3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

4、打造“常态课堂、高效课堂”。教研组各教师认真学习常态课堂的基本要求，并每人按计划上一次公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点，以合作学习的时效性为重点，从而来实现高效课堂。

5、加快信息技术学习进程，从而推动学科教学与信息技术的整合。组织所有教师运用现代教学理念设计多媒体教学辅助课件，组织多媒体教学观摩活动等，达到能将多媒体高效运用于英语教学中。

6、加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《大纲》、《中考说明》，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读能力的训练，另外所有英语教师要协助九年级教师搞好中考复习和模拟考试，力争中考第一仗顺利。

7、组织本教研组教师撰写论文。英语组要确定教研专题，全体英语教师通过理论学习和校本培训，不断反思、探索，并联系实际积极撰写英语教育教学论文。

总之，在校领导的带领下我们英语组全体组员会开拓进取，不断完善自己，将教学质量放首位，为学校的教育事业贡献力量。

今天，万里无云，阳光灿烂，天气格外的好，在我们学校的操场上更是一派热火朝天的景象，同学们一个个热血沸腾，这是为什么呢?因为今天我们学校正在举行运动会，大家都在为运动会做最后的一搏呢。下面就让我们一起去看看这一次技术和力量的对决吧，看看运动员是怎样获得那一个个值得骄傲的名次的呢?

最先开始比赛的项目是50米。看，运动员一个个都精神焕发，像一支正待发射的箭，而那跑的口令则是张弦之后的弦声。运动员你追我赶，跑在前面的渐渐被追上了……终于50米的角逐结束了，那位跑第一名的同学就像获得了至宝一样高兴。再去看看跳高场地，运动员们一个个身姿矫健，轻盈地在细绳上跃过，甚至有一位同学还侧身跳过呢，赢得了大家的阵阵叫好声。

最精彩的比赛要数50米接力了，我们班男生实力不佳，首战就失败了，一个个灰心丧气的。现在就看女生的了，可是女生一开始也是失误频频，竟掉了二次棒，真替他们着急啊，最后一位队员王珊琪踩着风火轮来了，不过她也无力回天，最终女生获得了第三名。

比赛结束了，大家都拿着奖状相互交流，而我也没有空手而归，得了垒球第二名和实心球第三名，拿着奖状开心地笑了。

不一会儿，运动会的开幕式开始了。伴随着运动会进行曲，管乐队、花束队、彩旗队和各班运动员迈着矫健的步伐，向主席台走来。

开幕式一结束，比赛正式开始。操场上顿时热闹起来。50米预决赛、跳高、跳远几个项目同时进行，操场上拉拉队的“加油”声此起彼伏。

我觉得我们年级最精彩的要算女生接力赛了。“砰”的一声枪响，各班的运动员就像离弦的箭一样冲了出去。我们班跑第一棒的同学一眨眼的功夫就逼近了第二棒，跑第二棒的同学飞一

般的冲了出去，和别班拉开了一小段距离。眼看就轮到我了，我多少有些紧张，不过我已做好了充分的准备，很利索地接过棒子就跑，尽管别班运动员紧追不舍，还是没有追上我。就这样各

班运动员一个紧接一个地跑着，“加油”声一浪高过一浪，最终我们班的女生接力得了全年级的第一名，我们激动地欢呼起来。

运动会很快就结束了，但运动场上那激动人心的场面不时地浮现在我的脑海中。
