达36万小时。该服务队先后荣获"广东省无偿献血促进奖"、"广东省志愿服务杰出集体"等35个奖项及荣誉称号。

除了举行培训班外，市中心血站还将召开全市各大、中专院校无偿献血团体招募座谈会。6月14日上午，市中心血站将与市保险行业协会，在江北体育馆门前广场举行大型无偿献血活动，还将邀请无偿献血量排名前200名的献血积极分子代表观看电影。此外，为进一步扩大单采血小板献血者队伍，市中心血站还将组织100名新增单采血小板献血者，赴博罗开展户外联谊交流活动。

6月18日(如天气不好顺延)，市中心血站将组织无偿献血志愿者在市区举行徒步和骑行宣传活动，并在市区花边岭献血屋和平湖门捐血点举行无偿献血招募活动。市无偿献血志愿服务队单车宣传分队从2006年成立以来，每年都要举行四五次徒步和骑行宣传无偿献血活动，沿途发放无偿献血宣传单，解答市民关于无偿献血的疑问，联系有意献血的热心人士，并招募无偿献血志愿者，每次活动都取得了很好的宣传效果。

9月28日上午，青秀区仙葫开发区充分利用“9·26世界避孕日”这个节日的特殊性组织辖区卫计专干、计生协会会员、青年志愿者等，在辖区人流量比较大的彩虹莫村路口开展了一场青少年艾滋病防治“青春健康，安全避孕”的主题宣传服务活动。

活动现场人头攒动，宣传桌前吸引了不少居民群众围观，工作人员向居民发放预防艾滋病宣传册、避孕套等，传递安全避孕信息，宣传性与生殖健康知识，提供卫生计生政策咨询。

本次活动共发放各类卫计宣传品、宣传手册1000余份，避孕药具1200只。通过开展预防艾滋病传播的宣传教育，推广使用安全套，让居民群众提高预防艾滋病的意识，做到洁身自爱，同时，提高青少年的避孕意识及自我保健能力，为青少年的健康成长保驾护航。
