昨天整天穿高跟鞋跑来跑去，傍晚到住处时头痛得像要裂开一样，都是高跟鞋惹的祸。今天我终于放弃了我坚持“足足”两天的“职业淑女装”计划，改穿帆布鞋了。虽然看起来有点“不敬业”但至少我精神状态好多了，晚饭也算是能咽得下。

今天下午ZUO老师在四班上了节班会课，课上左老师总结一周班级的基本情况。听起来都是些琐碎的小事情，类似宿舍有没有倒垃圾，学生校服是否合格，课堂表现等等，不过班主任要关注的也是这样的方方面面。ZUO老师用聊天的方式很细心地分析这些，不仅仅吸引学生的注意，连我也不自觉被吸引进去了。我整节课都在一边盯着ZUO老师看，一边瞧瞧学生们的反应。真不知道到我接手的时候能不能也有这样的效果，希望有吧。接手前的这个星期有点像被判了“死缓”，哈哈……

跟这么一个好老师其实压力真的好大，不过呢，天将降大任于斯人也，难得有这样的机会。别的同学还在埋怨没课上，锻炼少呢。按道理，我现在天时，地利，人和都有了，应该珍惜。

会议

转眼就来到了实习的第四天，这两天天气开始转凉了，班上好几个感冒了，来请病假的一堆。看来要提醒学生注意身体。

听了三天的课，还参加了几个会议，收获真的很大。下午的会议是全校班主任会议，在会议上我知道了一些关于学校班级管理在实践方面的知识，比单纯在书本上获取的理论强多了。作为实习生能参加这种全校性会议是件很幸运的事，充分体现了HT中校领导的宽容。

所以尽管今天回去很晚，但还是很开心。

回到家，志哥和志嫂在等我吃饭，很感动。实习周到啦，为了提高自己的英语水平，把知识和实践结合，在学校的帮助安排下，我来到了“瑞博英语培训学校”，开始了我的执教之路。

瑞博外语学校是经教育行政主管机关批准成立的专业外语培训机构，我的实习地点是凤凰城大梨树分校。这里是风景秀美的旅游区，这里有我的汗水和欢乐。

我的实践内容是教培训班的小学生初一英语课程。

虽然我是英语专业的学生，但毕竟没有过教学经验。因此，7月3日，我到“瑞博”的第二天就开始接受相关培训。邓校长真是个认真负责的人，她为我安排了一位专门的指导教师——王老师。在王老师的耐心指导下，我学会了如何写备课笔记，如何活跃课堂气氛，如何用简单的英语句子和同学们进行课堂交流等等。特别是她和另几名教师教我的小游戏，使我在课堂上很好地调动了学生的积极性，令我受益匪浅！

经过了一段时间的备课听课和试讲，我终于走上了讲台，开始教课啦！

我角的这本教材的特点是单词量大。所以在教课的过程中，我遇到的个困难是如何让孩子们对枯燥的英语单词产生兴趣。关于这点，我在培训时准备的游戏帮了我不少忙。我发现学生最喜欢的游戏要数Simon says 和Snowman.因为这两个游戏学生可以全班参与，有赏有罚，十分热闹。这也是学校里其他老师使用得最多的游戏。

不过，为了使我的课堂有自己的特色，我也想出了几个其它调动学习单词的兴趣提高学习效率的方法。其中最有效的是领读单词这招。每个人都有上进心，都不想被别人比下去，这一点在孩子们身上体现得最明显。我正是利用了这点，在教单词时，给孩子们充足的时间自己练习读熟它们，并让以不同的形式他们轮流领读，读得标准的同学还可以获得当小老师的机会去较其他人，实力相对弱的同学不仅要接受惩罚，还要成为“别人”的学生，这样学生为了可以当小老师，为了得到大家的掌声，一节课下来，几乎每个同学都可以把单词读熟读好。 一个问题解决了，第二个问题马上出现了。经过几次考试，孩子们贪玩的本性实在令我头痛。全班十二名学生，回家能认认真真背单词的人不超过五个，怎么办？在得到几位老师的意见后，结合我班的情况，我终于想出了几个办法！

“瑞博”向来有积分制度，学生根据自己的上课情况和考试成绩会得到不同的积分，不同积分会有不同礼物兑换。本来每位同学每节课最多只能得四分，但在和几位老师商量后，我决定我们班每节课的积分以考试成绩为主，单词全对的同学，根据人数可以得到五分十分二十分不等的奖励。这个新方法一实行，就取得了特别明显的效果。不过，总有几个贪玩的“小懒虫”，从不在意分数。没办法，我只好用其他的方法使他们学习。找出这几个孩子回家后不学习的原因。第二招，为他们量身定计划。举个例子具体点说。我们班有两个关系很好的女孩子，她俩共同的特点就是爱上英语课，不爱背单词。别看她俩关系好，在学习上可是暗暗叫劲儿。每次上课前她俩都会各自找机会悄悄问我要对方的作业看，比一比谁写得好，评语好。我就是抓住了她俩这个心里，为她俩制定了一套学习方案。有一段时间，我会给她俩布置背单词，读课文，背句子等不同的任务，并在第二次上课前单独考她们，再根据她们的考试情况在课堂得分外多加些分数。开始时，她们不理解我的做法，没想到一段

时间后她们不仅提高了成绩，还主动要求我给她们布置课外任务，比一比谁学得好，这点让我很高兴。当然，其他的同学也会有不同方式的加分的机会。

我遇到的第三个问题就是如何和家长沟通。和家长沟通的内容有两个方面：一是学生的安全，二是学生的学习。家长和老师最担心的事不是孩子的学习成绩上不来，而是孩子的安全得不到保障。所以我们一旦发现有孩子没有按时来上课，就会立即通知家长，了解情况。在课间也会有专门的老师保障他们的安全。而当孩子学习上出现问题或取得进步时，我们做老师的也要及时和家长取得联系，让他们能够及时掌握孩子的情况。每次和家长交流前我都要仔仔细细地想一遍一会儿和他们说什么如何说，尽量做到落落大方，表现得成熟些，免得让家长对自己对学校不放心。

近一个月的实践经历告诉我，要想把课讲好，在课前必须做好充分的准备。熟记每个知识点，熟悉每篇课文，校准每个单词的发音，精心安排课堂的每个环节...... 不过，要想使学生从心底里喜欢上你的课，喜欢上你这个老师，我们要做的就不只这些啦。所以我一有时间就和他们聊天，做游戏，了解他们的性格喜好在学校的学习成绩甚至是家庭状况，和他们建立宝贵的友谊。看到我的学生真的把我当成了自己的朋友，有什么好吃的会拿来和我分享，有好玩的游戏会叫上我一起玩儿，甚至会把喜欢的玩具送给我，我觉得自己成了世界上最幸福的人！ 教师是个力气活，劳力，劳脑，又劳心。教师也是良心活，教得好坏多少，得用心中的那杆秤来衡量。当教师还得讲策略，要想教好学生，要想学生信服自己，必须和他们交友，不断琢磨学生的心理，才能做到。

有过同样经历的几位同学曾告诉我，她们当了十几天的教师就开始厌倦这份工作了。可是，我觉得我的教师瘾还没过够呢！虽然在这个过程中我累过烦过也抱怨过，甚至有几次我做梦梦到的都是那帮让人省不了心的孩子。可我觉得为他们付出值！ 每当站在讲台上,被一双双纯净的眼睛聚精会神地望着时,作为一名教师的价值感和成就感就油然而生了。

我真心地感谢学校给了我这次实践的机会。在这个过程中，我得到了很多，也进步了很多。能够将自己在学校所学的知识运用到实践是我最大的收获!当然，在教学过程中我还有好多地方做的不够好，多希望以后还会有这样的机会，让我弥补一下心中的遗憾。借住在志哥志嫂家已经很麻烦他们了，现在还要等晚归的我吃饭。晚饭是吃火锅，好开心。志嫂饭后还把没吃完的食材拿来下粥，她手艺很好煮得特香。

好像实习以来我碰到的事情都是些好事情，其他同学一定很羡慕这么多好人在我身边守护。LUCKY！正式接任班主任首要的工作，便是在最短的时间内认识整个班的学生，以及阅读他们的周记。

周记，可能更多地带有作业的性质，然而，在仔细阅读每一个学生的周记后，我发现确实很多人写出了他们的心声，写出了他们的思考。

九十后，是目前被谈论最多的一代，也许是他们的风格与社会的传统相悖，也许是他们的叛逆心理比较严重。我们不难看到整个社会对他们的关注和担忧。很多人说九十后“少年不识愁滋味，为赋新词强说愁”，而我通过他们的周记中看到的是另外一面，他们真的感到孤单，很多源于父母甚至社会对他们的不理解。

现在很多言论都批评他们肤浅，我觉得写这些评论的人根本就没有深入地去理解他们（当

然我也是）。他们有他们的深刻，九十后思考问题的方式和方向可能跟我们以前认为的常理格格不入，因此他们总被迫使着前进。为什么我们总要用自以为是对的东西去规范他们，而不去理解他们的方式？其实是因为我们比他们还懦弱，不敢随意地去更改已经规定了的东西。

他们并不是只会玩的一代，并不是懒散、无知、无所忧虑的一代。相反，他们思考的很多，他们的忧虑很多。在他们的周记中，这些语言真实地反映了他们的心思：“高中的课程让人窒息，早知道就去读中职了，反正路是已定了的……”“四中真是变态，条条框框那么多，而且都是鸡毛蒜皮的规定……”“我以前总以为没有人关注我的，我是被遗忘的。想不到今天居然有人注意了我……”“普通班的注定是低人一等的，给人当垫脚石。尖子班的就算矮子也变高了，然后把你踩矮。可恶的是他们打篮球，可以犯规犯到裁判看不见，他们的素质根本没有他们成绩高……”“刚上高中，第一周的两次测试惨不忍睹，以后要加油努力了，不能这样下去……”……

一边看他们的周记一边思考。虽然他们是九十后，语言里带着诙谐稚嫩与不成熟，但是他们并不是没有想法，并不是不深刻，就像读者里一个九十后写的：你们无法理解的深刻……说实话，我在四中的感觉就是——急迫。记得当时我读高中的时候根本就没有这种被压着的感觉，气氛是轻松自由的，照样有很多人进了重点大学，而今这样的情形，也没见他们的重点率高了多少。每天九节的课程量，一节四十分钟，加上早读，放学一大堆的作业，这班九十后每天的一举一动基本上都被框得“有条不紊”。他们每天就按着这样的行程机械地运作着，真的没有一点空间，一点自由发展的时间。除了课程外，学校的条条框框真的是多不胜数，规定小到学生的指甲长度，头发的发型，等等。流水线作业本来是工业生产的一个伟大进步，如果运用于人，运用于教育，是怎样——我们把人当罐头生产了！

知道为什么雄鹰能飞那么高吗？因为在它们破壳而出的时候，展现在它们面前的是一片最广阔的天空。没有谁规定它们应该怎么飞，没有谁规定它们不能去搏击闪电乌云…… 九十后，他们的潜力是巨大的。举个例子，特别是九十后中的男孩子，他们基本上都是游戏高手，而这正是几乎为所有家长跟大多数老师鄙视的。在小小的一个方寸大小的游戏机上，几乎在一两秒内，要同时操控几个按键，画面的切换飞快，眼睛要关注对手的反应，还要做出反击，这些都是在同时进行的。试问，这样的反应速度和判断力，没有很高的智商，能做到吗？家长老师所鄙夷的，是他们没有从另一个角度去看待问题。为什么九十后的潜力会被

英语日记格式说明：星期和日期写在左上角，天气写在右上角 日期格式用月日年（美式）或日月年（英式）都可以

1. 年、月、日都写时，通常以月、日、年为顺序，月份可以缩写，日和年用逗号隔开。例如：december 18,xx或者dec. 18,xx。

一、英语日记格式

英文日记通常由书端和正文两个部分组成。日记常以第一人称记下当天生活中的所见、所闻、所做或所想的事情。中、英文的日记三格式大致一样。英语日记的书端是专门写日记的日期、星期和天气的。左上角是日期(年、月、日)、星期。右上角写上当天的天气情况，如：Sunny，Fine，Rainy，Windy，Snowy，Cloudy等。

1、日期表达有多种形式。年、月、日都写时，通常以月、日、年为顺序，月份可以缩写，日和年用逗号隔开。例如：

A)September 1，2004或September 1st，2004也可省略写成Sept. 1，2004或Sept. 1st，2004;the

1st of September in 2004(月份不可以缩写)

B)只有月、日：September 1或September 1st(月份可以缩写)

C)只有年、月：September 2004或the September of 2004(月份不可以缩写)

以上的1或1st都应读作the first.

2、星期也可以省略不写，可将其放在日期前或后，星期和日期之间不用标点，但要空一格，星期也可缩写。如：

Saturday，October 22nd，2004;October 22nd，2004 Saturday

3.天气情况必不可少。天气一般用一个形容词如：Sunny，Fine，Rainy，Snowy

等表示。写在日期之后，用逗号隔开，位于日记的右上角。如：

二、英语日记的要求

日记的正文是日记的主要部分，写在星期和日期的正下方，可以顶格写，也可以内缩3至5个字母的空间。由于记载的内容通常已经发生，谓语动词多用一般过去时。但也可根据具体情况，用其它时态。如：记叙天气、描写景色，为了描写生动，可以使用现在时，以表现当时的情景。再如文后发表感想或评论可用现在时态或将来时态。记日记力求简单明了，有连贯性。若有文字提示，则应重视提示，把握要点。在句式上尽量使用简单句，以防繁杂，造成语法、句型错误。

三、英语日记的类型和训练

日记分为记事型、议论型、描写型和抒情型。建议大家在学习写日记的过程中，可按以下步骤进行：

①将一天所经历的主要事情和过程依次简要地记下来，不附加任何感情色彩，这是最简单的记日记的方法;

②阅读别人的日记，并利用所学过的句型来表达个人在一天中观察到的或感受到的事情。

The conception of money is different for the old and the young. The old

Spring Festival ,known as the Chinese New Year, is the most important holiday in China. From late January to early February,Chinese people are busy preparing for the New Year. They clean their houses ,have their hair cut,and buy new clothes. Jiaozi or dumpling is most popular. To those who live far away from their home,this festival is also a framily reunion occasion.

And they often go back home to celebrate the festival with their family. The first day of the new year is the time when people visit their friends adn wish each other good luck in the new year.

春节，即中国人的新年，是中国最重要的节日。从一月末到二月初人们忙着为新年做准备。他们打扫房屋、理发和买新衣服。饺子是最受欢迎的。对那些远离家乡的人们，春节是一个合家团聚的时刻。他们经常回家和家人欢度春节。新年第一天人们访友并互祝新年好运。

太阳雨是夏天中最常见的现象，就是天空中下着毛毛细雨，可明亮的太阳却依然高高地挂在天上，闪烁着耀眼的光芒。那你有没有看见过一边下雪，一边阳光四射的场景呢?这不，正月十一下午，我和妈妈就看见了这种奇观异景。

正月十一下午，天忽暗忽亮：一会儿阴云密布，一会儿烈日当空。在这种奇怪的天气下，我在家里却格外的闲，只好和妈妈一起去图书馆借书。

啊，这天真冷!图书馆的水池里都结了冰。我冷得整个人都缩在衣服里，动都不想动。半路上，妈妈提议去大润发买些东西。反正在家也是闲着，于是，我毫不犹豫地答应了。

路过高架桥，只见一个个又白又小的东西成群结队地飘落了下来。我十分疑惑，这是什么?我便问妈妈：“这是什么呀?”妈妈听了，摇了摇头。过了一会儿，妈妈对我说：“下的这么少，应该是哪里飘来的泡沫吧!”。穿过高架桥，“泡沫”越下越大，越下越多。“下雪啦!”不知道是谁喊了一声。我伸出手，接到了一片“泡沫”。这个“泡沫”一碰到我的手就融化了，还有一种凉丝丝的感觉。于是，我就断定—肯定是雪!

我一边伸出手接着漫天飞舞的雪花，一边对妈妈说：“妈妈真的下雪了!”妈妈抬头望了望天，明媚的太阳仍然挂在天上。“呵呵，下‘太阳雪’了。”妈妈笑着说。

回到家，我上网查了一下，明白了太阳雪的形成原因：“太阳雪”是冷暖空气团局部交汇的结果。“太阳雪”如夏天经常出现的“太阳雨”这两种现象都是云在“搞鬼”才形成的。太阳雪时间十分短暂，而且下得也不多，也就成了奇观异景。

大自然真神奇!

he Lantern Festival is a very busy day. On the Lantern Festival this year, I went to the small square with my mom and dad to watch the Lantern Festival. When we walk on the road, I see the small square is a sea of people, very lively. I cant wait to get a small square, where the lights are all kinds of pagoda shaped, with lights, big fish shaped lamps, saw a whoosh, a fireworks into the sky, in the sky from colorful light.

After watching the lights and returning home, I decided that next years Lantern Festival would also go to the small square to see the lights. I believe that the Lantern Festival next year will be more lively than this year.

The summer vacation is coming. I will do my homework first so I am going to do my homework every morning. In the afternoon, I will play basketball and table tennis with my friends. In the evening I will read English and listen to English program. Sometimes I will go and visit my grandparents and help them do some housework. I am going to take a piano class. My parents and I will go to Hainan for about a week. I believe I will have a busy and interesting summer vacation.

暑假即将到来。首先我要做好我的功课，所以我要每天早上做功课。下午，我将我的朋友们一起玩篮球和乒乓球。在晚上，我会读英语，听英语课程。有时我会去访问我的祖父母和帮助他们做一些家务。我要带一个钢琴班。我的父母和我将前往海南为一个星期左右。我相信我将有一个忙碌而有趣的暑假。

We are supposed to express our gratitude to others on Thanksgiving Day.

However, we should feel gratitude every day.

God has two dwellings, one in heaven, and the other in a meek and thankful

heart. Be grateful to others is a way to show your love. In our daily life, we

often receive help from our parents, friends, colleagues and strangers. Perhaps

it is a little thing, pick up the pen you drop, lift a heavy box for you or

offer you a seat in the bus. We should be thankful to them for whatever they

have done. The more love you give, the more love you receive.

A sense of gratitude can acknowledging our interdependent existence. You

will be ready to help others if you have a thankful heart. Therefore, a thankful

heart is like a magnet. Not only will we attract more things to be grateful for,

but also we will attract gratitude from others. “give thanks alittle and you

will find a lot.”

Gratitude is heaven itself. A sense of gratitude and indebtedness to others

is and important wellspring of a generous and virtuous life. We now fall into a

busy life, neglecting to be grateful for details, the beauty of nature, the

comforts of modern living ,the love of parents and so on. People can notice

these details and realize the friendship, love and happiness in our life with a

grateful heart.

Gratitude is the fairest blossom which springs from the soul. Be thankful

for whatever you have, give and receive. Happy Thanksgiving today and every

It doesn’t matter that the air-conditioner has been broken. But my notebook-computer also was broken. I really don’t know what to do. So I went to play basketball. I didn’t know any one in that place. And I was the first time to go there to play basketball. At first, there was no person playing basketball. So I played basketball alone. A few minutes later, some students came to play. So we played together. Of course, we had a match. And It lasts two hours. After the match, I felt I would be dead. I was too tired.

我喜欢一年的四季，但我更喜欢四季中家乡的春天。

春天到了，万物苏醒，阳光明媚，百花争艳。太阳公公早早地起床了，把大地从睡梦中唤醒，阳光洒满校园。这时学校前面的柳树姑娘发出了小嫩芽，甩着枝条，像是在梳理它的长辫子。桃树的枝条，变红润了，不再像冬天那样枯燥，枝条上长出了小红苞，可爱极了。

忽然，我听见“沙沙沙”的声音，原来是小草在和春姑娘说悄悄话呢!那绿油油的小草布满大地，多么像一块绿色的地毯啊!它经过了漫长的寒冬之后，脱下了旧装，换上了青青的新衣服。春风吹过，它们翩翩起舞，好像在向人们招手。

麦苗也探出头来，好像在欣赏春天的美景。

河水倒映出河边的景物。几只小白鸭跳到河里，荡起了一圈一圈的波纹。河里的鱼儿在畅游嬉戏，互相追逐，玩耍。睡了一冬的青蛙也跳出了洞口，张着它的大口正在呼吸着新鲜的空气。

春天的草，春天的叶，春天的花，春天的小动物，春天的一切，都像赶集似的聚拢来，形成了光彩夺目的春天。

啊，家乡的春天，我爱你!
