今天上午，真的是十分有幸。能参加这样一场意义深刻的德育沙龙：文化生态下的德育实践——文化生态下的班级凝聚力。围绕这样一个主题，来自通州市和如东县掘港小学的各位德育工作者，他们有的是一线班主任教师，有的是教研室先进工作者，展开激烈的探讨。我们这一边旁听的实习生也是受益匪浅。

从他们对文化、对文化生态、对凝聚力理解的各抒己见里，我们也收获了不少感悟。最深刻的一点便是：我们现在懂的专业知识真是太少了。专业知识不只是英语水平，更是小学教育。对教育，我们就算有些看法，也只是皮毛罢了。看来在以后的学习中，要多阅读、多涉猎，拓展自己的知识面。

再者，听了一些一线工作者的对自己班主任工作的总结和汇报。我真的是很受感动。他们对自己的工作是倾注了多么大的心血和激情。在聆听一位班主任对自己班级班旗的阐释和班级小故事的讲述的时候，平日里不怎么流泪的我也是热泪盈眶。

真的，那时我便明白了。文化生态？什么是文化生态？其实它就存在于日常生活之中，没我们所想的那么高深。和谐的校园环境不就是一种文化生态吗？良好的师生关系不也是一种文化生态吗？所以作为一线的教育工作者，不能将它束之高阁，而是应该尽一切努力做好自己工作。这样便是为你的学生们创造了一个良好的文化生态环境，班级凝聚力便自然而然地加强了。

This semester, my class has a new English teacher. She is a young and

beautifullady. We have a great impression on her. However, after several classes

later, things have changed. Firstly, she always talks in English. We dont

understandher words. We tell her that, but nothing changes. Besides, she always

asks usin English. The result is that we cant answer her question, because we

cant understand her. In addition, she is serious and never smiles to us. We

feel so depressiveto have her lesson. Therefore, all students are afraid of

having Englishlesson.

Last sunday, it was a fine day. My friend and I went to Mount Daifu. In the

morning,we rode bikes to the foot of the mountain.After a short rest,we climbed

the mountain.on its peak,,we shared the beautiful scenery in our eyes. There

were lots of light foggy clouds around us.What。

s more, varieties of birds flying around us were pretty.What a harmony

situation。

At noon,we had lunch in a restaurant. With a happy emotion, we finished our

climbing. Although tired, we still felt happy and relaxed.we hope our country

will become more and more beautiful.

Fifteenth day Lantern Festival is a traditional Chinese festival。

People will eat during the Lantern Festival， the South and the North are different， so theres to eat glutinous rice balls， which have a literary reference， saying it was Yuan feel Lantern with "Yuan Consumers" So the Lantern named Tangyuan。

Hanging lanterns in the streets on both sides。 That is festive， but also lively。

Lantern Festival is also known as Chinese Valentines Day， the young men and women get along with fireworks， dancing folk dance and lantern making。

Lantern Festival this day， people walking on the street， watching lanterns， guess riddles。 People are immersed in an atmosphere of joy。

Fifteenth day after the Lantern Festival， people began the new years work。

2022年悄悄地向我们走来了，为了欢庆元旦，同学们精心地准备了丰富多彩的节目。在“新年好”的歌声中，元旦联欢会正式开始啦!

同学们有的唱歌，有的跳舞，有的弹奏乐器，还有的变了魔术!同学们一个个都手舞足蹈，真是热闹极了!

让我印象最深的节目是歌曲《沙漠骆驼》。这首歌是由刘程宇、刘航宇和李翰祺三个同学表演的。他们唱得铿锵有力，吐字清晰，所以，这首歌一直在我脑海里回荡。

这次元旦联欢会，我永远不会忘记，因为它给我的童年又增添了一份美好的回忆。

今年，是春节的早上，我和爸爸在贴春联，开始贴的时候，我说：“爸爸你自己贴吧!我到外婆家去帮外婆贴春联。”

放寒假的第一天爸爸就是冲着我说：“‘落后生’‘不嫌丢脸’。”我帮外婆把春联给贴好了，刚要回来我肚子就饿了。一到家就吓一跳，爸爸贴的对联都被贴乱了，把车库门上的对联贴成了‘心想事成

万事如意’，应该贴成‘开门大吉’才对啊!

外面的鞭炮声“噼里啪啦，噼里啪啦，咚咚”真清脆。爸爸说：“这个学校嘛还是要上的。”

过年的一天到了，我和妈妈爸爸来到外婆奶奶家拜年，刚到那里面，热热闹闹，小孩子们都团在一起玩捉迷藏的游戏呢!可是大人们都在一起，有的打牌，有的打麻将等等。我去了我的表哥哥和姨哥哥那里，看他们在干什么呢?走到他们那边，一看他们正和我的阿姨打牌呢，看着他们打牌，我也‘馋’了。后来，我和阿姨说：“给我玩一玩吧!好不好?”阿姨说：“好!好!好!”我太高兴了，我坐上去玩了起来，玩着玩着就把表哥哥和姨哥哥的钱赢了过来，他们说：“我们不玩了，回家玩电脑了。”

这两天我和爸爸妈妈，弟弟都玩得很开心，很高兴!

元旦我们一家人来到了我盼望已久的苏州，苏州风景秀丽，以园林著称。其中令我最难忘的就是拙政园了。

拙政园有32位主人，它的第一任主人是明朝的一个御史，相当于现在的检察长，他叫王现臣。建拙政园一共用了16年，画图就用了3年，建造用了13年，可是他只在拙政园里生活了1年就去世了。他把拙政园留给了他的儿子，希望拙政园能一代一代传下去。没想到，他儿子好赌。一年就把拙政园输给了留园的主人徐泰时。随后，又换了那么多的主人……

拙政园是四大园林之一，四大园林分别是：北京的颐和园、承德的避暑山庄、还有两个都在苏州，一个是留园，再一个就是拙政园了。著名的四大园林有两个在苏州，可见苏州人建造园林多么的心思巧妙啊，而且这两个园林都是私家园林，也能表现出，明朝时期苏州的富饶。拙政园以水为主，池中堆山，园中有四个小亭子，按春、夏、秋、冬排列，主人会在每个季节欣赏园中的不同风景。现在正是冬天，我和妈妈一走出跨院小门就闻见了一阵阵清香，我们闻香寻找，抬头一看，原来是头顶处的一树梅花，似乎应了那句古诗：“墙角数枝梅，凌寒独自开。”

拙政园是我见过的园林最棒的一个，我真的非常喜欢。

I think most people like traveling because they can feel the beauty of the nature and breathe the fresh air at the same time.Whats more they can make friends.But there are some disadvantages of travelling,such as,the weather may change quickly and you may be wet in the rain.So my suggestion is that before you travel,you should listen to the weather report and get to know about the weather and youd better travel with others so that you are not into trouble.

Chinese spring festival

The spring festival is Chinese most traditional festival every 365 days。 Each Chinese pay much attention on it。 Every year about 15 days before spring festival， the migrate works and white-collars are beginning crowded home-returning。

But， in recent years， with the development of the world， many different attitudes between the young and the old towards the spring festival come forth。 The old are still pay more attention to the spring festival， but the young gradually change the mode to spend their spring festival holiday， such as travel overseas。

When I am a childhood， I celebrated the spring festival with my family about a month in my winter vacation in traditional way， such as helping cleaning our houses， putting red couplets on gates， setting off firecrackers， and wear new clothes。 Now， I spend only 4 or 5 days at home with my parents in celebrating the spring festival， then I will hurry back to work。 Maybe in the near future， I will have no time celebrating spring festival hometown， and my parents have to come to stay with us in the city。

Whether or no， I like the spring festival。 It is one of the most important part of our Chinese culture。 However busy I am， I will try my best to celebrating it with the traditional way to protect those our ancestor has leave behind。

its beautiful gardens. According to official datas, there are more than100 in

total. They have enjoy great popularity in history for a long time. Among them,

the Tiger Hill is my favorite. Thousands of years ago, a king was said to be

buried there with his treasure. For such a long time, many people explored these

treasure but nobody have found. Except for this legend, the scenery there is

beautiful and we can enjoy it there. I have taken some pictures there, and I

will send you some via e-mail. Suzhou is worthy of visting. I am look forward to

your coming early.

今天，是见实习的最后一天了。

整个见实习过程中有收获、但也必有疑惑，目前这两点问题一直困扰着我：

（1）作为小学教育专业英语方向的学生，我们应该重视教师职业技能的培养还是英语水平的提高？很明显，小学英语课堂涉及到很多专业知识，所以作为这个专业的学生我们必须努力提高自己的专业水准，这无疑是重要的。但教师的专业技能呢？这两点孰轻孰重？又该怎样做到让他们相得益彰？

（2）领导们和指导老师都和我们说老师不能太温柔了，这样管不了孩子。我明白严师出高徒，同时我也知道和善是不能和温柔划等号的，和善又不失严肃是最好的准则。但真正操作起来，又该如何把握好这三者之间的分寸呢？

如今，见实习已经临近尾声。对于已是师范四年级、却才开始接触教学见实习工作的我，要顺利地从学生转化为一名人民教师的角色，这是一个艰难的蜕变过程。我要学会慢慢适应这个过程，并迅速地成长起来。争取做到对小学教育有实践性的了解，也许这些问题便能迎刃而解了。在这样的交替中，我想我能成长许多。

And they often go back home to celebrate the festival with their family.The first day of the new year is the time when people visit their friends adn wish each other good luck in the new year.

记得有一次，您上课的时候，可我们在下面又是说，又是笑，又是比划，可忙坏了。您开始想着我们会改正(这是我理解的)，但我们还不改正，反而变本加厉的说着我们感兴趣的话题。您生气了，把书往桌上狠狠地扔了一下，您对我们大喊：“停!”我们吓的打一了颤，然后赶紧装模作样的拿起书读，谁知我们一出声，就“驴头不对马嘴”。您又发火了，干脆坐下来和我们比赛——看谁“熬”过谁。我们一见您这阵势，我们也不读了，但是就怕您告诉数学老师，让他批我们。过了一会，要下课了，您气消了，又教我们读起了英语。

还有一次，班上同学——王莹在英语课上，肚子里“翻江倒海”，头上也渗出了豆大的汗珠，满脸通红。下课了，您还在“拖”课，走到王莹那，看见她的样子。于是手拉着王莹的手，一手摸着她的头，亲切的问她的病情，并安慰她。您拉着她下楼，她烧的太厉害，四肢抽筋，您便把她背了下去。

老师，您是多么爱我的呀，我们将永远感谢您!

今天我们开了元旦联欢会，同学们非常高兴，下午我们开始了联欢会。同学们有的唱歌，有的.猜谜，有的跳舞，有的弹钢琴，同学们都看的非常入迷

同学们还有给老师礼物的同学，我们在第二音乐教室进行联欢会，斜对面是齐老师的办公室，所以一部分同学去给齐老师送礼物了，唐老师的礼物摊了一桌。

最后，还有一个环节是踩气球，让我惊讶的是我们班里的张瑾如、张瑾若都别抽到了，可是，她们却很害怕踩爆那气球。进行完这个节目后同学们女的先走，男的留下来扫地，扫完了地之后，我们回教室放东西站队，之后同学们带着喜悦的心情回家了。

转眼又迎来了20--年元旦，伴着刺骨冷峻的寒风，站在新旧交替的时空隧道，送走了朴实无华的20--，迎来了朝气蓬勃，充满期冀的20--年，是啊，崭新的—年如期而至，新春的气息扑面而来，—切都显得鲜活而具诱惑。

新的—年到来，悄然触动我心灵的琴弦，面对新的岁月，感叹时光的流逝，人生易老，内心涌动出许多对以往岁月的无限留恋，转眼自己己过不惑，回首走过的生命历程，有，失落，遗憾，伤感，甚至绝望都——尝遍。

所谓的梦想成真，心想事成的美事，我曹某人从未品尝过，走过了的四十多年的风雨人生，生命的秋天悄然而至，至于对了几许，又错了几何，只有自心知了。唯能安慰的是，虽经历了劫难，而未消沉与堕落，这样想着，心中油然生起浓浓的安然，有种对这种生活的热切期望，在血液里奔流不息。人世间的功名利禄，金钱美色，恩爱情仇都不一过是过眼云烟。无须常挂于心。

重要是珍惜生命中的每—天，让生命的秋夭硕果累累!人到中年犹如车爬半坡。正是迎风扛旗，全力拼搏之时，哪容得。半点的懈怠与偷懒，你必须有成熟的心理素质，必须要豁然大度面对生活的诸多不如意，更要学会释放，宽容和感恩，善待他人，善待每一件事。不写了，眼睛也痛了，人老了，眼睛漠糊，可能记忆也跟着淡泊了年轮，也许等到明天，又有新的奇迹还会出现在我的眼前。

吃过午饭，我们全班同学一起吹气球，一起装扮了我们的教室，来庆祝元旦活动。每个小组都表演了精彩的节目，有的小组的节目告诉了我们深刻的道理，有的小组的节目逗得大家哈哈大笑。我们小组的节目表演的也很成功，节目表演完后，我们撒糖给同学们，大家都一窝蜂地冲向了糖，哎!看来吃的东西吸引力还是很强呀!希望大家吃了糖，在新的一年里，每天都过得甜甜蜜蜜的。节目表演完后，我们玩了游戏——抢凳子、坐气球。大家都玩得开开心心，快快乐乐的，最后李老师播放了一曲“小苹果”把我们的庆祝活动推向了高潮。我们的庆祝活动在同学们的欢呼声中结束了!!!

今天真是开心的一天。

Mingming came to my house today. We spent some time playing computer games.

We played basketball game online. I chose NBA and Mingming had to take CBA. Of

course, I won finally. We had a good time.

明明今天来我家。我们一起玩电脑游戏。我们打在线篮球游戏。我选NBA 球队，明明只能选CBA球队。当然，我赢了。我们玩的很开心。

今天，天气转凉，大家都披上了大衣，来到了美丽的校园，小鸟似乎变少了，小草开始掉发了，大叔开始掉牙了，这意味着一年即将过去了，一眨眼十月已经过半，一年还有最后的三分之一，一天跟光速一般，在这光是的日子里发生了许多有趣的事情，在中学的每一节可我都听得非常认真听从老师指挥和安排，也在每一节课里紧紧抓住每一个知识点，虽然上课很死板，但有几堂课却让我记忆犹新，比如今天的英语课……

“叮铃铃”上课铃响了，我静静的坐在位子上等待老师上课，在我看来英语课有时有趣，有时却非常无聊，而今天这堂英语课让我改变了对它的看法，我相信这样有趣的课堂老师也一定发了不少心思来准备这堂课，在上课时老师突然给我们来了个对抗游戏，男生VS女生哪一方选手问题回答的多，那方就获胜。

比赛开始了，男生，女生都不甘示弱，勇于站起来回答问题，外面狂风大作，里面却是这番热闹的情景，一分钟过去了，二分钟过去了，三分钟过去了男生和女生之间出现了距离，眼看第一大题就要结束，我们男生非常着急，想挽回局面，正当我们要开始翻盘时，第一大题居然就这然结束了，不过还好，还有第二大题，谁赢谁输还不一定呢？第二大局开始了，经过一番调整的我们，又开始追逐了紧张又激烈的气氛依旧未停，男生们依然努力的追赶着分数，能追一分是一分，女生好像有点骄傲了，回答的人越来越少，我们分数渐渐多了起来，直到最后一题是我们只差女生两分了，当我们认为胜负已定时，老师突然说最后一题回答对加两分，这是我们脸上又有了笑容，因为班长把自己的手举得高高的，他是我们最后的一线希望了，你是男生唯一的靠山了，当老师在黑板上花了两个大星星后就意味着我们的努力没有白费，我们终于胜利了！

今天的这节有趣的英语课给我们打来了许多欢乐和笑声！
