Today, i opened my free forum and i was very happy because i could do a lot of things there.I decided to upgrade my forum and make it interesting. then i will make it grow up and at the same time, i can write down what i want to say there.I will be very happy.

8.00就集合。所以我也马上起床了。开始晨练，我们围着大操场跑了一圈，迎着太阳跑过一圈后身体就开始疲惫了。接着，我们进行了队列练习。终于到了吃早饭的时间，虽然一天都吃馒头的饭菜并不可口，但是累了一个早上的大家还是狼吞虎咽地吃了起来。

早饭过后，我们又开始了为时4.5小时的练习。这一上午不仅头顶上有太阳的曝晒，而且天气也是十分的闷热，刚刚站了10分钟的军姿就已经要体力透支。而后，我们又练习了齐步走，一个摆手的动作、抬脚的动作都要练习几十次以上。汗水慢慢地顺着头顶流淌下来，大家都精疲力竭了，可是训练并没有终止。直到一声号令“12连休息10分钟”。瞬间，大家的眼睛都放出了光彩，即便是仅有10分钟，大家也都很知足。休息时，我们已经累得说不出话了。

午休后，我们一直练习齐步走。开始时，我们不是排面不齐就是立定时脚不用力。终于，功夫不负有心人，经过了一下午的刻苦训练，大家能做到摆臂整齐、排面整齐、落地整齐了。

这一天，很苦。但大家的辛苦换来了效果。

今天晚上，我去上菁华浩扬英语课时，徐老师让我们分成两组举行了一场对抗赛。首先她让我们给自己的队伍起一个好听的名字，于是在叽叽喳喳的叫嚷中我们选中了“雏鹰队”这个名字，而对手却选择了“猛虎队”来做他们的队名。

竞赛开始了，老师在我们两个队各挑了一个人，让他们到黑板前写单词，“斗”了几个回合后，我们组领先了两分，对方恼羞成怒，拼命想把比分给扳回来。可是在读单词环节中他们又输惨了，结果现在我们已经领先四分了。到最后一个抢答的环节了，老师说：“这个项目是考验你们的反应能力的，猛虎队还有扳回比分的机会，要加油呀！”猛虎队员们一个个跃跃欲试，摩拳擦掌，看起来要和我们拼一个你死我活，鱼死网破了。你看在比赛中他们都反应神速，你争我抢的回答问题，可我们的队员也不是好惹得，个个争的面红耳赤，最后徐老师统计比分，我们“雏鹰队”以26：17这样悬殊的差距赢得了比赛。徐老师说：“下次你们猛虎队要加油啊！”

下课了，我们的队员还嘲笑地说：“你们地上跑的还是不如我们天上飞的吧，哈哈哈！”

The hot sun is like our enthusiasm, because no matter how hot the weather

is, we still keep on studying English hard.

Today, the chinese teacher taught us some English songs. I like the song

which is called ”seasons in the sun” very much. We all lost ourselves in the

beautiful voice. Today our theme is youth. After the teacher spoke. I suddenly

understand that maybe being young is our advantage, so we must value every

minute. We have to do something significant.

In the afternoon, our American teacher is father who is an associate

proferssor of English from central college give us a lesson. He told us

something about higher education in the USA. I think it will be useful for our

future.

On the other side. I felt uncomfortable today. Perhaps it’s a small regret

for such a wonderful day. But I think tomorrow still will be rosy.

My native town is X. We have settled down here since my grandfather was a

child. In other words, my family has lived here for more than one hundred

years.

It is a small village. There are about one thousand inhabitants. Most of

them are farmers. The mode of their living is very simple. However, they have

already possessed television sets and refrigerators. They made up their minds to

live a modern life.

What a fine day today !I’m very happy in this fine day . Beaucse today I

don’t have to do my homework and I can play with my good friends .There is lots

of snow now ，so we make a sonw man .That’s really intersting .We play with snow

to about 6:30 .Of couse I must go home now. What a fan day !

When I was a little girl ,I dreamed to grow up. Because I think a child doesn‘t has freedom,and can‘t do anything himself.

But now I have grown up, to my surprise, I feel more tired and have more suffering.Though I can do something myself, I don‘t feel happy at all.

something nice for them to eat. She just learned how to make a scrambled egg.

She tried to make it for them. She broke eggs in a bowl and put some salt in it.

Then she placed a frying pan on the stove, and put a little cooking oil in the

pan. While she was waiting for the oil to become hot, she stirred the egg in the

bowl. As soon as the oil became hot, she poured the egg into the pan, As one

The lesson startedn today. After the long and becaemeour boring opening ceremony, we saw our chinese teacher. She let us each ask her a queation, but it has to be specific and not too private, during the process, she said she is 30 years old and has a 5-month old daughter. 鼓起勇气开始冲冷水澡，从头顶开始冲，就是有种感觉，你不仅仅是冷，而且有点呼吸困难，如果你从你身体上抗寒能力比较强的器官，比如说脑袋手脚的时候还行，但你要是全身冲了冷水澡，你就感觉会非常的非常的有点呼吸困难，导致自己实在无法坚持下去，看来冲冷水澡还是有点难度啊!所以呢，千万千万不要尝试，因为你尝试一次，现在还不是政治下属的时候，如果是特别热的时候，可以试一下。
