叔叔吩咐我和小姑去找一些砖头。砖头找好后，叔叔把砖头搭在一起，觉得怎么都搭的不对。这时，爸爸过来帮叔叔一起搭，有爸爸的帮忙，砖头不一会搭好了。爸爸负责生火，我和弟弟还有小姑负责找树枝。没几分钟我们几个就找了一堆树枝，爸爸找来了几张报纸用打火机点着，然后放入树枝，可是火没有如愿以偿的升起，还冒着很多烟，把我们的眼泪都熏了下来。奶奶走过来，提醒我们升火时要用扇子扇一下。叔叔找来扇子扇了几下，终于把火升起来了。爸爸把烧烤架子放在火上面，叔叔把穿好的羊肉串一串串地摆在架子上烤，然后刷上一些油洒上一些孜然和椒盐。很快，羊肉烤好了。小叔把肉串分给我们，大家感觉羊肉的味道真好，比街上新疆人卖的还好吃，可能是自己动手烤的原因吧，我们每个人都吃得津津有味。

这真是一个令人难忘的、有趣的寒假。

下雨天

Its raining again today。And its raining hard。It was dark from morning

till night。 It was still dark at half past eight。 Even if I do my homework， I

can only see it with the light on。As soon as it rains， it stays down until about

My happy Spring Festival After the New Year’s Eve dinner with my family, we began to sit down in front of the TV, and enjoyed 2008 CCTV Spring Festival gala. When I woke up in the first day of New Year, my father and mother gave two red packets to me, and blessed me that everything will go well on me. I thanked them, and accepted the red packets happily. I have been waiting for the day that I can get lots of red packets. This is my happiest time of the year. After lunch, both my family went to the park, the streets, and the shops or supermarkets. We took many photos in the park, and bought many things in the shops or supermarket.

I met my uncles and aunts, they all blessed us happy New Year and gave me red packets. I was too happy to count how many red packets I got. The following days, we visited my grandparents and some of relatives. We happily talk with them, and brought some presents to them, and also received some New Year presents. This was how did I spend my Spring Festival; I really enjoyed myself in Spring Festival.

MondaySeptember1,20__weather：__

It was the third day of our winter holiday. Today, there are many business

in my mother’s company. So my mother told me to help my uncle who is the manager

of my mother’s company. I sat in my mother’s office and help her answer the

telephone. While I was free, I was writing my homework. Although I also have a

lot of time to do my homework, I still do it. Because in my mother’s office, I

had nothing to do. If I did nothing, I was wasting my time and my life. I can’t

do the foolish thing. We should take good use of our time.

实习准备

一周的时间在期待与担忧中度过。期待即将到来的实习，期待走入校园，走进今天的课堂；担忧将要面对的与老师的交流与学生的沟通。

在这周里，首先完成了一份教案。

久别了高中的课堂，久别了教材，对将要到来的一切是那么茫然，不知道该讲什么，该怎么讲。拿到高一的教材，从中选取了一片课文做一节阅读课。用了一下午的时间在那沉思，反复翻看文章，心中总是在想我要教学生什么。由于没有任何的辅助资料，也不熟悉现在的高中英语课是怎么上的，所以表现的手足无措。然而当真正的静下心来的时候，一份教案便如同滔滔江水，一气呵成。通过虚拟想象的课堂、学生完成的教案总觉得有些纸上谈兵的感觉。

接下来便是试讲。

在虚拟的教室内呈现自己的教案。由于教案完全是自己一点点构想出来的，备课也就没那么困难。然而，走上讲台，打开PPT的那一瞬间，大脑一片空白，鼠标停在了播放键上，整个人呆住了，连开场白都忘记了，甚至有种适宜的感觉。努力想找一个词却始终挤不出一句话。就这么静立了二十几秒才算缓过来，开始了正式的讲课。一开始讲课就紧张的不得了，课件的内容都讲乱了，在完成开场白和导入后才最终归于平静，完成了整个讲课环节。虽然中间也有几次卡壳，虽然结尾也显得匆忙，但总体感觉不是太坏。

走下讲台的那一刻，感觉似乎是卸下了千斤重担，顿觉轻松，但同时整个人也累垮了。就这十几分钟竟会是这么的累！

通过教案的设计和试讲，尤其是试讲让我意识到凡事都要做十二分的准备，“台上一分钟，台下十年功”真的一点也没有错。对于初入教学的我在今后的实习中一定要事前充分的准备，只有这样才可以保证在课堂上有话可说，否则怕是要中途卡壳或者进行不下去了。

xx年3月6日 星期二 天气阴转晴

入校

今天，我们在指导老师的带领下，走进了实习的高中学校，这个让我既期待又有几分畏惧的地方。

实习学校给我们高度的重视，校长、主任亲自接待，给我们每个人都选派了两位指导老师，一位指导英语教学，一位指导班主任工作。实习见面会上跟自己的指导老师见了面，校长对实习做了简短的介绍。在这次见面会上，一下子被称呼为“老师”觉得很不适应，好像不是在叫自己，但也就从这样一刻开始我多了一个身份：实习老师。

然而当跟着自己的实习指导老师走出会议室的那一刻，当跟自己的同学们分开的那一刻，感觉全世界就剩下我自己了，接下来的一切就全靠自己了。这也许是我步入职场的前奏吧。

下午，跟班里的学生见了面，做了简单的自我介绍。学生们似乎对我们这些实习老师充满了极大的兴趣，班内的气氛很是火爆。

同时，在我踏入教室走上讲台的那一刻，我懂了自己身上的担子：为人师表，学为典范。

一天下来虽然很累，却很充实，开始期待明天的到来。

第一课

按照昨天老师的安排，今天早上和学生一起上早读，然后便开始实习的第一环节：听课。

早上很早就来到了学校，站在教室外面整理自己的心情。随着一声声清脆的“老师好”的传来，心中油然升起一种自豪与欣慰。

走进教室，跟学生简单问候，便进入了今天早读的正题：领读单词。翻开单词表，每个单词早已在心中读过多遍，随着第一个单词的发出，渐渐地适应，声音也在加大，心情也归于平静，很快就读完了单词。问题也随之而来，三十分钟的早读只过了五分钟，剩下的时间又该干什么呀？毕竟跟学生还不熟，简单的聊了几句便退出了教室。

早读之后听了第一节现代课堂的英语课。时隔七年，早已忘记了自己当初的课堂是如何进行的，对今天的这节课充满了期待。

听完课后，总体感觉老师讲的很细，好像是在给小学生讲课，每一个单词，每一句话，每一个语法点都一一介绍、讲解、翻译，课堂教学只是在自然中过度，似乎没有原先想的那么完美。以前教育学、教学法课堂上讲的各种英语教学理论、教学模式也并没有在课堂上体现出来。看来理论与现实还是存在差距的。“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行”，以往课本上学到的理论还要在今后的实践中融会贯通。

xx年3月12 日 星期一 天气阴

开班会

按照学校的惯例，今天下午最后一节课要召开班会，久别的高中班会不知道在今天发展成什么样子了。

这次的班会着让我震惊，不同于我所熟悉的班会形式，他们的班会由班长主持。首先公布了过去一周的小组量化，倒数的三个组还要唱班歌以示再接再厉。其次，班里还评选了过去一周的“学习之星”和“进步之星”，并且推荐人要陈述推荐理由，最后班主任给这“两星”获得者颁发奖状，这一项于我来说倒是挺新鲜的。第三项，班长对班内过去一周存在的问题，生活上、学习上等做简单说明。班会最后才是办主任讲话，向学生传达学校最新指示，批评存在的问题，表扬表现好的。这才让我有种似曾相识的感觉。接下来是我的时间，受班主任之托，给班内学生讲一下大学生活的美好，激发他们的学习动力，并介绍一下学习英语的技巧和方法。

当我在学生们热烈的掌声中走上讲台的那一刻又不知道说什么了，虽然提前准备了，但由于太紧张一下子全乱了，自己都不知道在说什么了，也没有了时间概念，只是在那机械般讲话。班内的气氛赶来开始还挺活跃，火来渐渐地安静了。

之后总结，或许是自己讲的有些严肃，又或许这样的话他们早已听的耳朵都长茧子了。总之，通过这第一次的登台亮相更让我明白“台上一分钟，台下十年功”的道理。我要更好的准备才能在讲台上游刃有余。

I live very happily today! In the morning, it is very fine! Then I climb

the mountain with family, the air on the mountain is very fresh, the flowers

plants and trees on the mountain all seem extremely beautiful. Coming back home

in the evening, family and I sat and watched TV together, we are returning and

eating the fruit while chatting, the whole family is happy and harmonious!

I woke up at two oclock in the afternoon today. There was nothing to eat

in the house so I went outside.

I wanted to go to a cheap restaurant and find some food to eat. When I got

to the restaurant, I realized that I forgot to bring money, so I went back

home.

Then I realized that I forgot my keys also, so I waited outside for my mom

to come home and starved the rest of the day.

Yesterday I came to the center of Chongqing with my mother. We came to a place named “toward the air door”. I think many people know it. How happy I am. Yesterday I finished all the work very quick, so I have a lot of time to do myself. Sometimes finish work early is a good thing, we can have more interests to do the next work. July 5th Monday cloudy

Today I came back from a place named “he chuan”, it’s a good place. There has some nice view like chang jiang river. I came there in two days ago. Our aunt is here. We had a good time in there. But I also write English dairy too. Because of the wrong computer, the message didn’t here. I wish myself to live more better tomorrow.

Everyone in our school likes sports. every morning, after we get up, we do

morning exercises. and after the second class, we do exercises again.

We only have pe classes twice a week, but we do sports at five every

afternoo. we have school basketball, football and volleyball teams, and our

teams often have matches with teams from other schools. besides ball games, some

of us like running, jumping and swimming. once a year we have a sports

meeting.
