今天上午，阳光明媚，妈妈带我去参加图书馆的讲座啦。这次是关于《“知识视界”带你发现奇妙微世界》的讲座。

老师刚开始先讲了一些电子图书馆的内容，然后就开始提问了，我刚进入状态，所以一个都没有答出来，也就没有拿到礼物啦。看着拿到礼物的小朋友得意洋洋得把玩着礼物，我甭提有多羡慕了。妈妈告诉我：“礼物没拿到没有关系的，但是知识没学到就亏大了。那么热的天，我们特地赶过来听得呢。”

接下来放了蜻蜓的成长过程，蝴蝶的成长过程，每个视屏都有3个小问题，都会发礼物的，可是，我一个问题也没有轮到回答，我有些着急了。接下来一个视屏是关于鱼类的，我着急地一边举手，一边把问题的答案告诉了老师。老师说这样不好，但是还是决定把礼物给我，我害羞得收下了礼物，是一直手帕做的小黄鸡。

接下来的视屏，我红着脸，更仔细得看着……最后一个视屏是英文讲解，中文字幕的金字塔介绍。我来不及看和记录，就让妈妈帮忙一起记。终于到了提问环节了，老师问：“视屏中唯一一个不是四边形结构的金字塔在哪个地方？”我和妈妈居然记到了，全场就我一个人举手，老师让我回答，我准确地说出了答案。老师说，虽然我刚才不喜欢你抢答问题，但是我还是想表扬下你的聪明，并且给了我一个美国队长手持风扇（礼品桌上最后一个美国队长哦，他的盾牌还可以动的呢）。妈妈悄悄告诉我说：“有没有发现记笔记的重要性呀？”我脸红得点点头。

这次讲座，我不仅收获了2份礼物，还收获了很多知识，蜻蜓的，蝴蝶的，金字塔的，还有记笔记的重要性……

这次的主题是女生青春生理卫生与健康，主讲人是由青岛卫生学校的庞红梅庞老师，课件名称是羞答答的玫瑰静悄悄的开。老师说我们已经走进了青春之门，１．什么是青春？这是一个过渡期我们的器官结构发生了一些小变化，可以划分成３个阶段，早期９到１２岁，中期１３到１６岁，晚期１６到１８岁，女生会提前１到２岁，我们要保护好自己的身体，月经来临时身体会流血，不要害怕！乳房发育，不要穿较紧衣物！晚上不要一人外出等！

这个讲座让我知道了身体在变化时，不要紧张或害怕，还学会自我保护地方法，我会准备好青春期的来临！同时也会保护好自己的身体的。

开始，我很厌恶看，甚至拒绝看这个讲座，应为在我的印象中，讲座都是枯燥乏味的，可在于丹教授的语言中感受到爱的力量！于丹说：“有个母亲，为了救她那烧伤的孩子，她宁愿清醒着，在不打麻药的情况下，连续五个小时从大腿内侧植皮给她的孩子……在场的观众都纷纷起了怜悯之心，流下了一滴滴眼泪。

她还说，每个孩子的生日都是母亲的受难日，我们要感谢母亲们对我们付出的心血，付出的所有坚辛的汗水！

同学们，当母亲在为我们心痛的时候，你们有抚慰过她们受伤的心吗？同学们，在她们忙碌的时候，你们有去抚慰他们疲惫的心吗？同学们，在她们生气的时候，你们又没有再次去伤害她们呢？

而母亲，在你伤心时来安慰你，而你呢？在你们开心的时候来与你同欢，而你呢？在你们劳累时来递上一杯热牛奶，而你呢？…

母亲是一个热水袋，随时递上温暖。母亲是一汪清泉，看清你正确的方向。母亲是一片草地，容易被你随意践踏。……

啊，正像于丹教授所说，母亲不会嫌弃你，不会抛弃你，但你有时会误解她，但这血浓于水的亲情，是永远在我们心上的！

今天下午第一节课我们去了多功能厅，当然这不是去开会，而是去听讲座。

首先老师讲了我们这个年龄已进入了青春期，我们这个年龄可能会脾气暴躁、开始有主见，从而进入叛逆期。然而进入青春期的特征主要有：身高猛增、喉结突出、长阴毛、变声、长胡须等。

另外，老师还讲了我们早上起床可能会发现床上有一张“地图”。当然，这可不是尿，而是遗精，是一种正常现象。

更主要的是，我们这时候不能去做桑拿、泡热温泉、用烫水洗澡等。不然会杀死里面遗精子，可能导致将来不能生出小宝宝。所以我们睡觉时需要侧着睡而不要趴着睡，以免过度挤压睾丸。

还有老师讲了我们这个年龄也到了变声的阶段。而且在变声的时候，我们要多喝水，不能大喊大叫，更不能用手比着脖子打闹。因为要保护嗓子，我们还要多吃富有蛋白质的食物，比如鸡蛋、牛奶啦等等，而这个时候我们还可能会出现嗓子沙哑等状况（又称破锣嗓子），但这属于生理状态不是一种疾病。

今天，我观看了消防安全知识讲座，这使我增长了许多消防知识。

发生火灾会损失财产，酿成惨祸，所以首先要预防火灾。怎样预防呢？第一，不能玩火。第二，不能随地扔烟头。第三，不在家时和晚上睡觉前要把煤气关住。第四，出远门时要关掉电闸。第五，夏天点蚊香时，蚊香要离床和窗帘远一些。第六，在加油站不能打手机。

发生火灾时不能慌张，要让楼外的人拨打火警电话119。如果火没有蔓延到家门前，就赶紧下楼逃生，且不能乘电梯，因为火容易窜到电梯里，或者电线被火烧断，被困在电梯里，要走安全通道。如果火已经蔓延到家门前，住在楼层矮的可以在楼下铺上棉被，跳下逃生；住在楼层高的可以手举镜子或衣服晃，等待救援，并把棉被盖在门前，泼上凉水，如果实在来不及的话，就用湿毛巾捂着口鼻出门匍匐前进。火灾发生时以人生安全为第一，以财产安全为第二，要尽快逃离火灾现场，不要贪财。

通过这次讲座的观看，我懂得了消防的重要性。在今后的学习生活中，我要牢牢记住，时刻不忘做好消防。
