水，是滋养生命的天使，是服务人类日常生活的天使。

我们家乡的水资源就没有保护好：不少工厂一直没有停止排放污水；临河而居的人们也往黑河里排放污物，把河水弄得脏兮兮的；如果你来到渭河边，你会发现污染情况也非常严重，河水里有很多杂物，如塑料袋、矿泉水瓶……还有一股难闻的臭味。

往常清澈的护城河近几年又多了一些灰色的赃物，这种物质不断扩散，使得清澈的河水变了样。虽然市政府曾动用大量人力、财力来对这一状况进行治理，但是，没过多久，护城河里又变得脏乱不堪。许多游客因此不再愿意去观赏护城河的景观，就连平时来这里晨练的人也少了。

4、 请自来水公司及时检修消防栓和水管。
