每年军训，第一个军训目标便是站军姿。更让人痛苦的是，竟然从去年的四十分钟提升到今年的一个小时。同学们个个唉声叹气，像枯萎了的雏菊一般没劲儿。

但事情总是要经历的，时间总是会过去的。从纠正军姿开始，一位可亲可近的，被同学们称的“粉粉嫩嫩”的教官用他的双手教会我们军人的姿态：双腿站直，脚跟靠拢，两脚呈六十度，重心向下压，用脚掌站立。五指并拢，紧贴裤缝，抬头挺胸，头正身直，平视前方。

起初，站军姿对于我来说也只不过是规范动作，并不太难。随着时间的分分秒秒，秋雨后闷热的空气使我的汗珠紧紧相凑，直到浸湿了衣衫。身边的女同学逐渐晕倒，我也倍感吃力，脚跟发麻，腰间酸痛，也不由地有一点儿头晕目眩了，身子也禁不住些许哆嗦。

此时，细心的教官仿佛看出了蹊跷，已经在我身前停住了脚步。我开始忐忑不安，以为，会被拉到队前做“示范”，可接下来的一幕令我倍感诧异：

只见他轻轻地伸出手来，带着浅浅的微笑，说道：“看你像要晕了，走，扶你去旁边休息。”我不知哪儿来的力气，立马站稳了，说：“没事儿，能坚持!”

教官笑了，我也笑了。

此时，一缕期待已久了的秋风斜面而来，似乎是为了迎接我这苦闷中唯一的笑颜。我想，这笑容让我瞬间收获到坚持，收获到乐观，收获到心静……

是的，不需要太多的语言，只需将嘴角微微上倾，笑着面对生活，便是坦然，便有收获，只要笑一笑，没有什么事情过不了。

小时侯最喜欢做的事情无非就是煮月亮了。中秋节那一天，是月亮最圆的时候了，我和几个同伴在外面找到一个小搪瓷盆，又搬来几个木柴，开始生火准备开始煮月亮。可是，不久以后，云遮住了月亮，时时不肯飘散走，盆里也没有了月亮，而我们这一次也煮不成月亮了，只好白白浪费这一次机会，只能等到明年中秋节了。

光阴似箭，岁月如梭，转眼间又到了一年一度的中秋节，我们又拿好搪瓷盆，搬好木柴，一切处理妥当后，我们又开始煮月亮，这一次我们多希望能把嫦娥姐姐给煮下来，碰巧，赵四儿的衣兜里揣着半个红薯，国子提议让我们把红薯和月亮一起煮，那样会更好吃。我们连连点头，是不是夸耀国子几句，国子听了开始骄傲起来，我故意清了清嗓子，示意让他停下来好一起煮月亮。过了许久，红薯快熟透了，国子问：”会是什么口味的呢，好吃吗?”等红薯熟透了，赵四儿想让我先尝尝，问我：”怎么样，甜丝丝的吗，什么味道的?”我说：”是月亮的味道，很甜。”于是我的那些小伙伴们争先恐后的想吃那个红薯，想尝尝我口中所说的月亮的味道。从今以后，我们决定不只在中秋节煮月亮了，我们决定每天都要煮月亮。年复一年，日复一日，渐渐地我们已经煮过了红薯，芋头，大枣，土豆，茡荠……

这一幕发生在12月9日，我跟牛哥、飞马等山友登阳台山的途中。后来我们又遇到了几个象大叔一样坚守岗位的森林防火协管员，有扎着红头巾的，有擦着鼻涕的，有不停渡步跺脚的，他们都说了同样的一句话：“上山别抽烟，别用火”。

在我们的生活中,水是最重要的东西之一。水没有颜色,没有形状,没有味道也没有气味。水到处都有,在海洋里,在大海里,在小溪里都有水。水非常有用,我们可以用水淘米,用水洗澡,用水救火等等。水也能使我们开心,在夏天我们能在大海里游泳。

水如此重要,没有人生活能离开水,我们要保护地球是我们的水变的更加清澈。

有一个人，我一直心存感激，因为他将我从前奇丑无比、歪歪扭扭的字改得像模像样了。

他是我的小学班主任白老师。白老师的字体特别好看，对学生的字体也是非常严格。

在我刚转来的时候，字体很落后，第一次摘抄，我就一直犹豫不决，老师看后就给我批了个“B”。当我看到这个字母时，我的心跳就开始加速了，似乎预感到老师要吵我。

令我出乎意料的是，白老师并没有吵我，却温柔的对我说：“不错，要注意横平竖直。”我点点头，下决心把字练好。

我私下里看了几个字体好看同学的摘抄，每个字都是那么好看。我回家后，一遍又一遍的练，不停的练字，还时常模仿一下他们的字体大小、规模、特点。

慢慢地，我的字体发生了翻天覆地的变化，虽然还不是很好，但白老师在看过我的摘抄时，毫不犹豫的给我批了个“A”。我内心有种说不出的喜悦，因为白老师我走时，欣慰，有温柔的说了一句：“有进步!”

白老师经常表扬我的字，可是那天，一节体育课上，我奔跑时不小心摔了，一歪，右手就骨折了，因此我的右手不能写字了。白老师说：手不方便就多看看。”

我在当天的作业面前，不想退缩，右手照样写。在写基础的时候，面对一个个蚯蚓爬一般的字体，我心里很不是滋味。

有一天自习课上，白老师在教我做题时说到我的字体，又用左手在我基础的一角写了几个字。我一看，这与右手写字的效果一样好。在老师的鼓励下，我多了一项本领。

对于白老师，我永远是满怀感激。每当谢老师说到把字体写好时，第一反应永远是白老师的那一句：“横平竖直。”

寒假里，对于我们小学生来说，最重要的是学习。但是，最近，新型冠状病毒这种传染病已经成为全球热议的焦点。除了学习，我们更应该多多关注这些新闻。所以，每一天我都时刻关注着新闻，获得更多讯息。

这是一场突如其来的“暴风雨”。新型冠状病毒像一只疯狂的猛兽，凶狠地袭击着我们的国家!新型冠状病毒，感染力强，每天新增的确诊人数和死亡人数都在往上升，触目惊心的数目使我们倍感威胁，人的生命是多么脆弱!

奋战在前线的”战疫”人员不惧生死，他们就如一把把坚固的大伞为全国人民遮挡着这场“暴风雨”!有的医生，宁愿不回家吃团圆饭，也坚守着自己的岗位;有的医生，宁愿蹲在家门外，也不进家门冒着传染给家人的风险与他们团聚;有的医生，竟只能隔着手机屏幕看一眼孩子。有的护士，戴着紧绷的口罩，在病房里工作了三天三夜，待摘下时，那布满深深的口罩痕迹的脸，成了世界上最美的容颜;有的护士，在工作中听到家人逝世的消息，却无能为力，只能暗自落泪，向家的方向鞠躬。

这些伟大的医护人员给了战胜病毒的信心，让我们看到了希望的光芒，相信这场艰难的“战争”马上就能结束，那时，所有的人都能和家人团聚，走出家门，与大自然亲密接触。

得知情况的我们，更应该多多呼吁身边的人，遵守自然法则，保护野生动物!我们人类因破坏自然已经造成了许多灾难：美国的流感、澳洲的火灾、酸雨、沙尘暴、洪水等。澳洲的火山爆发还产生了大量的二氧化碳，这些总量加起来，竟约等于116个国家一年所产生的数量!可见这对于地球的污染有多大!因为上一代人已经犯下了大错，触犯了自然法则。作为少年的我们，应该从小做起，树立起保护野生动物的意识，树立起爱护大自然的意识，不再犯与大人同样的错误，让灾难远离我们。

让我们和大自然和谐相处吧，拥抱每一个美丽的春天。

秋天，不象春天一样万紫千红，不象夏天一样生机盎然，更不象冬天一样粉妆玉砌，秋天有它自己的美。

With the development of industry, water pollution is becoming more serious now. The polluted water not only kills fish, it is also harmful to our health. Many people get sick because they drink the polluted water. In some rivers the water is so dirty that they can even kill plants.

We should fight against the pollution. We should stop using harmful things. I wish it is not a dream that in the near future we can have clean rivers again.

Nowadays, peoples life has changed a lot with the development of modern technology and economy, which has put lots of negative effects on the environment.

Why this? Because, firstly, some factories are pouring wastes into rivers, lakes, seas and so forth; secondly, because of human activities, a great number of plants and animals are losing their lives; thirdly, using modern machines and chemicals is bad for the environment. 奶奶家的旁边有一块野地。上面杂草丛生，并不美观。一年，我一不小心点着了火柴，就把它扔到了野地里。草，被烧掉了一些。于是，我划了整整三盒火柴，把杂草全部烧光了。我自以为干了一件大好事，蹦蹦跳跳地跑回了奶奶家。虽然没有告诉大人，但我心里仍是美滋滋的，十分开心。第二年春天，当我又来到那片野地时，我惊呆了。杂草又长出来了，我一瞬间被震撼到了。区区野草居然也有如此强大的生命力!火烧掉了它的茎，却烧不掉它的根。火烧掉了它的身体，却烧不掉它生长的决心!那一刻，我才真正明白“野火烧不尽，春风吹又生”的喻意。
