（2）领导们和指导老师都和我们说老师不能太温柔了，这样管不了孩子。我明白严师出高徒，同时我也知道和善是不能和温柔划等号的，和善又不失严肃是最好的准则。但真正操作起来，又该如何把握好这三者之间的分寸呢？
