所谓理例结合，就是在作文中将举例和引用原理或名言相结合，使具体事例和科学原理、名人名言相得益彰，发挥更好的效用。特别是在议论文的写作中，既讲究理论论据，又讲究事实论据，事实可以直观地再现情景，引用可以借名人之语增强议论的力度，二者的结合是议论文常用的写法。

下面我们先看两个事例：

是爱迪生吧?他一手持蛋，一手持表，准备把蛋下锅煮五分钟，但是他心里想的是一桩发明，竟把表投在锅里，两眼盯着那个蛋。

二、高考作文素材应用技法之素材加工

素材加工是普遍用得上的写作技能，在写作中，照搬素材的情况是很少的，通常都要根据写作内容的需要或是表达的需要，将作者已掌握的材料进行加工，使之由原始的素材变成文章中经过加工的题材。而在行文过程中，对素材的加工一般要达到两个目的：一是要围绕题目和中心，二是要恰当地表达作者的感情。也就是说，对选定的生活现象素材，以及阅读中获得的书面材料，要删除与题目无关的部分，并注入自己的感情倾向。

下面我们先看一个加工前的素材：

记得有一次，在亲戚家吃饭，我觉得糖醋鱼烧得挺好吃的，就随口说了一句，“糖醋鱼挺好吃的，以后要是天天吃就好了。”妈妈听了，很兴奋地对我说：“你要是喜欢，每次回家我都给你做。”第二天，我回学校后，把这件事差不多忘了。过了几个星期后，我回家吃饭，妈妈特地从菜市场买回两条鱼，忙着烧糖醋鱼，即使累得满头大汗也不亦乐乎。

下面是经过加工后的情景：

去年春节，我在姥姥家吃饭。糖醋鱼就摆在我的面前，那种滋味诱惑着我，不知不觉间，我把糖醋鱼消灭光了!等到意识到这一点时，我的脸红得像关公一样。母亲打破了尴尬的沉默：“姥姥的手艺实在太高超，你看……”说得姥姥心花怒放。在回家的路上，妈妈悄悄地对我说：“你要是喜欢，每次回家我都给你做。”

从此以后，鱼市场中天天穿梭着母亲忙碌的身影，几乎无一天例外。

有一次，风雨交加，狂风怒吼，母亲又患了感冒，我想今天我的糖醋鱼肯定泡汤了。

晚上回到家中，刚到家门口，门缝中就飘来了那熟悉的、诱人的的香味。我真的不想进去，我怕我的眼泪不争气!我真的不想进去，因为我的内疚与自私!我真的不想进去，因为母亲那带着体温的糖醋鱼……

以上素材的加工表现在两方面：一是在艺术真实上下功夫，为买鱼、烧鱼设置场景。二是在细节描写上下了工夫，不但有符合生活真实的对话，而且有人物的心理活动。这样一来，母爱就表现得更加具体真实也更加强烈了。

在对素材引用表达中，为了更好地支持论点，我们还要对素材从语言上精心加工，使看似平淡的素材，熠熠生辉。请对比以下文段。

(1)李白所走的路更让我佩服。这样说虽有失公平，但我仍然觉得，李白人生路上的磨难虽然是坎坷的，但他坚信他的理想一定能实现，正如他所说的“天生我材必有用”。

(2)李白洒脱，不寄托于高堂的庄严，不艳羡那官场的利禄，站在大唐的江山上，站在诗人的位置上，任清风涤荡心胸，随月辉起舞弄影，“天生我材必有用，千金散尽还复来”，他吟出了好大的斗志;“俱怀逸兴壮思飞，欲上青天揽明月”，他吟出了好大的气魄，于是，大唐的江山史册上又多了几分厚重、灵动的神气!难道能说无仕途作为的李白没有体现自己的价值吗?不能。

以上例(2)比例(1)要生动，更具有形象感。其中主要是作者(2)在处理素材时多用描写和想象，从而把相同的材料提高到一个新的层次。

三、高考作文素材应用技法之组合排比

素材应用中的“组合排比”不是指一般的修辞手法，而是一种运用素材的方法。它也可以称做“多料合用”。这里所说的“多料合用”不是指一般的连续使用甚至堆砌同类材料的做法，而是指将同类材料进行精要的表述，组合在同一段落中，共同说明同一论点。其好处是显得滔滔不绝，材料充实，理直气壮，可以取得良好的修辞效果。在组合时，语言表达要注意精要整齐，排列顺序要合理(比如按时间先后，由远到近，由主到次等)。

例如下面这个例子：

江南，是你心灵栖息的地方

古往今来多少人在这里寻找到了生命的归宿。传奇女子三毛，浪迹天涯几十年，头发上沾的什么风都有的她，一来到江南便哭了，像见到了亲切的老祖母，她终于找到了生命中可以停歇心灵的地方。江南巨贾沈万山，历经商场的风风雨雨，最后仍是定居在周庄的水边，不再争名逐利。还有不留名的文人隐士，或许他们也曾想金榜题名，仕途得意。然后日复一日的尔虞我诈，钩心斗角，终于使他们累了，于是他们打点行囊。到了江南，终老于斯。(节选自2006年高考浙江卷满分作文《栖息江南》)

文中用了三个例子，共同说明江南是心灵栖息的地方。这三个例子都很典型，一个是浪迹天涯的三毛，一个是“历经商场的风风雨雨”的沈万山，一个例子是群体形象，是中国古代曾经“仕途得意”的文人官宦。这些人都把江南作为生命的归宿，就更显出了江南的美好。这当然是单独一个例子所不能达到的效果。

作者将同类素材排比组合，既在观点上加大了力度，丰富了内容，又在语言上显示出了一种气势，表现了一定的文采。这种用材的方法，是经过了作者主观的精选、加工，和那种无视内容的需要与否而堆砌材料的做法是完全不同的。

四、高考作文素材应用技法之避熟求生

高考大纲关于写作的“发展等级”部分有“材料新鲜”的要求。有些材料，从它诞生的时代看，未必属于新材料，但是由于人们知之不多或用之不多，因而也具有相当的新鲜感。然而事实上，高考作文材料老化是个严重的问题，总是“重复昨天的故事”，特别是喜欢应用历史题材，到古人那里去讨救兵。“李杜文章万古传，至今已觉不新鲜”，作文材料如果老是陈谷子旧芝麻，谁会喜欢呢?“文章合为时而着，歌诗合为事而作。”时代进步一日千里，社会发展日新月异，选材也应当与时俱进，用当新事物代替旧陈事物，文章才能具有时代感和现实性。传统材料当然也可以有，但新鲜的材料一定会给读者意外的惊喜。

这样的事例，贴近现实，时代感强，令人欣喜。

五、高考作文素材应用技法之对比映衬

正面论证和反面论证是议论文写作中的两种论证方法。当你确定论点之后，就要用论据来证明你的论点是正确的。对比论证既是一种论证方法，也是一种应用素材的方法。这是一种常用的、有说服力的论证方法。把性质上相反的两种事物加以对照、比较后，推导出它们之间的差异点，使结论映衬而出，能有效地说服读者，使作者的观点鲜明突出。因为事物的特征和本质在比较中最容易显露出来，特别是正反相互对立的事物的比较，具有极大的鲜明性，能给人留下深刻的印象。经过对比，正确的论点更加稳固了。古人说：“无反则正不显”，正反一对比，人们就会更清楚地发现真理，认清事物的本质。

六、高考作文素材应用技法之故事新编

话题作文允许编故事，利用古典名著等进行“故事新编”近年来大行其道。严格意义上讲，“故事新编”属于对一个材料的另类的使用方法。它并不是一种新的文体，大致上属于小说。其写法是根据表现主题的需要选取人物、情节作一番改造，形成新的故事情节，人物形象则改变不大，大致保持原作风貌。这样的故事既可以避免胡编瞎说，又可以在新的时代背景下使故事增加许多趣味性，令人爱读。

请看下面这个例子：

上述例子，就是一则典型的故事新编。考生立足于名着的宏观，在贾宝玉、林黛玉、薛宝钗之间，大胆地选择了“为宝钗鸣冤”的角度，列举原着中的种种事实，言之有理，让读者信服。考生从高考作文的话题(感情的亲疏和对事物的认知)出发，在充分把握名着的前提下，充分运用名着的相关材料，为自己考场作文的中心服务，是难能可贵的。

七、高考作文素材应用技法之扩展素材

我们在生活中所记忆的素材，大多是粗线条的、简单粗糙而缺乏丰满细节的，在运用时往往要进行扩展。具体的方法不外乎扩充情节和增添细节，使故事有血有肉，并且更有利于表现主题和作者的思想感情。我国现代着名作家赵树理偶然听说在解放区某村的一个民兵小队长和同村一姑娘自由恋爱，结果双双被村里人活活用石头砸死的爱情悲剧后，放飞想象力，将故事添枝加叶，进行了合理的扩展和改造，于是就有了着名的中篇小说《小二黑结婚》。大量事实证明“艺术是靠想象而存在的”(高尔基语)。作文时由一物，一景，一个动人的故事，一丝心绪的牵挂，一个喜悦的预感等，根据话题、主旨，遵循生活的内在规律，引发联想，或补充引申，或添枝加叶，丰富发展，使平淡无奇的事件变得光彩照人。

2003年高考河北省优秀作文《楚王的忏悔》，扩充的是教材《史记.屈原列传》中有关楚怀王的一段文本。在教材中楚怀王是个次要人物，司马迁在写作时对其所用笔墨较少，人物形象比较单薄。

在作文中，考生却把楚怀王作为主要人物来塑造，为他添加了许多心理描写：“我内心犹如大海波涛，我脑间犹如长江奔流，一边是我娇美的妻子，一边是终日在耳边唠叨的大夫，我心灵的天平开始了长时间的称量。”“我真是太糊涂了。我为什么要轻信我的‘爱妻’，轻信这个蛇蝎女人;我为什么要放逐我的‘三闾’，放逐这位忠心爱国的贤士!我忘不了朝堂上他拂袖而去的身影，我忘不了他眼角泪珠悬挂处的深情……”在怀王的矛盾思想、心灵忏悔中，点明了“感情亲疏不同导致了认知错误”的主题，使故事变得更充实、更丰富、更生动。

八、高考作文素材应用技法之旧例翻新

在一些经典名著中，有一些众所周知的人物和故事，我国也有大量的古代寓言故事。这些材料常常频繁地出入于高考考生的笔下，成为高考作文素材中的“大众情人”。这些被人们习用的素材，由于与阅卷教师见面机会太多，就会产生审美疲劳。如果把这些内容巧妙地化用在自己的文章中，并赋予新意，就能化腐朽为神奇。这种“旧例新用”的方法，又叫做“旧瓶装新酒”。近年来的高考优秀作文这样做的很多，例如2000年的《三个和尚新传》、2001年的《阿Q新传》、2003年的《魏延的控诉》、2006年的《“草船借箭”三解》等。

所谓旧例，就是指旧材料、老材料。不但是指那些古代的、近代的历时已久的人物和故事，而且是指那些经常出现在一般文章和高考作文之中，长期以来被人们广泛运用的素材。或是因为众人皆知，太“熟”太“俗”;或是故事简单，内容单薄;或是千人一面，彼此雷同;或是缺乏个性，无趣无味。这些素材包括课本(主要是语文课本)中的人物或事例，也包括课外阅读中的经典作品和大众读物，还包括影视中接触到的人物或事例(如感动中国人物等)。一般而言，这类素材属于“经典”，但同时属于习见类，如果运用不好，将很难达到独特、新鲜的表达效果。高考作文中如果频频使用这些旧例，就有可能造成表达上的“似曾相识”和主题上的陈旧感。材料老化，是高考作文中一个普遍弊病。从根本上说，考生应当选取新鲜材料，包括从时间上看是新近发生的事情，从空间上看是身边发生的事情，这些对于读者来说都是新鲜的材料。但是，当我们找不到新鲜材料时，对旧有素材进行改造，也不失为一种“避熟就新”的途径。

旧材翻新，最重要的是从角度上出新。我们可以从历史上言之成理的“翻案文章”中得到启发，并作为我们翻新的榜样。如唐代诗人罗隐的《西施咏》：“家国兴亡自有时，吴人何苦怨西施?西施若解倾吴国，越国亡来又是谁?”诗作一反古人“女人是祸水”的陈腐观点，历史地客观地分析了家国兴亡的原因，堪称“翻案之作”的典范。运用旧例翻新法有它特殊的好处。至少有两大优点：一是旧例很多，便于我们从容选择;二是旧例人们耳熟能详，易于接受，同时，经过改造后的旧例又融进了独特个性和创造精神，给人以新鲜感，能闪现作者的智慧。

九、高考作文素材应用技法之一材多用

写议论文，同学们大多苦于无材料可用。其实，大家头脑中已经储存了不少材料，但为什么还会为材料匮乏而发愁呢?这里有一个很重要的问题，就是有些同学不会高效率地利用自己占有的材料，不善于一材多用。由于事物本身的丰富多彩，一则好的材料总是立体型的，具有多元的属性，再加上不同的人对材料的理解不同，立意的角度有异，因此，同一则材料往往可以从中挖掘出几个不同的观点。例如《烛之武退秦师》一文，就可以多角度切入：

①金子总会发光的。烛子武是块“金子”，年轻时精力旺盛，才华横溢，但被埋没几十年而黯然失色。到了晚年，国难当头，才被委于重任，出使秦国，挽救了国家的危难。

②千里马需要伯乐的发现和扶植。千里马就是烛之武，伯乐就是佚之孤。如果没有佚之孤对烛之武的充分了解和极力举荐，烛之武纵有多大才华也没有施展的机会。

③顾全大局，国家利益高于一切。烛之武年轻时未被重用，难免产生委屈和不满，但国难当头，他不计个人恩怨，毅然出使秦国。

④责已恕人，宽容待人。面对烛之武的牢骚，郑伯没有表现出丝毫不满，而是深深自责，连说“吾不能早用子，今急而求子，是寡人之过也”。

⑤烛之武善于辞令，值得我们学习。与战国时代纵横家的危言耸听不一样，烛之武的外交辞令委婉曲折，柔中有刚，弦外有音。在今天市场经济大潮中，人际交往大大增加，不善辞令的人，将找不到自己的一席之地。

一材可以多用，但首先得有分析的头脑，才可能从同一材料中发现蕴藏着不同的意义。同时，运用材料不是原封不动地照搬，而应根据不同观点的需要，作一定的取舍，在叙述时要突出和强化与观点相关的地方，其他无关内容可一笔带过。如果我们能做到一材多用，那么一则材料可论证几个不同的观点，可说明几个不同的问题，那么同学们头脑中库存的材料就会成倍增加，又何愁“巧妇难为无米之炊”呢?

十、高考作文素材应用技法之反弹琵琶

“反弹琵琶”是逆向思维在写作中的运用。所谓反弹琵琶，就是为了实现某项目标，有意突破常规，通过逆向思维来发现问题或解决问题的思维方法。“反弹”就是从某论点的对立角度去确立新观点，去阐发新见解。对于一则素材，如果我们有意识地运用这种思维，将使我们的作文创造出新境界，收到出奇制胜的效果。

“反弹琵琶”，是作文创新的重要方法，运用它，可以使文章标新立异，收到耳目一新的艺术效果。例如：人说“近朱者赤，近墨者黑”，我说“近朱者未必赤，近墨者未必黑”;人说“老大徒伤悲”，我说“老大也不必伤悲”;人说“有志者事竟成”，我说“有志未必成”;人说“开卷有益”，我说“开卷未必有益”。这是从反向立论，把正的反过来说。当然，反的也可以正过来议，例如“异想可以开天”，“弄斧不妨到班门”，“对牛也可弹琴”，“五十步可以笑百步”等。作文时“反弹琵琶”，会使你打开一片新天地，不仅使文章内容丰富有波澜，而且可增强文章的表达效果，使文章新意盎然。

要把“琵琶”反过来弹，关键在于摆脱习惯性思维，敢于从传统观念的束缚中解放出来。苏轼诗云：“不识庐山真面目，只缘身在此山中。”生活中常常有这样的事，长期沉浸在一个事物中，长时间受到环境过多的影响，会使人形成习惯性思维的固定模式，从而使人对事物的多元属性和它的本来面目看不清楚。这种模式还经常支配着人们按一定的模式去解决问题，尽管人们有时对问题百思不得其解，或者觉得解决问题的效果并不显着，但因为他觉得这是轻车熟路，所以不思变革。然而，此时如果运用逆向思维，“反弹琵琶”，就会从长期浸染的事物中跳出来，产生“横看成离岭侧成峰，远近高低各不同”的感觉，从而达到“柳暗花明又一村”的境界。但是如果把“反弹”误为“乱弹”，立论偏颇，就会画虎不成反类犬，贻笑大方，甚至损害文章的思想性。三是并不是所有的素材都可以“反弹”。那些违反科学道理，有悖于人们共识和伤害人们感情的“反弹”，都是不合时宜的。如“螳臂挡车”，贬抑螳螂已成共识，你若想褒扬它，想借此改变人们的传统观念，人们将难以赞同。
