特点一：整体性

句子的整体性：即能表达单独的、完整的思想。

【分析】这个句子表达了两层思想：1. Born in a small town出生在一个小镇 2. grew up to be a musician.长大成为了音乐家。这个句子应该分成两句来写。除此之外，还需要增加一些信息来连接两层思想。

【提升】He was born in a small town in South China in the early 50s. In his childhood he liked to sing. Later he entered a music conservatory. In the 70s, he grew up to be an accomplished musician.

特点二：连贯性

句子的连贯性：即能清晰地连接句子的各个部分，没有虚假的平行结构，没有指代不请的代词，没有不清晰的句内关系。

Eg. Upon entering the classroom, the students stood up and said, "good morning!"

【分析】这个句子从语法来讲是正确的，但是句内关系不清楚，到底谁进入了教室？

【提升】When the teacher entered the classroom, the students stood up and said, "good morning!"

Eg. Elizabeth and I enjoy walking, to ski, travel and teaching university students.

【分析】这个句子的连贯性较差，可以利用平行结构来体现连贯性。

【提升】Elizabeth and I enjoy walking, skiing, traveling and teaching university students.

特点三：准确性

句子的准确性指句子内部没有不准确的，不必要的词。

Eg. He returned in the early part of the month of August.

【分析】这个句子感觉有故意写长之嫌，需要精简。

【提升】He returned in early August.

特点四：重点突出

好的句子应该重点突出，词的选择，词的重复都有助于句子的重点突出。

Eg. When the bank robbers entered the bank they yelled, "dont move!"

【分析】这个句子比较平淡，可以修改一下动词。

【提升】When the bank robbers rushed into the bank they yelled, "dont move!"

特点五：语法正确，句式多变

句式多变指句子长短结合。如果全篇都是复杂的长难句，文章读起来会晦涩难懂，并且有挑衅阅卷人之嫌。反之，全篇都是短句，感觉有侮辱阅卷人之感。

Eg. Daisy, who was the first-year student of college, would go to a par near her school every day in morning, she would bring a small recorder with her, in park she would find quiet corner and listen to a tape of English stories.

【分析】这个句子不仅仅存在语法问题，另外还有完整性，准确性问题。

这一天，学校来了一位老师——陈教授，来给我们做关于青春期的讲座。这堂讲座让我印象深刻。

陈教授首先给我们介绍了青春期的主要症状，有睾丸发育，腋下长出较长的汗毛，还有一种，也是最明显的，长出喉咙结，并且变声。

青春期一般在13—20岁之间。在这段时间，男生不可以去桑拿。并且保护好自己的生殖器。在变声期，我们要保护好嗓子，少说话，让嗓子休息。不可以喝太凉或过热的水。切记，不能大喊大叫。

在青春期时，我们会有一些心理变化。如冲动，独立，依赖三种。当你在专注干一件事时，父母来说一下你，你会感到很烦甚至发脾气（有点像更年期）这就是冲动性。有些事情，你感觉不用父母管，自己可以做主、解决。这就是独立性。

我们要保护自己的睾丸，不能太过高温。因为高温会把精子烧死。而且尽量不要让睾丸受到猛烈撞击，不然，也会因高温杀死精子。

这一次讲座，让我受益匪浅。随着我们慢慢进入青春期，也会变得懂事（当然，智商也会提高）。让我们共同成长，共同度过青春期！

六年级了，身边的老师、同学们都为小升初这个严峻的问题而紧张起来。学校召开了这次讲座，就是为了让我们更加明确我们该如何为小升初做准备以及一些必要的学习方法。使我受益良多。

给我感触最深的是一位学姐的讲话。她为我们介绍的是上了初中后的学习方法，十分实用。上了初中后，最重要的是要做明确的计划。计划包括：学习、锻炼和休息的时间管理，学习又可以分成预习、作业以及复习。预习是在上课前读一读课文，标出问题并在课上询问老师；复习需要我们认真地浏览一遍上课时的笔记；作业要在复习完才能开始答题。毕竟，每一道题都是一个知识点，理解透之后才能做。而在这一切完事后可以适当安排体育锻炼和娱乐时间，劳逸结合。

一位师兄分享给我们，在初中，时间是最宝贵的东西，每一分每一秒都很重要，或许上课捡个笔的时间，一个重要的知识点便和你擦肩而过了。同时，初中要接触到的地理，生物，化学现在也要开始做一些适当的了解以便上了初中后能更好的衔接。

听完讲座，我才突然意识到，我已是一名六年级的学生了，不再是之前无忧无虑，没有烦恼的孩子。这次讲座安排恰如其分，使我们认清了自己的位置，放平心态，以便笑面未来！

“太好了！太好了！”一进校门，便听见有人高声大叫，公布栏前还挤了一群人。我飞快地跑过去凑凑热闹，看见了公布栏上写着：今天下午不上学，全体师生到二中听著名儿童文学作家汤素兰阿姨的讲座。要求：1、要戴好红领巾、穿好校服……一看完，我立刻跑进教室，告诉同学这个好消息。刘一鸣一来，我便冲上去传消息。

下午，我们在东方红学校集合。我排好队，阳光虽然无情地照在我的身上，不停地流着豆大的汗珠，但我的心中却觉得很兴奋，完全感觉不到热。好不容易等到了要出发的时候，但清点了人数之后，才发现少了几个同学。再等了十几分钟后，肖老师不赖烦地说：“算了，不等了！”走了一段路，我们立刻到了二中的大礼堂。

坐好后，汤素兰阿姨开始讲话了。先开始，汤素兰阿姨向我们问好，礼堂里立刻掌声一片。然后，阿姨向我们介绍了她有几十部作品等。接着，阿姨给我们讲了一个小故事的节选，内容很搞笑，故事完后，阿姨就请了几个人说感受。有人说：“这位小女巫很讨厌，只在乎自己的感受，而没有在意别人的感受。”然后，阿姨提了一个问题：“你们想象一下，癞蛤蟆最想要什么？”礼堂里立刻举起了几十双小手。有一个姐姐说：“癞蛤蟆最想要一个漂亮的青蛙公主，因为他想要有个伴。”阿姨觉得她说得还不是那么具有想象力，但阿姨为了鼓励她，也奖了一本阿姨写的童话小说，让我羡慕不已，决定要举手。阿姨又出了一个问题：“小鸟与雄鹰比赛，小鸟赢了。你们猜，小鸟为什么赢了？”我一想到，就举起了手，但还有点犹豫不决。可阿姨没有点到坐在后面的人。那时，我心里又感叹：唉！真倒霉啊！后来，阿姨又和大家说：“你们要经常猜谜语，写想象作文，要做笔记，好记心不如烂笔头！”又过了一会儿，讲座结束了，大家就回家了。

通过近一段时间在市局春训期间集中学习法制教育讲座过程中，我对坚持社会主义法制教育理念的重要性有了进一步认识，特别是税务机关干部正确用法的不可或缺，具有十分重要的意义。通过近一段时间的学习讨论，本人深深感到，学习全面、准确理解社会主义法制理念的本质要求和深刻内涵，坚持学法用法相结合，努力提高自身的法律素质和依法行政管理，特别是对税务干部执法人员运用法制理念指导实践，具有重要的现实意义。在听取法制教育讲座的过程中，我主要有以下几点体会：

一、充分认识学法用法的重要意义，增强使命感，是学好法。

用好法的前提。自觉学习法律、宣传法律、贯彻法律，关键是要提高思想认识，认识有多深，决心就有多大。社会主义法治理念是科学有机的统一体。社会主义法治理念可以概括为依法治国、执法为民、公平正义、服务大局、党的领导五个方面的内容。我认为要增强自己的法制观念、提高法律素质，具体应该做到：一是依法治国有目标。建设社会主义法治国家已确定为党和国家的基本方略，依法治国的核心是依法治“官”，从“人治”走向法治，从注重依靠行政手段管理向注重依靠法律手段管理，这就需要有一支法律素质较强的领导干部队伍，才能确保“有法可依、有法必依、执法必严、违法必纠”方针的落实。二是素质教育的需要。市场经济就是法制经济。

为规范社会主义市场经济，我国先后制定了近四万部法律法规和规章，中央提出以人为本，提倡素质教育的今天，作为国家税务机关干部正确运用现有的法制，进行科学的管理是时代的要求。三是自身建设的需要。一个以法为基础办理各项事务的国家人员，基本的法律知识都不懂，如何能更好的为人民服务，将是一句空话，能更好的用法，学法这个头带得不好，自身法制观念就不强，严格执法做不到，就会直接影响到我们日常管理工作和造就良好的法制氛围，对新干部的成长就会有阻碍。自身教的法制不提高将会造成严重的后果，对于我们这些执法干部来说，严格自身的法制学习，必须放在一个重要的地位，作为一件大事来抓。

二、坚持并运用社会主义法制理念武装执法干部的头脑。

坚持与时俱进，学好法、用好法。在学好法方面，我个人认为，我国社会主义建设事业正处在难得的重要战略机遇期，随着我国综合国力明显增强，国际地位明显提高，人民生活明显改善，社会主义市场经济不断发展，我国社会各阶层的利益结构发生了深刻变化。在我国经济充满生机活力的同时，市场经济利益法则也影响着人们的人生观、价值观。同时也处于种种思想兹生的时期，一些个别的执法干部由于对法制的理解过得轻浮，无法在其思想中产生震摄，使一些违法犯罪心理上产生了的侥幸，使国家和人民的财产遭受严重的损失。滋生和诱发违法犯罪的因素的客观存在，都提醒我们，用法制理念武装我们执法干部的头脑是十分重要的。与此同时，一些知法犯法的干部，法制基础意识的不断提高，司法程序打击职务犯罪应日益增强，对政法机关公正执法的能力和水平也提出了新的更高要求。应对新挑战、适应新要求，需要用科学、先进、正确的法治理念武装干警头脑。坚持并运用社会主义法治理念武装我们的头脑既是正确的，也是十分必要的。

三、坚持理论与实践相结合，严格依法办事。

只有将学法与用法有机结合起来，才能推进各项事业顺利健康发展。在今后各项活动中我个人认为，我们应该做到：研究问题先学法，制定决策遵循法，解决问题依照法，言论行动符合法。在法制教育学习中，使我从中学到了许多关于法的知识，使我在今后的日常工作中，不断与我的工作结合起来，使我在学法的同时也在用法不断我的法律知识，更好为以后的工作打好基础。
