习惯可分为学习习惯和各种行为习惯。现在的孩子智商都较高，大多数孩子因习惯不良引起学习较差。如一边看电视一边吃饭，一边做作业一边讲话，或者要大人陪伴做作业。特别可怕的是有的孩子从小做事磨磨蹭蹭，即使他们现在学习非常好，到以后的学习都非常麻烦。所以，我提倡在最短的时间内把作业做完，当然还要做好，这样做的目的，是要培养孩子做事专心致志，敏捷灵巧，提高学习效率。否则孩子很容易出现因学习时间较长，失去学习兴趣，被动学习而厌学的心理。

何为国学？那些我们看不懂，那些让我们心塞的古文？当然不是，国学它的魅力不是文字，那先辈们用智慧为后人留下的精神食粮是国学，那先辈们为后人留下的指路明灯是国学，那一个个国学经典更是让我受益匪浅。

《游子吟》中写到：“慈母手中线，游子身上衣；临行密密缝，意恐迟迟归。”告诉我们：每个母亲对自己的孩子都是一样的，永远把自己的孩子放在第一位。所以我们要孝顺我们的父母，不总是依赖着父母。

《论语》中写到：“知之者不如好之者，好之者不如乐之者。”主要是说对于学问，懂得它的人不如喜爱它的人，喜爱它的人不如以它为乐的人。告诉我们学习分为三个层次，只有以学为乐，才是读书、做学问的最高境界。

《三字经》里的“子不学，非所宜。幼不学，老何为。”让我们知道了“为人子女如果不用心学习，是不对的；年纪小的时候，不肯努力用心学习，等到年纪大了，还有什么用处呢？”这个道理。

“滴水之恩，当涌泉相报。”告诉我们：与他人相处，应抱有真诚、诚恳、热情之心，懂得知恩图报。

成长路上，有国学经典一直陪伴在身旁，足矣！

在这阳光灿烂的夏天，带着阵阵火热的心情我参加并仔细聆听了由学校举行的大学生心理健康讲座，通过这次的心理知识健康讲座我受益匪浅。心理健康老师通过在学习、生活等几个方面为我们讲解大学生常见遇到的心理问题，告诉我们如何正确的面对压力并解决它。 第一、在学习上。首先，“理想的大学”同“现实的大学”之间的矛盾使我产生了深深的目标失落感。以前在我心中大学是一座充满诗情画意的殿堂，刚入大学时也十分兴奋、愉快。但兴奋和激动之后，却发现现实中的大学原来是如此的平淡、枯燥，“教室、宿舍、食堂”三点一线，日复一日无限循环。理想与现实的落差带来心理上的不平衡，引起心理冲突。其次，大学培养目标的“高”与“空”使我对目标难以把握，觉得很困惑和迷茫。大学的培养目标是培养德、智、体、美全面发展的高级人才，可我却感觉目标的内容比较空洞，目标的阶段性也不明确，我完全不知道如何按照目标来设计和规划自己。通过这次老师的答疑解惑，我了解了上大学的意义——实现自我的价值。我们每一个人都必须树立正确的价值观，努力奋斗当收获成功的时候我们会感到油然而生的成就感。

第二、在生活上。在当今社会，我们不能单靠被动地顺应环境，须主动地去适应环境，保持个人与环境之间的和谐。在处理理想与现实、自尊与自卑的心理矛盾上，这次的讲座让我能在全面认识自己的基础上，有针对性的学习、努力提高。因为之前的我性格上太过于执着近乎偏执，而且心里承受能力很差，面对挫折时往往不能正确解决它，只是采取消极的态度，在心理健康老师的指导下我避免了走向偏执型人格障碍的误区。现在的我慢慢的开始正视自己并且通过学习我掌握了一些人际交往的技巧。我知道良好有赖于相互的了解，相互了解有赖于彼此思想上的沟通。要学会有效聆听，做到耐心、虚心、会心，把握谈话技巧，吸引和抓住对方。我也克服了我的依赖心理。

第三、在爱情上。每个人对爱情都充满幻想，我也不例外，以为某个人是我的全世界，但是每个人都是独立的个体，我所以在爱情中常常流泪，几乎不知道面对日常生活中的各种问题，也许是习惯了依赖，失去的痛苦一直伴随着我。这次的讲座却从另一个的角度向我说明了爱情是一种相互独立相互尊重的关系，我们每一个人都应该学会坚强，就像致橡树中的我们要做两两棵肩并肩的树，而不是一个人是另一个的藤蔓。在对待爱情的态度上要有一颗真诚的心，那种“不在乎天长地久，只在乎曾经拥有”是一种不负责的爱情，爱情是神圣的，这种美好的情感值得我们每一个人慢慢回忆，而不是因为一时的寂寞才紧紧相拥，只是为了生理上的需要更是要人唾弃的。

最后，作为一位当代大学生，我们要明确身上肩负的责任，大学时光是美好的，在这样花一样的年华，面对着朝阳，树立远大的理想，并不懈奋斗，面对压力和挫折，积极地解决，不抛弃，不放弃，我相信，我们的青春永垂不朽！

星期天的下午，李老师给我们讲了一节摄影课，题目叫《从混乱中找出秩序》。

展出照片前，李老师先给我们讲什么叫黄金分割率。黄金分割率的缩写是0。618，在拍照的时候也可以用到，这样拍出来的照片，可以发现不一样的美。

李老师给我们展出一张照片，是一个城市的大厦，大厦上方的不远处，有一大朵烟花，下面的公路还有像荧光棒一样排列整齐的汽车。李老师要我们找找图中处在黄金分割率的地方，我们立刻异口同声的说："图上的烟花处在黄金分割率的地方"，这时老师又讲："图上的汽车像荧光棒的原因是一种特效，要是不用这种特效，图上的汽车就是一个一个的，没有一点点秩序，下面老师又问："汽车的消失点在哪"？，我们又说："在远处的一个地方消失的"李老师说；"这一行汽车其实就是这张照片的秩序。

老师又放了一张照片出来，上边儿有三个人在打铁花，但照片上真实的铁花比较多，水中的倒影比较少，老师讲："这是远近的问题，如果近一点拍的话，那就是真实的铁花很多，水中的倒影更少了，远的时候，那就水中的倒影多了，真实的铁花也多，因为当时不能再退了，所以只能拍成这样，想教你们的是在什么时候拍照？如果遇到问题，就要想办法解决"。

紧接着老师又展出了一张照片，主要的特点是天上的云，犹似一条火凤龙，老师说："当时我在一个学校，学校放学时，看到天上有一点点红色，就随手拍了一张照片，回家把照片放到电脑上，修改再修改，P图再P图，才弄成了现在这个样子"，要让你们明白的是："想拍出来一张好照片，不仅仅只拍好景色，还要修改一下照片，才能使照片更有美观或掩盖美中不足的缺陷"。

我以前觉得摄影就是拿上手机，随便拍几个物品就可以了，今天听了李老师的课才明白，摄影不单单要拍好景色，还要选时间，选背景，选位置，拍完之后还要修改图片。也可以选择黄金分割率的位置拍，在不同的位置想出不同的办法拍等。今天这堂摄影课，我才认识到摄影是一门很深的学问，必须认真细心耐心的学！

In recent years, more and more lectures are being given on campus. They are organized either by the departments or by the students unions with an aim to improve the students quality both mentally and academically. These lectures are usually in series and on different topics, such as arts, life, economy, psychology and world issues.

Generally speaking, the advantages of good lectures are various. First they broaden the students knowledge horizon and cultivate interest in different fields. Second, they make the life of the students colorful and enjoyable.

With these merits, lectures are just complementary and subordinate to our school work. If students spend too much time attending lectures, their regular study will be affected and disturbed. So, in my opinion, the students should, on the one hand, do their class work and homework well first, on the other hand, set as more time as possible to attend good lectures which are helpful to our life and study.

This afternoon, when my father and mother were at home, I finished all the housework at home.

In the afternoon I returned home and began to help mom and dad do housework, from five at the beginning of the housework, busy until seven p.m., there are a lot of things, such as: middle sweeping, mopping the floor, garbage, laundry, folding clothes, flowers, clean the table and the glass and so on, I see table, ah!

You strictly forbid me to do entertaining activities even if I finished my homework, such as watching TV or playing computer games. Based on this, I couldn’t get any grade less than A. It is said that genius only means hard-working all one’s life. But I think combining exertion is the best way for learning.

The most important thing to me was that I feel frustrated for having few friends to confide in due to your strict rules.
