但是，在教学中也暴露出了他们的一些不足：

1. 学习的主动性和积极性还有待大大提高，良好的学习习惯还有待养成。比如在课堂上教师所讲的内容大部份学生还没有形成及时记笔记的习惯，老师提醒记下来才动笔，没有记完全的内容课后也不会找其他同学的笔记补充完整;老师要求上交的学习任务只有一半的学生能够按照规定时间上交，其余的是拖延一天才完成，学习上的紧迫感和竞争意识不强。

2.自主学习能力和合作学习需要花很大功夫培养。可能因为初中的学习多数时间都是在完成老师的任务，按照老师的要求做，很少有自己的“主见”，所以遇到放手自己安排学习和同伴合作时就无所适从，做得很不好。而到了高中学习阶段，这两方面的能力不能大幅度提高的话，学习的效果不会太好。

3.课外知识严重匮乏。主要体现在老师问到很多常识绝大多数学生都不知道。以往的学习还是只停留在书本知识上，可见有用的课外书的阅读量太少，知识面太窄。

这些不足将会严重影响他们今后学习迅速的提高，在今后的教学当中要针对性的，有目的的进行训练，要想又快又好的出成绩，老师的任务任重道远。

根据省、州关于开展“支部主题党日”的有关要求及巴组通〔2016〕12号文件精神，明确每月第一个周五(遇假期顺延至下一个周五)为“支部主题党日”。为认真组织开展好“支部主题党日”活动，扎实推进“两学一做”学习教育，营造学习教育的浓厚氛围，结合本单位实际，制定如下方案：

一、目的意义

“支部主题党日”活动是加强党员理想信念教育的有效手段，是推进基层党建工作和开展“两学一做”学习教育的重要抓手，是党组织开展党员活动的有效载体。其目的在于强化党员党性观念和宗旨意识，增强党员党的意识、党员意识，进一步提高基层党组织“三会一课”质量，激励党员树立崇高理想和坚定信念，激发广大党员干事创业、创先争优的热情，有效解决党员“精神缺钙”、“行动乏力”的问题。

二、时间安排

每个月第一个周五(遇假期顺延至下一个周五)。2016年县委办公室党总支“支部主题党日”时间分别是5月6日、6月3日、7月1日、8月5日、9月2日、10月14日、11月4日、12月2日(遇特殊重要事情，时间顺延，由总支书记确定“支部主题党日”活动时间)。

三、活动内容

1.讲好党课。以中央、省委、州委、县委关于开展“两学一做”学习教育的有关精神为主要内容，结合各支部工作实际上好党课。支部书记要认真备课，支部统一给每位党员提供学习资料，使每一位党员领会“两学一做”学习教育的基本要求和目标任务。

2.开展讨论交流。重点讨论以下几个议题：结合共产党员标准讨论如何做合格党员;结合学党章党规、学系列讲话，讨论如何严守政治纪律和政治规矩，坚定理想信念;结合学先进典型，讨论如何保持优良传统;结合学“四个全面”战略布局和“五大发展理念”，讨论如何敢于担当作为;结合岗位职责，讨论如何履职尽责。

3.组织集体活动。结合单位实际，组织党员开展重温入党誓词、“支部是我家”即兴演讲、走进红色教育基地缅怀革命先烈的英雄事迹、看望慰问老党员或困难群众、请老党员讲党的光荣历史、组织党员开展志愿服务等有益活动。

四、具体要求

1.确定主题、制定方案。根据州委、县委“方案”规定内容，结合支部实际，实行一月一个主题并制定实施方案报县委办公室党总支同意，并报县委县直机关工委备案。“支部主题党日”要与两学一做相结合，要与精准扶贫、“六城”同创等工作相结合。

2.规范活动资料。每次活动结束后，政工科要将活动开展过程中的相关记录、图片或视频资料整理规范，留档备查。

3.做好宣传报道。每次“支部主题党日”活动邀请媒体记者进行宣传报道，同时由政工科整理形成典型案例，报送县“两学一做”学习教育协调小组办公室。

9月21日，密云区“知性、智行——爱要有一套”世界避孕日主题宣传活动在首都经贸大学密云分校举办。

此次活动旨在科学普及生殖健康及预防艾滋病知识，使青年学生了解必要的性与生殖健康信息、教育和服务，增强其对艾滋病的认识和自我防护意识;同时将婚育新风送入大学校园，传播生育文明理念。

活动中，区疾控中心、妇幼保健院专业人员就性与生殖健康及怎样预防艾滋病等知识进行了细致的讲解，向学生发放宣传品。300余名学生参加活动，并在“青春健康 安全避孕 预防艾滋 履行承诺”条幅上签名。

喝牛奶也能过敏?听起来像是笑话，其实在我们身边，香蕉、鸡蛋等很多不起眼的食物都有可能是过敏原。今天是第九个“世界过敏性疾病日”。沈阳晚报、沈阳网记者特地采访了沈阳市第七人民医院的专家，谈谈那些你所不了解的过敏事儿。

过敏患者最多一天二三十人

沈阳市第七人民医院主任医师孟爽介绍，过敏性疾病的发病率近年来显著升高，第七人民医院每天都有这样的患者被收治入院，最多的时候可以达到二三十例。“尤其是入夏以来，外出活动引发的花粉过敏和大排档消遣引发的食物过敏，日渐增多。”孟爽说，食物、药物过敏自不必说，家中的宠物、床铺被席、毛绒玩具，甚至是窗帘都可导致过敏性疾病。而人们对水果、虾蟹等食物引起的过敏比较容易发现，但对十分常见又无形的过敏原却容易忽视，例如花生、桃子、鳕鱼、香蕉、牛奶、鸡蛋也都能引发过敏。

“感冒”不好 查查是否过敏

“很多人认为过敏的症状就是皮肤奇痒，其实有的时候也会出现鼻塞头晕等类似感冒的症状。”孟爽说，所以很多人常常将过敏误认为是感冒，草草地在家服用一些药物，不但耽误治疗，还可能因不对症用药给健康带来副作用。

所以如果出现了病程较长、半个月也不好、或者是不发热的“感冒”症状，应考虑是否过敏，最好到正规医院做一下过敏测试，整个过程只要几十分钟，就可清楚查出你对哪些物质过敏。然后进行脱敏治疗。

此外，孟爽还介绍，过敏体质的人尽量避免在雾霾天出行，如要出行应注意戴上口罩，回家后及时洗澡，隔离过敏原。

卧室可能藏着100倍的过敏原

除此之外，日常生活中也应该注意防范过敏原。有的市民认为，自己家中经常打扫卫生，可谓一尘不染，根本不可能有过敏原。“有人曾做过实验，能引发过敏的尘螨在卧室内的浓度是住宅其他部位的100倍，其生长繁殖的最理想的温度是25℃，湿度是75%。”孟爽说，过敏原很可能藏在家中的窗帘、凉席、坐垫和毛绒玩具里。 “尤其是进入夏季以后，很多人上班后紧闭门窗，下班回家就开空调，这样密闭的环境里也很容易引发过敏症状。”所以，孟爽介绍，除了保持生活环境的整洁以外，开窗通风、及时清洗空调滤网也很重要。从外面回到家中时，也可冲个澡，以避免过敏原进入室内。
