We stayed in the Shu Ren College. There are many big trees around it. We had meals in the restaurants, but I didnt like the food.

Hong Kong is very beautiful. I like Hong Kong and I hope to go there again some day.

Early rising

Early rising is a good habit for everyone. It is good for us in many ways.

Firstly, it helps to keep us healthy. We can breathe the fresh air in the morning. Its fun for us to take a walk along the street.

Secondly, early rising helps us with our studies. When we get up very early in the morning, everything around us is quiet. In the morning we learn more quickly and memorize what we learn easily.

Thirdly, early rising gives us enough time to get ready for our work, such as to wash our hands and faces and eat breakfast properly.

Ladies and gentlemen,

I feel it a great honor to have a chance to give a speech here, talking

about the haze weather, which causes lots of bad effects on our health and life.

We breathe polluted air, making us suffer from lung and liver diseases. Besides,

because of it, the flights have to be canceled. All kind of transports may run

into each other, resulting in much damages and lots of injuries.

As far as I am concerned, it is high time that we did something. As

individuals, we should ride the underground or buses instead of cars to reduce

carbon dioxide. As government, more measures should be taken by carrying out the

related law on pollution.

In summary, we’re all looking forward to breathe fresher air and live a

happier life. Everyone should be a part of this job.

夜幕己下，万家灯光早已熄灭，而这时的我才真正放下手机，完成起了手头上的作业。时间一分一秒地流逝，我一心多用，凌晨才可以放下手中的笔。

我出了房间准备洗漱睡觉，看向卧室里早已熟睡的家人，一片漆黑的房间，夜色浓重的天空，我突然感到一种浓浓的无力感和恍然若失，我好似与大家成了两个世界的人。

每当到了入睡时，我才从手中的网络世界醒悟，还有作业未完成，每当老师在群里轰炸，催作业，我才会投身于作业当中……这样的我真的很糟糕。

看着泛着幽光的手机，好似一个恶魔，拖着我，通往地狱，我决定要改变了，不能再像现在这样了，我看着黑暗里自己的影子，暗暗与自律定下了承诺。

手机不可能一下子戒掉，初离手机，我人有几分不适应，写着写着作业便时常发起了呆，但我开始改变了，慢慢来吧，一切都会慢慢步入正轨。

网课没听的，我就开二倍速重新补上，题目不会的就请教老师，笔记没做的就向同学借，运动欠下的那就一天做两倍的量……总有一天我会弯道加速，追上原来那个优秀的我，那个约定时的我。

一天又一天，忙碌却充实，“呼”我长吁了一口气，拍照、发作业到群里，做完一系列的动作，我瘫在了椅子上，看了看时间，八点不到我就完成了所有作业，虽然也不早了，但比起以前12点仍在赶作业的，我进步了许多。而我天天练习的仰卧起坐才从一开始的三十多个飞跃到整整五十个。

过程催艰辛，但结果却是香甜的，背后的汗水也许无人知晓，但结果会说话，我与自己的约定未完待续。
