Last summer, intolerable heat, so mom and Dad brought our family went to see the ice sculpture museum.

As soon as we walked into the ice sculpture museum, we felt the chill of the inside, and I knew it was only minus six degrees Celsius. Were just like going into a big fridge. Ice sculptures in the ice sculpture hall are lifelike. It stood the ancient "Four Beauties": Sha Shi, Mochizuki Pipa Wang Zhaojun, Diao Chan, Yang dancing, all lovingly pathetic. The side see also the twists and turns of the bridge deck and handrails, sparkling, shining. There are all kinds of ice sculptures at the side of the bridge. It was found that the eaves of a unique Pavilion were flying, the pillars were beautiful, and the chairs were exquisite, so that people could not help sitting down and resting for a while. that you eat seafood in Beijing. The less money you pay, the more enjoyable you

are. Maybe my stomach is ill. Whatever food I eat, I am still thin. And I am too

thin, I want to be a litter fatter. So I must eat more.

A happy Day

It was sunny and very hot today. I got up early and helped my parents cook breakfast. Then I washed the dishes and cleaned the room. After a short rest I did my homework in the morning. In the afternoon I went swimming in the nearest swimming pool with my friends. It was really cool to swim in such a hot day. I surfed the internet and read a storybook in the evening. I really had a busy and happy day.

Today is my shopping day. I wanted to buy some delicious food.there were many kinds of food. I wanted to eat more and more fruits. I wanted to eat apples in order to lose weight. I liked eating bananas, straw berries, pears and watermelons, I wanted to buy some books, I thought they can help me study not long after my holidays, I wanted to buy a pair of golves for myself because my golves were lost. I got up early this morning and had breakfast quickly. Then my mother and I took the bus to my grandmother`s home. My grandmother was glad to see me again. She gave me candies and a cup of milk. She was really kind to me. At noon, we had lunch, There were lofts of people. After that, I talked with my grandmother. She laughed again and again. 这时，小姑婆走了过来，对我们说：“你们摘到的丝瓜籽今年早春时可以栽种，大约在清明前后。早泥土里插几根竹竿，丝瓜藤就会长出来了。另外，老丝瓜剥掉皮，里面的老茎也可以用来洗碗，还能用来洗澡，有着很大的功效呢!”

Everybody wishes (hopes) to get money so that he can maintain his

livelihood。 In other words， money is so useful that it is impossible for mankind

Today we visited Red Star Farm.

Early in the morning, we met at the school gate and went there together.

About two hours later, we arrived. On arriving there, we were given a warm

welcome by the farm workers. Then one of the workers showed us around the farm.

We were very glad to see the crops and vegetables growing so well. At noon, we

had a picnic happily.

After the picnic, we enjoyed ourselves in the sunshine. We listened to

music, dancing and singing. Some were talking happily and even two of our

classmates played chess. How time flies! It was time for us to leave though we

didnt want to. It was really an unforgettable visit for us.

（2）领导们和指导老师都和我们说老师不能太温柔了，这样管不了孩子。我明白严师出高徒，同时我也知道和善是不能和温柔划等号的，和善又不失严肃是最好的准则。但真正操作起来，又该如何把握好这三者之间的分寸呢？

如今，见实习已经临近尾声。对于已是师范四年级、却才开始接触教学见实习工作的我，要顺利地从学生转化为一名人民教师的角色，这是一个艰难的蜕变过程。我要学会慢慢适应这个过程，并迅速地成长起来。争取做到对小学教育有实践性的了解，也许这些问题便能迎刃而解了。在这样的交替中，我想我能成长许多。

Hong Kong and Macao are parts of China in history， but they were separated from the motherland for some political reasons。 China has been getting richer and stronger since its opening to the outside world。 On July 1， 1997， Hong Kong finally returned home。 On December 20， 1999， Macao returned home， too。 Great changes have taken place in both Hong Kong and Macao。 It shows the development and great strength of our country。

Taiwan is an intergral part of China。 The Chinese people as well as most of the people from Taiwan are looking forward to the day on which Taiwan will return home。 We are sure that day will come sooner or later。

It was a nice day last Sunday. Zhang Ming was fishing by the Qinhuai River

when a little boy went to play nearly. Suddenly, Zhang Ming heard someone

shouting for help. He looked around and found that a little boy was falling into

the water. It was very dangerous. Zhang Ming jumped into the river immediately.

He tried his best to pull the boy out of the river. At that time other people

7月13日晴星期日

7月14日晴星期一

今天，又是一个大晴天，和昔日一样，一大早就赶去上培训班。自从上了初中以来，小学的无忧无虑的生活和我彻底告别了。每次想起小学生活，心中总是那么后悔，遗憾及惆怅。反正顺路，要不下午就去看一下小学，于是我决定了。

放学后，我立刻坐车到了小学。我又走着那条走过上千遍的路，曾经，在此路上，走过失落的我，走过兴奋的我，走过忧愁的我，走过快乐的我………路上不断有小学生成群地说说笑笑从我身边走过。很快，我走到了小学门口，空荡荡的，不知怎的，我耳边响起了在小学经常听的《七里香》。接着又有笑声，我仿佛看见了，我们在操场上奔跑，在篮球架下跳跃，在教室里听课，一切回到了从前，我一直没注意，自己已在校门口站了许久，许久………

I have rested for a week. I began to feel bored. So I went out with my

friends. They are my best friends in the middle school. We didn’t go to

someplace special. We just saw the other. We had lunch together. While we were

having lunch, we were still talking about the new school and new friends. Yes! A

year later, we have grown riper. And we learned much more things and got new

life. We haven’t enough time to play, to waste and to lose the way. We only have
