一大早，我就来到绿豆宝宝的身边，我惊奇地发现，绿豆宝宝们有的竟已长出一根细细的、长长的小芽了；还有的迫不及待地脱下了它那绿色的外衣，露出了白白嫩嫩的身体。我发现绿豆宝宝们都变得胖嘟嘟的，像是一个喝饱了水的胖娃娃，可爱极了！我非常高兴，急忙帮它们换了水，心里美滋滋的，比吃了蜜还要甜！但我也有一丝遗憾，因为还有一粒绿豆几乎是没有一丝变化，干瘪瘪的，它好象恋恋不舍自己的外衣，可能对外面的世界不熟悉吧，它用“眼睛”打量着外面的世界，尽力表示出“不愿意”“害怕”的感觉，像是因为营养不良造成的。有趣儿吧！

10月15日 星期四 晴

早晨，我走到绿豆宝宝们面前，结果出乎我的意料。昨天只有9毫米长的小芽已经长到2厘米了，小芽们在水中盘根错节，像一根根海带纠缠在一起，好看极了！昨天“营养不良”的绿豆宝宝今天也摇身一变，成了绿豆爷爷。我很开心，又为绿豆们换了水，心中有一种说不出的成就感，眼看着绿豆们马上要变得枝繁叶茂了，我心中很兴奋，但也很难过，兴奋是因为绿豆们要长大了，难过也是因为绿豆们要长大了，不会再那么可爱，那么惹人喜爱了。

虽然快要枝繁叶茂了，但也避免不了烂掉的现象，所以我再一次为绿豆们换了水，绿豆们好象也很开心，舒展着全身，让我心里暖洋洋的。那白色的饱满的身子上面窜出一根小芽，小芽长呀，长呀，长到现在那么长。一想到这些，我就无比兴奋！想着我的劳动成果，我的心情只有两个字“激动”！

经过3天的努力，我的绿豆宝宝们终于长大了：“我成功了！”我兴奋极了，我把绿豆们养得“枝繁叶茂”了！这真是一件让人开心的事。通过养绿豆我总结出一个道理：只要有耐心和细心，再难的事你也可以成功！

2.28 星期二 晴

今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

3.3 星期五 小雨

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗?”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。

3.5 星期一

昨天穿了整天的高跟鞋跑来跑去，傍晚到住处时脚痛得很厉害，都是高跟鞋惹的祸。今天我终于放弃我坚持足足两天的“职业淑女装”计划，改穿帆布鞋了，虽然看起来有点“不敬业”但至少我精神状态好多了，晚饭也算是能咽下了。今天下午总负责人赫老师给开了个小会，会上总结了一周班级的基本情况，听起来都是些琐碎的小事情，例如老师的表现是否合格，学生课堂表现等等。赫老师用聊天的方式很细心的分析着这些，不仅仅吸引老师们的注意，连所有其他负责老师也不自觉的被吸引过去了，我在一边看着赫老师，一边瞧瞧其他老师的反应。真不知道让我发言的时候能不能也有这样的效果，希望有吧。不过接手前的这个星期有点像被判“死缓”，哈哈。

3.9 星期三

天正式给学生上高中的课了班上有20几个学生和听课的老师，但是我一点没有紧张。因为可能培训的时候适应了吧上课做了一次单元测试，所以后来我就讲了一节试卷评讲课，一节单词的讲解。讲试卷时明显就发现了自己的不足，知道答案却难以讲解的明白。每个题目都得到字典上去寻求解释，还需要向老师请教如何讲解。很多很细微的知识点也要向学生解释清楚的。经过这几节课的实践，自己虽然还是难以把握讲解的方法，总算还是学得了一些。自己感觉在讲解试卷时，内容会很枯燥，同学们听着也很无聊，开始在下面做别的了，谁料被坐在下面的老师发现了，把他们教育了一番，可能是我光顾着自己讲了，都没怎么注意下面的同学的反应。这一点以后一定得避免。回顾这四周的时间我是专心的，但专心不一定等于成功，我究竟是一名实习生，在知识的构建上还存在着许多断章，还缺乏教学经验，甚至因为读错了某个英语单词或某个字后，或者写错了某句话，老师把错误指出来后而无地自容。但是我想通过两个月的实习我一定会越来越好的。

今天早上，我起来一看，外面都是雪，原来妈妈说的是真的。我觉得非常吃惊，本来我们瑞安是不会下雪的，但是今天却意外的下起了雪。我就马上起床了，吃完早餐，我跟着爸爸去楼下玩雪，一开门，我就看见一辆汽车上有一个小雪人，我想是谁堆的呢?刚好有一个小妹妹过来了，她还以为是我堆的，我说不是。我们去小区花园里妈妈车那边看看，哎呀，好多雪在妈妈车上呀!我也想在车上堆个雪人，我拿起了雪觉得好冷呀，于是就去按门铃，让叔叔给我拿手套。等我带上手套跑去妈妈车上堆雪人，就已经看见一个小雪人在那了。我非常吃惊，觉得很奇怪，小雪人怎么没有手的呢?我一看爸爸呢，一个人也没有，原来爸爸去叫妈妈了。

一会儿妈妈也下来了，看见自己车上有个小雪人，妈妈说：“早上车子都开不了了，你们怎么还在我车上堆雪人呀?快把它弄到旁边，快帮妈妈扫雪。”我就急忙把雪人弄到地上，开始帮妈妈把后面车窗的雪擦掉，擦完之后，上学时间快来不及了，就坐到妈妈车里，妈妈就带去学校上课了。

我一到教室一看，一个人也没有，只有书包，陈老师说他们都去操场玩雪了，我就跟着陈老师一起去了，到了那里，一看，雪太脏了，都被别人踩过了，我们就换了地方，到小花园玩，那边的雪比较干净。我们在一起玩花园里的雪，我们把雪越堆越大，本来想堆个雪人的，后来堆不起来，我们就弄了一些雪，做了一个圆球。我们把圆球扔到墙壁上，扔来扔去，很好玩。

铃铃铃，上课了，我们就跑到教室上课了。我觉得堆雪人，打雪仗很好玩，我真想再下一次雪。

我抬头愿望天边，发现天空上乌云密布。再仔细一看原来是一家煤气公司排出的雾气。我忽然感觉地球末日来临了。我有感觉到假如我们在这样下去不末亡也会被空气折磨死。我们因该环保起来。

有几个区域因为环境的破坏，而一个一个惨死。有的是被熏死，有的食物都没污染吃了就中毒死亡了。每当想起这些受到环境影响而死去的人，我都会情不自禁流下了眼泪。我见过动物也有在一种一种死去。记得又一次。我正在草地上运动，忽然看到一只老鼠掉进了污水沟，那是从厂里拍出来的污水，小老鼠拼命地挣扎着。但是最后也被活活的毒死了。我再一次流下了眼泪。我不禁感叹道哎!世上又有一只小动物死了。

虽然我一天只看到一人，一只动物。但一年就是356个人或小动物。环保是多么重要，既然世人都跟环境争斗而一个个死去，既然环保对我们这么重要就让我们一起行动起来用自己的努力换取空气的清新吧。

期盼已久的暑假终于来临了，卸下了一学期的疲劳，终于可以放松地去玩了。 The long -awaited summer vacation finally came. After removing the fatigue of a semester, I could finally play with it.

坐车去江门的路上，我看到了有高高的松树，美丽的油菜花……不到一眨眼的功夫就到了江门。表弟和表哥先带我去游乐场玩，有似长龙的过山车，恐怖的鬼屋，还有刺激的碰碰车。我坐在过山车上，好紧张。“啊——好爽啊!”我大声说。其实坐过山车一点也不好玩，我都给吓“死”了。

我和表弟表哥去了鬼屋玩，门口的形状是五指山，在往右走30米就是出口了，我走进去一看，一点也不吓人。鬼屋里只有三个机关，一个是跑出来吓你，另一个是拍拍你的肩膀再大叫几声，最恐怖的是第三个，走到前面那个石头旁边，他就会小心翼翼地走到你面前，看着你，只有三厘米的距离。我吃完东西后，就去了动物园。那里有小鹿、老虎等动物。不一会儿我们就出来了，吃完饭，收拾好行李，第二天就向贵阳出发。

第二天，去江门高铁站购票，接下来我们就搭高铁出发了。五个小时的行程，我们一直在聊天，吃零食，睡觉，除此之外，什么也没有发生。

到了贵阳，哥哥说“走，搭的士去黄果树大瀑布吧!”到了目的地，先看见的是长长的楼梯，走到尽头，看见很多美丽的小花。那里还有竹子做的洗手池呢!这里空气好清新啊!我们看到了瀑布，它调皮地奔向河里，如雷贯耳，还溅起了水花，太壮观了。我们观赏后就去了小食街，有很多好吃的，应有尽有。

我们的暑假生活真丰富!这一次旅行我觉得很开心，也体会了很多乐趣。
