他们用自己犯的过错来警示我们——这些正处于美好青春年华的少男少女们，这些正享受着生活的美好与自由的可贵的我们，告诉我们要从小树立省法律意识，遵纪守法，要学法

懂法

守法，做一个社会上的好公民。同时还告诉我们要慎重交友并无论处于何时何地都不忘父母对我们的恩情.这是一个处于失去自由的天空的人发自内心的悔恨和领悟.他们想把这些道理传达给拥有自由的我们。这对于我们来说是有很大的启发，甚至震撼着我们的心灵可以产生心灵的震撼.。

听完这节课，我想这对于我以后的人生道路起着巨大的作用.它给了我许多真理和启发，告诉我要想成才必先学会做人，我会一直受用!

听了今天的报告，我感觉未成年人违法犯罪为什么呈上升趋势，主要是他们法律意识淡薄，有的不懂法，还有的不知怎样做是对的，怎样做是错的;什么是自己应有的权利，什么是自己应尽的义务。没能真正理解遵纪守法的重要意义，不能在社会行为中自觉地运用法律知识来规范自己的言行。要培养未成年人的自觉法律意识，首先应组织未成年人系统学习法律，多形式组织未成年人学习新《宪法》

《刑法》 《刑诉法》和《社会治安处罚条例》等法律条文，在社会行为中自觉地运用法律知识来规范自己的言行。用法律武器与一切违法犯罪的现象作斗争。

今天，在学校的推荐下，我观看了黑龙江卫视少儿频道播放的《于丹讲座》，于丹教授告诉了我们如何孝敬父母，建立人格。我听了之后，感慨良多。

于丹是北京师范大学的教授，博士生导师。她的讲座栩栩如生，给人一种很亲切、舒服的感觉。她向我们描述了人与人之间的关系，人在社会上的地位和建立人格这三个方面的内容，还举了好多生动的例子：如胡萝卜、生鸡蛋、和干茶叶的实验，孔融让梨等小故事，让我们更容易地领会其中的道理。

听过讲座之后，我突然感觉到我们现在的幸福生活是多么美满、安逸！因为我们都是独生子女，过着衣来伸手，饭来张口的生活，我们每个人都是父母心里的一块宝，要什么，家长就给什么，从没说过个“不”字。可是我们却不懂得感恩，甚至认为这是天经地仪的事，更别说好好孝敬父母了，多数时候还任性地惹父母生气！

这个讲座让我突然间长大了，懂得了很多。看着父母每天为我们操心，白发渐渐出现头顶，皱纹也刻上面容，心里感觉一阵酸楚，接下来我们要做的就是好好回报父母，让他们天天开心。现在我要对我他们说：“爸、妈，我长大了，可以体会你们的良苦用心，也懂得了感恩，现在起我决定要好好孝敬你们，让你们为我感到骄傲和自豪！”

Cars should be equipped to minimize the exhaust they release into the air. And the use of plastic bags and disposable meal boxes should be banned. What’s more, the media should play an important role in implanting a sense

of consciousness into people’s mind.

If everybody works toward a common goal of making the environment better, we can create a cleaner and lovelier world for us and for the coming generation.

易中天先生讲的是两千多年以前的人和事，但他轻松、自然、幽默的风格一下子拉近了经典与我们之间的距离，让我们听来没有丝毫的陌生感和距离感。诸子百家中，易中天重点分析了儒家、墨家、道家、法家这四家。他认为儒、墨、道、法之所以产生争鸣，有一个很重要的原因，是他们的关注点不一样。他们共同的特点是都面对着当时社会的剧变，社会的重大变革。因为春秋战国是我们民族历史上国家制度、社会制度、政治制度、文化制度发生天翻地覆变化的一个转折点。具体体现在社会现象上就是“天下大乱，礼坏乐崩”，这时候历史就向我们先者们提出来一个不可回避的问题，中国向何处去?儒、墨、道、法四家都在回答这个问题，他们的答案各不一样。这是由于这四家的关注点不同，所以他们留下的遗产也不同。孔子是站在贵族的立场，墨子是平民的立场，道家是隐士的立场，法家则站在谋士的立场。

易中天先说到儒家学派，儒家的创始人是被后世尊称为“万世师表”的孔子，他认为儒家留给我们的遗产是仁爱、正义和自强。他说道家更关注人生，留下的是真实，自由，宽容，这其实是人生的态度。墨家关注社会，墨家的理想就是要有一个有公平与正义的社会，因此他提出的方案是平等、互利、博爱。法家关注国家，留下的是治国理念，公开、公平、公正。

可以说，各诸子都有他的可取之处，他们留下的这些遗产其实就是一个如何“正心诚意修身齐家治国平天下”的问题，涵盖了个人、文化、社会、国家等各个层面。再细究，我们还可以发现，其实各诸子的理念不仅有可取之处，还有与今相通之处。如墨子的侠肝义胆，以身作则，那种吃苦耐劳，呼唤社会的公平与正义仍主导了当今社会的思想，他还主张任贤，即所有的官员必须能上能下，以什么为标准?

今天，我和陈征宇去了绍兴科技馆观看了防震减灾科普展览，了解了地震的一些知识，让我收益匪浅，《防震减灾》观后感。

大家都知道，地震是一种危害极大的自然灾害，那么地震是怎么产生的呢?原来地球地层内部物质会不停地剧烈运动，从而产生一股能破坏岩层的巨大力量，当这股力量积到一定程度时，会使原本呈长方形等形状的岩层弯曲并变形，而岩层一旦承受不住时，它就会破裂，错动，释放出巨大能量，产生强烈震动，这就是地震。

地震的危害极大，它能造成房屋倒塌、桥梁断落、水坝开裂、铁轨变形;它还能使地面出现裂缝、塌陷，喷水冒砂;而更严重的是它能破坏山体等自然物，从而引起山崩、滑坡;它甚至还会引起海啸，造成沿海地区的破坏。地震过后还会引起火灾，水灾和瘟疫。比如说5.12汶川大地震，多少人遇难，就算侥幸活了下来，可是大多都失去了家园，失去了家人和朋友，这是我们这些在蜜罐子里长大的孩子所不能体会到的，他们承受了多大的痛苦啊!

地震的危害虽大，可也不是不可预测的。地震前牛、马赶不进圈,乱蹦乱跳,嘶叫不止,烦躁不安,饮食减少;一些猪羊不吃食,烦躁不安,乱跑乱窜;狗狂叫不止;鸡不进窝,惊啼不止;鸭不下水;家兔乱蹦乱跳,惊恐不安;鸽子在震前数天惊飞,不回巢;密蜂一窝一窝地飞走;老鼠反应最灵敏,在震前一天至数天,老鼠突然跑光了,有的叼着小老鼠搬家;有些冬眠的蛇爬出洞外,上树;鱼惊慌乱跳游向岸边,翻白肚。

(1)地震发生时，如果我们在街上走，最好将身边的皮包或柔软的物品顶在头上，无物品时也可用手护在头上，尽可能作好自我防御的准备，并应该迅速离开电线杆和围墙，跑向比较开阔的地区躲避，

(2)如果我们在室内，地震一旦发生，首先要保持清醒、冷静的头脑，及时判别震动状况，千万不可在慌乱中跳楼，这一点极为重要。其次，可躲避在坚实的家具下，或墙角处，亦可转移到承重墙较多、开间小的厨房、厕所去暂避一时。因为这些地方结合力强，尤其是管道经过处理，具有较好的支撑力，抗震系数较大。

(3)地震时如被埋压在废墟下，周围又是一片漆黑，只有极小的空间，我们一定不要惊慌，要沉着，树立生存的信心，相信会有人来救你，要千方百计保护自己。地震后，往往还有多次余震发生，处境可能继续恶化，为了免遭新的伤害，要尽量改善自己所处环境。

(4)我们应设法脱离险境。如果找不到脱离险境的通道，尽量保存体力，用石块敲击能发出声响的物体，向外发出呼救信号，不要哭喊、急躁和盲目行动，这样会大量消耗精力和体力，尽可能控制自己的情绪或闭目休息，等待救援人员到来。如果受伤，要想法包扎，避免流血过多。

(5)我们还应设法维持生命。.如果被埋在废墟下的时间比较长，救援人员未到，或者没有听到呼救信号，就要想办法维持自己的生命，防震包的水和食品一定要节约，尽量寻找食品和饮用水，必要时自己的尿液也能起到解渴作用。
