首先，我们应该为自己今天要做的事情列一张表。最重要的是要记住先做那些紧急的事情。其次，要专心。对于年轻人来说，他们也许缺乏自控能力，很容易被其他事情分神。因此，按照单子做事情非常重要。做不完列表上的事，就不做其他的闲事。最后，早上起得早一点。你会发现你能有更多的时间来做你想做的事。

一句话，我们应该对将要做的事情写个计划。只有这样，我们才能合理的利用时间。
