I had an unforgettable birthday party when I was thirteen years old. Before

that, I had never invited my friends to my birthday party and it was my first

time to do that. When the party began, we had chocolate and juice at home and we

played a funny game. My friends gave me a lot of gifts, I liked them very much.

Later we went to a restaurant and had a big dinner. I had a birthday cake with

thirteen candles. I blew out them. My friends said, “Happy birthday to you!” I

was so excited. I cut the cake into pieces and gave them to everyone. I did not

do well in it, but we laughed and laughed. We were happy that day.

Reasons for taking postgraduate exams:

First of all, I love my major. Chinese literature is the symbol of the start of Chinese literary modernization. It plays an important part in modernization of our citizens’ thoughts. What’s more, modern literature is very close to our daily life and it can deeply reflect the styles and features of our society. I am fascinated by the great masters’ refreshing or warm or profound styles as well. But I am not easily satisfied with such superficial knowledge. I hope I could have a better understanding in modern literature by studying further. This is a very important reason for me to take the postgraduate exams.

Next, I love the feeling in the university. It is full of youthful spirit. And I am deeply attracted by the scholarly atmosphere. 这周星期四下午第二节课，小小植物专家李子仪在班里开了了一场植物讲座。

她认识的植物可真多呀！瞧，她正在讲台上滔滔不绝的为大家介绍着：“这是苹果花……这是荠荠菜……”其中，我比较喜欢的就是苹果花、荠荠菜和广玉兰。

苹果花浑身雪白，只有那花粉闪烁着金光，只有那花瓣根部和花瓣尖处晕染了淡淡的粉红。这多么像害羞的少女羞红了脸庞！荠荠菜是一种野菜，叶子样子十分特别，像一颗颗心，有的顶部还开满了一簇簇洁白无瑕的小花，像极了满天星。不过，李子仪说长花的荠荠菜不能吃，没长的才能吃。广玉兰有很多种颜色，有的洁白似雪，有的金黄如光，有的粉嫩如面颊，有的艳紫似妖绕。真是太美了！

刚才欣赏了它们的美丽，现在要闻一闻它们芳香的气息了。

班长拿着苹果花和广玉兰叫我们闻一闻：嗯，苹果花有股淡淡的清香扑鼻而来，就像苹果的香甜，闻着它，就像吃到了香甜可口的大苹果，好吃！相比之下，广玉兰的香味就浓了许多，像打洒了一大瓶香水，我的鼻子有点受不了。

With the development of the Internet, many people are used to shopping

online. It has become a fashion in our daily life. Some of us students also join

the group.

Shopping online has many advantages. Just by a click of the mouse, you can

buy what youre interested in without going outdoors. You can avoid getting

tired and being trapped in the crowded people and cars and save time. When

shopping online, you can choose from more varieties of goods, whose prices are

generally lower.

Every coin has two sides. Its disadvantages are obvious, too. On the one

hand, its very easy for you to buy goods different from the pictures you see on

the Internet. On the other hand, shopping online may cause people to buy goods

that are not badly needed. Thats a waste of money.

All in all, I love shopping online.

In the Warring States Period, a man in the state of Chu was offering a sacrifice(祭品) to his ancestors. After the ceremony, the man gave a beaker of wine to his servants.

The servants thought that there was not enought wine for all of them, and decided to each draw a picture of snake; the one who finished the picture first would get the wine.

One of them drew very rapidly. Seeing that the others were still busy drawing, he added feet to the snake.

At this moment, another man finished, snatched the beaker(烧杯，大口杯) and drank the wine, saying,"A snake doesnt have feet. How can you add feet to a snake?"

This idiom refers to ruining a venture by doing unnecessary and surplus things.

How to learn English well

English is important and useful to us. How can we learn it well? Here are

my suggestions.

First, we should often listen to the tapes, English songs and programs.

Watching English movies is also helpful to us. Second, we should speak English

in class as much as possible. Don’t be afraid of making mistakes. The more you

speak, the fewer mistakes you’ll make. Wed better join the English club and

practice with others. Third, we can read more English newspapers and magazines.

It’s good for us. At last, we should recite some good passages and keep

diaries.

In a word, as long as we do more listening, speaking, reading and writing,

we will learn English well.

易中天先生讲的是两千多年以前的人和事，但他轻松、自然、幽默的风格一下子拉近了经典与我们之间的距离，让我们听来没有丝毫的陌生感和距离感。诸子百家中，易中天重点分析了儒家、墨家、道家、法家这四家。他认为儒、墨、道、法之所以产生争鸣，有一个很重要的原因，是他们的关注点不一样。他们共同的特点是都面对着当时社会的剧变，社会的重大变革。因为春秋战国是我们民族历史上国家制度、社会制度、政治制度、文化制度发生天翻地覆变化的一个转折点。具体体现在社会现象上就是“天下大乱，礼坏乐崩”，这时候历史就向我们先者们提出来一个不可回避的问题，中国向何处去?儒、墨、道、法四家都在回答这个问题，他们的答案各不一样。这是由于这四家的关注点不同，所以他们留下的遗产也不同。孔子是站在贵族的立场，墨子是平民的立场，道家是隐士的立场，法家则站在谋士的立场。

易中天先说到儒家学派，儒家的创始人是被后世尊称为“万世师表”的孔子，他认为儒家留给我们的遗产是仁爱、正义和自强。他说道家更关注人生，留下的是真实，自由，宽容，这其实是人生的态度。墨家关注社会，墨家的理想就是要有一个有公平与正义的社会，因此他提出的方案是平等、互利、博爱。法家关注国家，留下的是治国理念，公开、公平、公正。

可以说，各诸子都有他的可取之处，他们留下的这些遗产其实就是一个如何“正心诚意修身齐家治国平天下”的问题，涵盖了个人、文化、社会、国家等各个层面。再细究，我们还可以发现，其实各诸子的理念不仅有可取之处，还有与今相通之处。如墨子的侠肝义胆，以身作则，那种吃苦耐劳，呼唤社会的公平与正义仍主导了当今社会的思想，他还主张任贤，即所有的官员必须能上能下，以什么为标准?

孩子一出生就意味着教育的开始。教育分为家庭教育、社会教育和学校教育。家长不能仅仅关心孩子的智力开发，学习成绩的好坏。我认为，家长应注重：孩子的身心健康教育;情感教育;社会道德;意志品质等非智力因素的教育，即家庭教育。随着孩子的成长，知识教学、智力开发这些一定要由专业教师来完成，即学校教育。即便家长懂得这些知识，也可能不懂得解决问题的方法，甚至和专业老师的方法相矛盾，所以作为家长做好家庭教育就是对老师工作的支持。下面，我就对女儿的教育谈谈我的一些心得。

一、“严”字当头，绝对不能走向“宠爱”、“溺爱”

现在的独生子女多了，家庭条件好了，隔代管教，甚至他人管教孩子的现象多了。以上现象均容易导致对孩子的“错爱”、“宠爱”、“娇生惯养”、“自私”、“以我为中心”。本该自己做的事情而要求爷爷奶奶代办。例如，在我所教的高二、高叁学生中均出现过父母给孩子盛饭事件。我们绝对不要认为那是小事，我之所以称之为“事件”，是认为这种孩子没有同情心，没有自理能力，没有克服困难的意志。小孩子在成长的过程中很容易犯错。家长应该严格要求自己帮助他克服缺点，同时也严格要求孩子保持良好的行为习惯。比如我要求孩子不要以大欺小，对人要很有礼貌。对待孩子我严格而不专制。专制是强迫孩从育从，严格管教一定要注重讲道理，以理服人，在对女儿的教育上，正确的观点我尊重她，不伤害她，在不伤她自尊心的前提下给她讲某些她能理解的道理。

二、时刻注意恰如其分的夸奖

孩子和大人一样也可能面临很多苦恼，例如：有时作业做不出、没有朋友、怕写作文等。我们首先不能忽视这些问题的存在，然后要想尽办法帮助解决。此时父母亲的及时鼓励、开导尤为重要，通常情况下，我会认真仔细地让她向我倾诉烦恼的塬因，然后总有一句话：“你一定行的，自己的事情自己能解决，妈妈相信你。”孩子需要鼓励、夸奖。“夸”不仅表明了父母的信心，同时也坚定了孩子的信心。我认识很多这样的父母，他们自己妄自尊大，而对孩子缺乏应有的尊重，对孩子不公平。孩子都会以自己所特有的手段来回应，他们或者哭闹，或者任性，或者干一些“坏”事来加以回报。“夸”要注意技巧，也要注重方式、方法。孩子考试成绩一般或差时，不要给孩子世界末日之感，多帮孩子找一些塬因，关键是找出孩子闪光之处给予夸奖，千万不能让孩子失去信心。

三、努力培养良好的习惯

习惯可分为学习习惯和各种行为习惯。现在的孩子智商都较高，大多数孩子因习惯不良引起学习较差。如一边看电视一边吃饭，一边做作业一边讲话，或者要大人陪伴做作业。特别可怕的是有的孩子从小做事磨磨蹭蹭，即使他们现在学习非常好，到以后的学习都非常麻烦。所以，我提倡在最短的时间内把作业做完，当然还要做好，这样做的目的，是要培养孩子做事专心致志，敏捷灵巧，提高学习效率。否则孩子很容易出现因学习时间较长，失去学习兴趣，被动学习而厌学的心理。

父母是孩子的第一位老师，我们的言谈举止对孩子起着潜移默化的作用。孩子不是我们手中的一件物品，她是有思想、有感情的复杂的人，如果你从小就不能了解透她，不能与之交流，只是依靠父母所谓的“权力”来压服他，那当他上初中、高中时，学习成绩会一落千丈，因为在学习中找不到乐趣，他就会学会说谎，把精力放在交朋结友，沉迷于游戏。经常听到有的家长说“我儿子不怕我们，就怕老师。”其实这种家长的观念有两个错误：一是自己不愿意承担管教孩子的责任，想把责任推给老师，寄希望于老师把自己的孩子管好，自己等着摘果实;二是说明自己根本不会管孩子也不知道怎样管孩子。

家庭教育是教育的基础和根本，没有良好的家庭教育就很难搭起良好的学校教育。当然，学校教育反过来也影响着家庭教育，孩子在学校的时间很长，同学的交往和老师的鼓励将影响孩子一生的成长。

我的学习计划(My Study Plan)

Today is March 8th, the new term, the last but the most important term of junior high has been on for more than seven days. It means that there are only about three months left for us to study.

We suddenly feel that time passes so fast. We still remember the first day we come to this famous middle school, but now, two and a half years has passed. Have you ever looked back and thought, what you did and learnt in the two and a half years? And how much did you learn from teachers, books or in any other ways?

To ask yourselves, have you ever wasted time? If you say “never”, that’s very good. But if you say “Yes, often,” it is so regretful. But everything has passed anyhow, we can’t get it back, so the only thing we can do is, to make better use of the time.

From now on, study hard. It’s not so late that everything can’t be changed yet. Everything is possible only if you try your best to do it. Believe yourselves, “Every man has his price.” Maybe you are good at study, you are good at singing or you do well in drawing……

Viewing vs.Reading

The pace of reading, clearly,depends entirely upon the reader. He may read

as slowly or as rapidly as he can or wishes to read. If he does not understand

something, he may stop and reread it, or go in search of elucidation before

continuing.

The reader can accelerate his pace when the material is easy or less

than interesting, and slow down when it is difficult or absorbing.

If what he

reads is moving, he can put down the book for a few moments and cope with his

emotions without fear of losing anything.

突然，有人说主讲人来了。我顺着他的声音寻去，只见一位中年男子，体型微胖，身着黑色条纹衫，一副博学的样子。对，他就是今天的主讲人——唐博老师。

唐老师主要通过一大案例来讲述乾隆治贪风云。这件事发生在甘肃，全体官员贪污。历经了八年，才将案子平息。唐老师讲得绘声绘色，时不时来点儿幽默。让原本枯燥无味的讲座，变得生动有趣。唐老师对乾隆的评价是：天之骄子、倒霉之源。因为乾隆皇帝治国的风格是宽严相济，乾纲独断。思想固步自封，愚昧无知，制造了历史上有名的“文字狱”，还重用第一大贪宫和绅。乾隆皇帝自封“十全老人，风流才子”。他一生打了很多胜仗而且还写过几千首诗，这些诗的水平一般，毫无意义。

通过今天的讲座，让我认识到了真正历史上的乾隆是怎样的一位皇帝。也给了我很多启示：人无论何时，都不能贪污腐败，要做一个正直，勤俭节约的人。正如论语中所说：“政者，政也。其身正，不令则行；其身不正，虽令不从。”我们要以史为鉴，正本清源。

常常会回忆起小时候，回忆起小时候的月光，回忆起月光下的我和爸爸在小巷里，我会一字一句地跟着爸爸念唐诗。爸爸用一本唐诗书把我带进诗的世界，从“锄禾日当午”开始，让我在自己小小的世界里开始了与诗的接触，有了关于诗的念想。以至于后来，我会自己去读诗品诗，品得颇有滋味，品得小有心得。我开始喜欢诗了，我喜欢东坡睹大江东去的豪情；喜欢那位仙人踌躇满志却又超脱凡俗，或许也喜欢他身上的那股酒气吧；崇敬杜甫忧国忧民的情怀，虽然潦倒却心系祖国大众；爱戴陆游已是暮年，还盼着王师北定中原；喜欢王维笔下的山山水水，真是诗中有画、画中有诗……自然，我也从“一骑红尘妃子笑，无人知是荔枝来”中读出了杜牧的无奈与愤恨，从“问君能有几多愁，恰似一江春水向东流”中读出了那位帝王的不幸……诗使我怀抱了无数的梦，已不得不爱诗！

《百家讲坛》，果真坛坛都是好酒！它说伦理，也说道德；说历史，也说人生、文化与社会，说得声情并茂，说得感慨万千，说得心潮澎湃。在电视中，我看到了那几位讲师的风采，如于丹讲《论语》、《庄子》。在这里，她所做的是对两部经典的推广，更是对人性的感知。在她流利的语言中，在她讲的一个个小故事里，我们这些忙忙碌碌的现代人也开始为自己的心灵寻找一片空地，让它滋生美德、感悟世界，让生命可以开阔，让我们变得不凡！鲍鹏山说《水浒》，则为我们展现了一个不清平世界的无奈与辛酸。他这样道：“《水浒》不仅写了英雄的可怜，更写了英雄的可敬；不仅写了人世的寒凉，也写了寒凉中的一丝暖意。”是呀，这才是《水浒》。他又告诉了我们什么才是兄弟！我总觉得，这中许许多多的东西是我们只读一遍原著所远远不能体会到的！袁xx的出现，则让人开始关注起这个最牛的历史老师。我们竟不知学习还能变得这么有趣，他居然神不知鬼不觉地让我们爱上了他的幽默，便捎带着也爱上了历史！另外，易中天讲的通俗并且生动，康震则清新亮丽，钱文忠也和蔼可敬……

这一群群人，难道不是为我们的成长献上了一份份最珍贵的礼物吗？

再度回首《新三国》

《新三国》的骂声好像已渐渐平息，其实再仔细品品，我觉得这仍是一部了不起的大戏，是一场斗智斗勇的战争！有人说陈建斌把曹操演得疯疯癫癫，哪是一代枭雄啊？我认为不然。他似以一个小人形象诠释一个雄才，诠释这英雄本色。记得在戏里，曹操临死时说：“世人昨日看错我曹操，今日又看错了，也许明日还会看错，可我，仍然是我，从来不怕别人看错我。”也许这就是陈建斌要那么演的原因了，也是为了还这个集爱恨情仇于一身的千古帝王一个公道吧。还有庞统的死，戏里是庞统自己设计的，虽与原文不大相符，但我觉得这样更好，让这位凤雏先生也死得有价值，让人们记得在落凤坡还埋着一位奇才！至于其他的，我便不再多说了。

总之，国学，中国人的文化，是一个永不会褪色的话题，是我们值得用生命来珍惜的文化，用一生来探索、研究的文化！
