同学们大家好!很高兴认识大家，虽然我们都是初次见面，但我已经迫不及待想要认识每一位同学了!

首先让我介绍下自己吧：我叫*****，你们可以叫我王老师，但我更喜欢大家叫我芸姐姐，随便你们只要不要叫我芸阿姨就行了。

我来自中国科学院电工研究所，每天打交道的东西是如何把我们身边无所不在却又变化莫测的风能变为我们无时无刻不在使用的电能，是不是听起来很玄妙啊!我一开始也是这么认为的，慢慢接触多了才知道无论什么领域的学问，都是从我们生活中最简单的事物和现象开始一步一步积累和发展起来的。

就像这学期我们要和大家一同学习的《全球市场》这门课，同学们可能一听到这个名字就会产生很多疑问：市场是什么?看不见摸不着;全球市场又是什么?我连国还没出过呢，从小到大就见过那么几个扳着指头就能算过来外国人，这离我太遥远了吧!其实同学们不知道，全球市场在我们日常生活中随处可以见到：比如有的男孩子们最钟爱的耐克篮球鞋，女孩子们喜欢的芭比娃娃，我们都喜欢吃的肯得基和麦当劳，这些都可以叫做全球市场。不过全球市场也没有这么简单，它作为一门学科，要牵扯到比如国际法律，人力资源，金融资本等等很多我们不太了解的概念和原理，我们要了解他们，掌握他们，最后要把他们运用到日常生活中去，这就是我们来这里的目的。

同学们，拿出你们的热情和聪明才智来吧，我们一起学习，一起揭开全球市场的神秘面纱!

我叫×××，女，生于1991年，毕业于××省××学院××分院。20xx年开始从事教育教学工作，小学二级特岗教师。在从事教育工作的两年中，我一直站在教育工作的前沿。“让每一位学生在我的课堂上都有所收获”是我事业追求的目标;“学高为师，德高为范”是我的自律信条。

一、爱岗敬业、勇挑重担

在工作中，我努力钻研，任劳任怨，每天我都早早到校，去教室转一圈，给学困生辅导，或是与部分学生谈心，询问他们的学习、生活情况。20x年我进入中村小学工作，担任五六年级的英语。对于刚毕业的我来说担任六年级，压力也非常大，我依然无所畏惧，坚守在三尺讲台上。 在课余花大量的时间去学习教材、专研教材、吃透教材;课前一遍又一遍地听录音磁带，以纠正自己的发音;课后又向有经验的教师请教，让学生在该课程有兴趣。虽然我校的英语基础非常薄弱，但是经过我一个学年的努力，学生总体成绩有了明显的进步。 功夫不负有心人，在2010年春学期我所教的班级在期中期末考试都取得了优异的成绩。在20xx年小考中，我校英语取得了第六名。通过一年的努力，在教学中谈不上经验丰富，但有了一年的锻炼，在第二学年中，继续努力钻研，在教学中一如既往，不断提高自己，我校英语一直保持名列前茅。20xx年小考英语取得了第三名的成绩，听到这个消息，我倍感欣慰。

二、关爱学生、无私奉献

一名优秀的教师必须拥有一颗宽容无私的心，对学生足够的耐心、恒心和信心。班上有一个高个子的男同学，偏科很严重，带有很强烈的厌学英语情绪，经常课前捉弄同学，课上开小差，但听老师说他数学成绩特别好。所以，课后我找他谈话，并问其原因。原来他以前对英语不感兴趣，背了的单词很容易忘记又很难记住。每堂课我都会留意他，并让他回答一些简单的问题和给以适当的表扬。课后耐心地给他辅导，每次考试前我都会给他鼓励，只要他有一丁点的进步，我都会及时在班上表扬他。渐渐地，他对英语感兴趣了，他的成绩也提高了不少，他人也开始变得自信而懂礼了。

记得第一年时，我所教班级有个叫兰洪生的学生，他性格活泼，还带着点淘气，成绩也不是很理想，其他老师对他都不看好，。开学都一周了，还没交过作业，我想，把她他到办公室来教育一下，就没事了。两天过去了，没管用。这可怎么办？我就用了原来百试百灵的办法—请家长。我和他妈妈共同教育了一番，没想到，当着家长的面他答应的好好的，几天下来，他根本没付诸于行动。这下我可愁了，批评教育不听，请家长又不管用，怎么办呢？没办法，我就去班主任那里讨招，可他们的回答，更让我对他束手无策，他从来就没交过作业。虽然没有办法，可我也不能对他置之不理，我很欣赏他的大胆和积极，所以要他担任该班的英语科代表，。从我踏上教师这个工作岗位开始，我就告诫自己，不管什么原因，我不能让任何一个学生掉队，我决不会放弃任何一个学生。一天，我又找他谈话。“兰洪生，现在你是我们班的科代表，老师布置的作业，不是巩固练习，就是预习新课。你不做作业，你能让其他同学交齐作业？你是怎么想的？”他一进办公室，我就问他。几分钟过去了，可他却没回答，只是目不转睛的看着我桌子上的玻璃。我感到很诧异，看什么看得这么入迷？我仔细一看，原来他是在看我玻璃上的小贴画，看着好玩，我就撕了一张贴在了我桌子上的玻璃上。我明白了，我高兴地问：“你喜欢这个东西吗？”他不好意思地低下了头。“这样吧，你如果按时完成家庭作业，上课认真听讲，老师每天奖励你一颗，而且它们各不相同，怎么样？”他笑着点了点头。 在以后的日子里，我履行了我的诺言，而且每次上课都会表扬他。由于他很积极，还带动全班的同学学英语，成绩也提高的特别快。到了六年级，他从一个很差的学生变成了个优秀的学生，让我在教学中找到了一丝地成就感。

三、潜心耕耘、硕果累累

为了提高课堂效率，我率先转变教育观念，积极参加教研教改活动，努力学习新课表。课后，利用学生去管理学生，和学生一起共同学习，共同成长。在这两年的教学中，我所教的班级都取得了不错的成绩，期中期末考试都在全县前六名。同时，我还积极参加各项活动，并取得了较好的成绩。
