英语写给校长的一封信作文(20篇)

敬的校长，您好：

我是中南大学一名普通的本科生，想提一些关于本科生教学的推荐。我觉得：教务部门的老师们就应走出办公室，来到学生的课堂和学生一齐听课，以到达督促讲师们提高教学水平的目的。

为什么这么说呢?因为我觉得，如果一个学生成绩不好，那他自身必须存在原因的，但是，个别老师的授课水平实在太差也是原因之一。

我以前就遇到过样两种让我感到很无奈的老师：一种是普通话说得很糟糕的老师。一个课堂，几十人，几乎就没有人能听懂老师在讲什么，于是该科目只好自学(事实上，那门课程全班的成绩都比较糟糕)。虽然中南大学有教授务必参加本科生教育的规定，但是我真的觉得，对于一个年纪比较大的老师来说，要想改变自己的口音、练出标准一点的普通话确实很难。我觉得这些老师可能更适合搞科研、带实验。

第二种是“PPT老师”：上课就开始念PPT，念到下课结束，完全和学生没有互动，真的没有到达课堂教学应有的目的。其实这还算好的，最近遇到一位老师，他连自己PPT上的资料都不熟悉：一次，他看到不会的地方，还要底下的学生提示才搞明白。这真的是教学态度出现问题了。

但是教得好的老师还是有的：比如化工院主讲《物理化学》的向阳老师，讲课能够用一板一眼来形容，条理十分清楚明白，坐在下面一听就会!还有讲《生理学》的罗老师，也是讲课的条理十分清楚，感觉课上的十分充实。(强烈推荐校长给这样的老师加工资!)

所以我觉得，主管教务的领导真的就应走出办公室，来到课堂中，来亲身体验一下老师们的教学工作做得怎样样，督促那些讲课水平差强人意的老师想办法提高自己的授课水平。我觉得，对于中南大学这样的“985”“211”副部级重点高校，更就应把自己的水平体此刻日常点点滴滴的教学之中，让学生们从中受益。
