别因为老师一次不经意的批评影响自己的情绪，更不能因为同学一句小视你的话而在意很久，不能因为一次的成功得意忘形，更不能因为一次的失误而消沉不起，自古成败皆一时，笑看高考能几何。千万别忘了，你高中所有的积累都是为了高考这一役。

五、不要轻易涉足感情。

人生每一阶段都有每一阶段的任务，生涩的果子不好吃，早来的爱情留不住。你不知道自己能不能驾驭好，你也不知道对方能不能驾驭好，好好地把这些美好的感觉埋藏在内心深处，如果有一天秋色满眼的时候，缘分来了，你水到渠成再收获这份纯真。要管理好自己的生活，管理好自己的感情，要压制控制这种生理冲动。

六、也许你足够努力了，成绩就是不显现，这时就要沉住气。

农民撒下种子要秋后才能收获，这就是它的发酵期，它的滞后性，乌龟打败兔子成为胜利者，就是他的坚持，现实生活傻根儿脱颖而出就是这个道理。

七、别卖弄小聪明，衡中没有低智商，只有性格不同。

永远不要耍脑瓜，天赋是最靠不得的东西，伤仲永的故事每天都在上演，精英教育的集合比拼的是耐力，永远不要有凌云绝步的幻想，睡觉以前反思一下自己今天做的怎么样，感觉惭愧就记住几个英语词组。

八、吃饭别考虑给爸爸省下几个，身体好才能学习好，赢得高考这都是小钱。

夏天多吃点冷饮，冬天多喝点咱衡水的六个核桃，不想回家就超市买点酱牛肉，补锌补钙的饮料多买点，床底下多预备点水果，平时吃饭别考虑价钱，首选是自己爱吃。

九、多和比你学习好的同学交往。

别那么难为情，别那么不虚心，自尊不是孤独嘀咕，不耻下问也会赢得友谊。遇到解不开的疙瘩就和老班聊聊，有过不去的坎儿就请教老师，真为了学习，同桌是个女同学也不用忌讳。

最后一条，管理好自己的时间，不要以为老师抓得很紧了，学习的时间不短了。

你每天都要反思，上课开小差没有，学习效率提高没有，早操提前没有，晚自习延长一点没有。动物世界，欲望谁都有，贪玩是属性，吃饭跑操上厕所都可以想点功课的事，不要有磨刀不误砍柴工的想法，属于高三生的时间不多。

人生在世，俯仰之间，唯有追求卓越，求尽所能，才能无怨无悔高处胜览。
