Now, the new term begins. I live the life normal as before. Every morning,

I get up at 6:30. After washing, I eat breakfast at home. My mother always cooks

delicious and nutritious breakfast for me. I usually go to school at 7:20 by

bike. It only takes me ten minutes to get to the school. We have the morning

reading at 7:40 and the classes begin from 8:00. I usually have Chinese, math,

从他们对文化、对文化生态、对凝聚力理解的各抒己见里，我们也收获了不少感悟。最深刻的一点便是：我们现在懂的专业知识真是太少了。专业知识不只是英语水平，更是小学教育。对教育，我们就算有些看法，也只是皮毛罢了。看来在以后的学习中，要多阅读、多涉猎，拓展自己的知识面。

再者，听了一些一线工作者的对自己班主任工作的总结和汇报。我真的是很受感动。他们对自己的工作是倾注了多么大的心血和激情。在聆听一位班主任对自己班级班旗的阐释和班级小故事的讲述的时候，平日里不怎么流泪的我也是热泪盈眶。

真的，那时我便明白了。文化生态？什么是文化生态？其实它就存在于日常生活之中，没我们所想的那么高深。和谐的校园环境不就是一种文化生态吗？良好的师生关系不也是一种文化生态吗？所以作为一线的教育工作者，不能将它束之高阁，而是应该尽一切努力做好自己工作。这样便是为你的学生们创造了一个良好的文化生态环境，班级凝聚力便自然而然地加强了。

Last summer, intolerable heat, so mom and Dad brought our family went to see the ice sculpture museum.

最后是一个小游戏，主持人让张洋馨来读一段绕口令——人要是行，干一行，行一行。一行行，行行行;要是不行，干一行，不行一行，一行不行，行行不行。张洋馨读了一遍，没有读对，又让王一冰读一遍给张洋馨听，王一冰读对了，可是张洋馨读几遍都没有读对。

伴随着我们的欢笑声这次的联欢会结束了，虽然只开了两个小时的联欢会，但是我感觉仿佛过了一整天了。今天是我最开心的一天，因为今天是20--年我们在学校的最后一天，也是我们在小学中最后一个元旦了。我会永远记住这一天!
