徐老师是我最喜欢的一位老师，她讲课与众不同，风格独特。大家都知道，在自己不喜欢写作时，如果老师硬逼着我们写，那么我们只会绞尽脑汁，挖空心思，像挤牙膏似的挤出毫无生气的语句来。而徐老师从不生硬死板地给我们讲解作文的方法，而是联系我们的生活实际，让我们在生活中学作文，由课内延伸到课外，从狭隘的书本拓展到广阔的生活。她在讲作文的时候，还经常联系自己的亲身经历，这更引发了我们极大的兴趣，觉得这样学习不但轻松，而且有趣，也使我们对作文产生了浓厚的兴趣。就如那次来说吧，老师讲怎样写童年趣事，她不但结合例子告诉我们怎样选材，怎样围绕中心来写，怎样安排详略等等，而且还给我们讲她小时侯的故事。有一次，她上山采蘑菇，正当采得起劲儿时，不小心撞上了马蜂窝，吓得她大叫一声，扔下篮子，掉头奔逃，结(果还是被一只大马蜂蜇了一下，第二天半边脸肿得老高，样子十分滑稽。徐老师还给我们讲了她小时候的外号“老三扁”的由来：因为她爷爷不太会抱孩子，出门时总是把她夹在腋窝下，日子长了，头就有些扁了，由于她排行老三，人们就给她取了“老三扁”的外号……老师讲得生情并茂，我们听得津津有味，听着这些有趣的故事，我们总能在开怀大笑的同时，领悟到作文的某些真谛。

徐老师讲作文的独到之处还在于，我们写作文时，徐老师也跟我们一起写，她写出来的作文只要稍加修改便是一篇佳作，让我们好佩服呢。徐老师非常爱写作，她经常在夜深人静的时候，敲击着键盘，写下一篇篇文章。那次她为了给我们写一篇下水文，一直写到凌晨四点多呢，她这种敬业精神更令我们钦佩。徐老师在我们临走之前，写了一篇两千字左右的赠文送给我们做纪念，文中句句都饱含着老师对我们的殷切期望。她还把自己比较满意的文章一一打印出来，发给我们，让我们阅读，交流……我们不会辜负老师对我们的期望，今后一定多读多写，将来也能写出像徐老师那样的作文来。

对了，徐老师家养了一只小狗——可鲁小姐，它可热情啦。每次我们来，它总是热烈地欢迎我们。它可是我的好朋友哦，我每天去都会和它玩上一阵，与它说说话。我与它说话时，它听得可认真了，两只乌黑的大眼睛一眨不眨地注视着我，尾巴不时摇晃几下，像是听懂了似的。有一天我因事没来，第二天去，可鲁见了我就像见了久别重逢的老朋友一样，使劲儿地摇着尾巴，热烈地欢迎我，我为有这样一个动物朋友而高兴。

盼星星，盼月亮，终于盼到了暑假。暑假里我和爸爸、妈妈一起去了郑州动物园。

过了几个小时，我们到了动物园。爸爸去买票，我和妈妈在等爸爸买票回来。买过票我们一起进了动物园。一进门就看到了一些雕像，有斑马、大象……走进动物园里，我看过了老虎，老虎在睡觉，看它睡得正香，我和爸爸、妈妈没有打扰它就去看别的动物。到了国家一级保护动物的熊猫馆，我情不自禁的大叫起来。“哇！好肥胖的大熊猫啊！”妈妈告诉我：“大熊猫的愿望成真了！”我问：“它的愿望是什么？”妈妈笑眯眯的说：“照一张彩照呗！有一只大熊猫生了只，咖啡色和白色的小熊猫！”我兴奋的说：“那都是它努力结果吧！”

看完了大熊猫，我们去玩碰碰车，我和妈妈坐一辆，爸爸一人坐辆。开始了！我和妈妈被碰的头痛眼花，而爸爸却没有一点事。妈妈说：“没关系！我们继续努力！”在妈妈的鼓励下，我战胜了爸爸。

这一个暑假，真是一个难忘的暑假啊！

今天是7月的最后几天，是队友们站在比赛场上的日子。我也是他们中的一员，但是，我由于一点事故不能参加比赛，为此我也有一点心痛，毕竟训练了大半个月，却不能去比赛。

说实话，在我刚刚开始7月份的训练时，我是那样的累，每天下河划船，不是手上出水泡，那就是全身腰酸背痛，但是却觉得很快乐，和队友一起同甘共苦的感觉使我忘记了一切的劳累。也许就是这样，才使我不断去努力训练，坚持不懈吧，现在回想起来，还真是够怀念的。

我们在嘉兴训练时的宿舍，刚开始我们并不喜欢，但是每当训练回来，我们又是那么安静的躺在宿舍的床上，任凭教练怎样呐喊，我们都无动于衷，仍然甜蜜的躺着，等待第二天黎明的训练。在半夜时，我们宿舍五个人会趁着教练睡着时，偷偷起来吃宵夜，那种滋味又是那么兴奋与快乐：那是我第一次和室友一起在夜晚打着手电筒，吃着泡面，看着星空，听着歌曲，一种奇怪的感觉包围着我们，现在想想看，那也许就是友情吧……

来说一下我们隔壁的皮艇队吧，他们对于训练是那样的执着，每天训练都是划了不下10公里，还要在河里游泳……记得马上次脚上一下子划破了6条口子，在宿舍里时脚上贴满了创可贴，那时看得我心里直冒汗，但是马却笑着说：“没事的，这点小伤，几天就好了，今天训练只是小意思……”一时间，我被一种意志力所折服‥…

Yesterday I Buying equipment for my bike,A “Bicycle stopwatch”.It can tell me my velocity.

In the afternoon,I ride my bicycle in the JIANGSU UNIVERSITY.At first,I ride18km/h,but soon I ride 22-25km/h,and then I start to speed up.About 10Minutes,I keep my velocity27-28km/h,keep it a long time,so it makes me feel very tired and thirsty.But I also feel excite. It’s so Furious. Feel the joy brought by speed. Especially when the velocity is 30km/h or faster.Also it’s the reason of why I love cycling.

I ride 16km ,use about30-40 Minutes. Cycling can exercise my leg muscles.At the same time it also can exercise my endurance.So it’s a very good exercise.And it’s to me--the half of my life.Maybe someone think it’s exaggerated.But it’s ture.

Summer can be very hot in southern taibei where the temperature usually goes up to 32"C or more. Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. Also because of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. Actually I like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. In the summer vacation that has just ended I went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. This summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. As a second-year senior student I had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. I spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. I used to run about every day in previous summer vacations, but this summer vacation I simply could not afford to do so. Though those examinations were still a year away, I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. 暑假刚开始，我这个“小书迷”就“投资”了近200元买书。书不多，却很有帮助。有巴金的《家》，路遥的《平凡的世界》，还有曹雪芹的《红楼梦》……老爸说我是“超级书迷”外加“花钱不眨眼”。我却不以为然，心想：自己只不过在买书方面多花点而已，这有什么不对?一有空，我就拿出买来的书，细细地看，慢慢地品味。真的好佩服作者的智慧!能把故事写得如此生动、精彩，使人如同身临其境，仿佛自己便是其中的一员!每当捧起书静静地品味时，心里总是甜甜的。阅读，真是人生难得的享受。

“酸”

除了看书，闲暇之余，我偶尔还上上网，跟好友们聊聊天。但每次都会被老妈撞见，久而久之，老妈便以为我整天玩游戏，书买回来也不读，就狠狠地训了我一通。眼泪在我的眼眶里打转，我倔强地忍住，不让眼泪掉下来，也不跟妈妈解释。就这样，我跟妈妈开始了“冷战”，你不理我，我也不理你，碰到面扭头就走，弄得老爸夹在中间很难为情。最后还是老爸跟老妈解释了一切，妈妈才知道错怪我了。吃晚饭的时候，妈妈跟我道了歉，承认是她错怪我了，我的鼻子一酸，眼泪就再也忍不住了。

“苦”

经不住我的吵闹，家里终于同意让我去打暑假工啦!6月28日，在温室里长大的我开始了自从呱呱坠地至今的第一份工作。这也是我迈出自立人生的第一步。刚开始，我对新环境里的一切事物都充满了好奇心，一会儿在这帮帮忙，一会儿又跑去另外一边……忙得不亦乐乎。但没过几天，我就想喊停不干了。说起来，都怪自己这双不争气的脚，才站了几天就觉得又酸又疼，每天一下班就躺在床上不想起来了。可是我又不想告诉妈妈，要是告诉妈妈的话，她肯定会笑话我没用的，说不定还会从哪找来红军二万五千里长征的故事来教育我呢!哎，这回我可真成了“哑巴吃黄莲——有苦说不出”喽!我唯有仰天长叹：“苦啊!”可还是要继续干下去的，后来便渐渐习惯了。

“辣”

我有个很大的毛病，就是做事时老是心不在焉的。这不，刚做了一阵子，毛病就又犯了。我把还没绣好的布当成已经绣好的布给收了去，结果，无端地给绣花师傅增添了许多麻烦。虽然绣花师傅并没有责怪我，但自己心里还是觉得挺愧疚的，脸上也火辣辣的。只好埋下头默默地帮师傅一起再弄回去。我暗暗地下决心，一定要把这个坏毛病改掉!

这可真是一个“甜”“酸”“苦”“辣”的暑假呀!

How I Spent My Summer Vacation

The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. First, I thought I should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a better understanding of them. Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. It stood to reason that with such a good plan I should make the best of my vacation time. I did, because I lived up to what I had planned.

数日来阴雨连绵，今天是星期日，天气阴，我们一家跟顺车到了蔡桥·五汛·射阳河的交界处——大众河，参观了数万只鹅的养殖基地。

老远望去，大众河面上有一群白白的大鹅，一片洁白，好似大雪满地;在向前走近点，就又不一样了，星星点点，好似天空上飘浮着朵朵白云;一会儿呈方形，一会儿一字摆开，队形不断的在变化。再走近些看，一只只大鹅稳稳的漂在水上，看上去它们一动不动，实际上两只脚在水中不停地划动着，真是“白毛浮绿水，红掌拨清波”。

我们坐渡船来到了对岸，你看，水面上的白鹅一会儿抬起头，张开翅膀;一会儿低下头，看在水中自己的影子，像一个个含情脉脉的少女，透露出高贵，典雅的气质。我正看得出神，不知谁喊了几声：“大鹅—大鹅—大鹅—”，这群白衣少女一致抬起头，排着整齐的队伍，一边高高地叫着，应和着，叫着，像电视上的体操队员表演一样，好看极了!只见它们个个张开翅膀拍打着，挺着胸脯，紧跟领头鹅，上岸了。我寻声望去，只见三舅爹和其他几位老人忙活呢!我好奇地走过去问：“三舅爹，你们在干什么?”三舅爹抬起头说：“我们在给鹅大棚子呢。”我又问：“搭棚子干什么呀?”三舅爹放下手里的活，耐心解释到：“鹅马上就要生蛋了，我们搭棚子方便让鹅在这里生蛋。”快傍晚了，我问：“鹅什么时候吃食呀?”三舅爹笑着说：“别急别急，马上到时间它们自己会上来的。大约五点半了，我得去准备准备饲料。”三舅爹刚把鹅饲料倒在地上，和上水，放了药准备好时，整个鹅群到各个食盆里去瞧瞧望望，找食的它们正感到疑惑，发呆时，三舅爹和其他人把食放入各个盆里，大鹅们好像饿坏了，蜂拥而至，但它们不挤，你一口，我一口地吃了起来，吃饱的鹅就到河边喝水，然后站在岸边梳理羽毛。放完食盆后，我们便依依不舍地离开了鹅场。在回家的路上，我们在车子里议论着，这个大老板，有舍气，花了几十万元养了这么多鹅，改变人们的生活，听说每只鹅政府补贴了几十元钱呢!这都是党的政策节的硕果!
