今天中午我们举行了一个关于“青春期”的讲座。我们早早来的等在讲座开始。当我们看到讲座主题时有的同学害羞的低下了头，有的不禁笑了起来，有的同学满头疑惑什么是青春期？

庞老师告诉我们到底什么是青春期？青春期是我们人体由儿童生长发育成成年人的过渡期，这一时期人体的形态、某些器官的结构功能都有显著的变化。

青春早期一般为9-12岁，青春中期一般为13-16岁，而青春晚期为复习6-18岁。11到18周岁都成为青春期。，女孩儿一般会提前1-2岁。

大多数女孩子来月经，一般是12-14岁，平均28天。每次持续3-5天，出血量为50ml。对女孩儿来说生理卫生和健康保健是很重要，来月经时，要做到以下几点。一，保持清洁，月经期不盆浴，不游泳。二，月经期用品干净专用。三，注意不吃冷辣食物。

在青春期时，1。我们的身体外形变化及身高迅速增。2。身体对疾病的抵抗能力加强3。声音慢慢变细

接着老师讲了，女生自护的应急保护：1。及时呼救。2。巧妙周旋。3。勇于抗争。4。保存证据。然后老师又讲了女生自我保护。1。提高警惕性。2。不要一个人或少数几个女同学到公园河边树木，等偏僻的地方去看书，或者功课。3。不要一个人或者两个女同学搭便车。4。不要一个人或者两个女同学去酒吧。5。不要一个人离家出走。6。不贪图小便宜。7。穿着不要太暴露。8。不要跟坏人走。

今天的讲座让收获了许多。让我明白了许多，成长了的一大步，青春充满快乐，让我们一起度过这美好的青春。我们要自爱、自信、自尊、自强。
