作为“六·五”世界环境日系列宣传活动，6月3日，“绿色发展，你我共创”——第四届百所高校“六·五”世界环境日主题活动推进会在北京林业大学举行。活动旨在用中国梦激发青年大学生的历史责任感和使命感，将生态文明理念内化为个人的价值取向和自觉行动，勇当生态文明的引领者、宣传者、践行者。本主题活动由中国生态文明研究与促进会、全国保护母亲河行动领导小组办公室、北京林业大学和中国光大国际有限公司联合主办，全国各地百余所高校积极响应，并以不同的形式参与此次活动，京内外二十多所高校的大学生代表、京津冀晋蒙五省市青年创业团队代表及新闻记者300余人参加了推进会。

二是实施全国大学生“绿色梦想共创计划”。面向全国百所高校大学生举行“绿色梦想共创计划”，邀请全国大学生环保社团、环保领域优秀大学生志愿者参与生态公益项目的申报和评选。进一步调动青年学生环保组织、青年学生志愿者参与生态文明建设的积极性，激发青年学生在环境保护方面的实践创新。通过集体申报、专家评审等环节，对全国评选出的优秀生态公益项目进行资金资助，并支持项目落地。

四是举办首届京津冀晋蒙青年环保公益创业大赛培训班。在全国保护母亲河行动领导小组办公室的支持下，首届京津冀晋蒙青年环保公益创业大赛在五省份顺利开展。为了给本次大赛的参与者提供更好的理论与实践指导，主办方在北京林业大学举办为期三天的集中培训班，选拔公益性、市场导向性和实践性突出的创业项目并孵化推广。

百所高校“六·五”世界环境日主题活动已成功举办三届。活动的社会影响力不断扩大，已成为全国高校青年学子弘扬生态文明理念，参与生态文明实践的重要平台，在推进生态文明建设方面发挥了积极作用。

本次活动由中国青少年生态环保志愿者之家、首都大学生环保志愿者协会、共青团北京林业大学委员会共同承办。

Our modern city is too crowded， and to solve the problem， three proposals are put forward. Most people believe that we should fist practise the policy “Late Marriage” and “One Couple， One Child” in order to reduce the birth rate. Secondly， the city government must have a tight control over rural people entering cities to engage themselves in trade or do various physical jobs so as to lessen the pressure on the city caused by the increased population. Finally more and more people suggest that living blocks with shopping centers， schools， hospitals as well as cinemas and theatres round them or even satellite towns should be built in city suburbs or the countryside round the cities. In this way city citizens will be encouraged to move there to live and work. If these three proposals are well carried out， the city population will be greatly reduced.

5月31日是第28个世界无烟日，为了进一步提高社区居民对吸烟危害的认识，减少烟草对健康的危害，打造一个健康的生活环境，世界无烟日前夕，金星社区的社工志愿者在辖区内开展了“被动吸烟我不干，身边无烟在行动 ”为主题的宣传活动。

活动中，社工志愿者走进小区，手举“禁止吸烟”标识牌，重点宣传吸烟和被动吸烟对人类健康的严重危害，并为大家讲解戒烟对健康的益处、戒烟的方法和步骤等常识。经过劝说的居民主动的将手中未抽完的烟熄灭，加入了戒烟行动的行列，大家以实际行动营造一个无烟、清洁、健康的公共环境。

此次“世界无烟日”宣传活动的开展，使居民群众充分认识到吸烟的危害，进一步提高居民群众禁烟的认识，为营造健康、整洁、优美和谐的社区环境提供保障。

There is no doubt that people’s health will be influenced directly or indirectly by the environment and housing condition. Whether governments should focus more on the environment and estate has triggered a controversy. I feel that individuals should take more responsibility for their well-being other than government’s increasing attention.

Indeed, the environmental problems and housing conditions are two main sources for illness and diseases. In many large cities in northern China, haze weather has become a daily killer, especially causing respiratory diseases in winter. The state is an organizer or a coordinator in our society instead of a responsibility taker. Although governments can claim people to enhance the awareness of environment protection, make policy to strengthen the environment management and invest estate where they need, public health condition is still a personal problem to some degree. People have the obligation to form and keep a healthy and positive lifestyle, or they will still face the threat of illness and diseases even environment and housing condition getting better.

In conclusion, people can also need to take responsibility of their well-being as governments only hold a position as organizer and coordinator. The most feasible solution may be that governments provide a fine setting on one hand and public should pursue a healthy lifestyle for themselves on the other hand.

Today, we read a lot about the passage to protect the environment. I recall ever happened in my side.

Remember last years summer vacation, my father and I went for a walk EHu edge, a way, Im kind of shouted thirsty, so my father on the side of the road store bought me a Popsicle. 保护环境是从一点一滴的小事做起，而我却没有做好。有一次过新年，我们去顺峰山公园游玩，骑完自行车，我们个个都饿了，我们买了一小包零食来吃，而我，吃完零食，我因为高兴过头了，所以随手就把我吃过的7包零食的包装扔在地上，然后我进去便利店里面看电视，尽管今天的电视剧很好看，过了半个小时，我把以前妈妈跟我说的话忘得一干二净，我所有的心思都沉迷在这个电视剧里面。在过了三十分钟，我才想起来，可是，这时候，妈妈生气的走过来说：“你这个臭丫头，难道我以前跟你说的要保护环境，你都忘了吗?”我说：“我不是忘了，我只是顾着看电视。”妈妈说：“看电视重要一些，还是捡垃圾重要一些?”我说：“捡垃圾。”妈妈说：“那你快点捡呀。”

然后，我捡起一小堆垃圾，扔进垃圾桶，我不但向妈妈认错了，我也向顺峰山公园的每一个扫地阿姨认了错。因为，如果每个人都扔一块垃圾在地面，那么就会给清洁阿姨增加负担。如果你看见一块垃圾在地面，那你就弯弯腰，动动手，做一个保护环境的人，那么就会给清洁阿姨减少负担……

虽然这件事已经过去一年了，但是，这件事让我学会了，如果世界上都扔一块垃圾在地面，那么整个地球就会变成一片废区，所以我们每个人都要保护环境，保护地球，世界才会更美好!
