在就业形势严峻、竞争激烈的现实背景下，这种“以退为进”的做法确实有其合理性，不失为一种“现实”的选择。但是，先就业后择业也存在明显弊病。为了就业而就业的仓促选择，未免失之轻率，也是对自己的不负责任。换言之，对于大学生就业问题，我们应适当跳出固有的“就业GDP”思维，改变一味被动护航的做法，尽可能让大学生在充分考虑的基础上，选择相对适合自己的工作。

“慢就业”虽好，但时下仍存在不少现实之困。要让“慢就业”真正顺畅实施，除了呼吁社会多一些理解与宽容外，有关部门还应及早作出相应的制度安排，方能避免“站着说话不腰疼”的尴尬。

首先，教育管理制度和大学生“就业率”评析体系亟待改进。一些西方国家的学生之所以能享受“间隔年”，是因为那里的大学教育实现了自主选择，只要修满学分就可以毕业。而我们目前的学分制还是“半成品”，学生基本上只能在限定的时空内选择，怎敢随意“间隔”?此外，由于“就业率”的硬杠杠，不少高校迫于压力，不得不想方设法给学生“创造”条件就业，甚至演绎出就业造假的荒唐故事。倘若不能破除对“初次就业率”之类的数据迷恋，谈何“慢就业”?

其次，许多招聘政策与“慢就业”不接轨，毕业生容易“被”慢就业。举例来说，不少地区为引进人才而开设的“绿色通道”政策，除了设有“985”“211”的学校门槛外，还往往有“应届毕业生”的身份限定。如此政策背景下，“慢就业”意味着凭空失去很多机会。

在倡导多元化、个性化的时代，“慢就业”有助于丰富就业选择，化解“被就业”现象。惜乎囿于诸多因素，目前只是“听起来很美”，要想让毕业生真正稳下心来，实现“谋定后动”，任重道远。

Spring is the best season of a year. The weather gets warmer and warmer. My

classmates and I took a one-day sightseeing tour around our city. The scene was

very beautiful. But when we saw the rivers along our city, I felt very sorry and

thought a lot.

With the development of modern industry and agriculture, more and more

waste is being poured into rivers. It has caused serious pollution. The rivers

are becoming so dirty that nothing can live in them. The rivers are giving off a

terrible smell.

We make an urgent appeal that measures should be taken to cope with the

situation. Our government should build various facilities such as sewage

treatment plant and encourage scientists to work out more and better ways to
