People always say that we should not judge a person from his appearance. In

todays society, the mass media is like the appearance, what they report will

decide the way that people treat things. For most foreigners, before they come

Today, I came to the breakfast. See the lads with chopsticks busy busy. So

It will never stop assaulting us until our land is totally given away."Once there was a man whose house was on fire. People told him to put out the fire with water, but he would not listen. Instead, he carried a faggot to put out the fire, only to make the fire fiercer. That was because he didnt know that,instead of putting out the fire, faggots could only make it burning more vigorously. Isnt it equivalent to carrying faggots to put out a fire if you agree to sue for peace at the cost of the land of the State of Wei?"Though Su Dais argument was very convincing, the king accepted the suggestion of those officials and gave away to the State of Qin a large area of the land of the State of Wei. For the king of the State of Wei was cowardly and only cared for peace at the moment.As might be expected,the Qin army assaulted the State of Wei on a large scale in 225 B.C.,surrounding the capital city Daliang and flooding it by digging open the dykes of the Huanghe River.The State of Wei was finally destroyed by the State of Qin.This story appears in the Historical Records Written by Sima Qian.The set phrase"carrying faggots to put out a fire"is used to mean adopting a wrong method to save a situation and ending up by making it worse.

说到这里，苏代讲了一个故事：从前有一个人，他的房子起火了，别人劝他快用水去浇灭大火，但他不听，偏抱起一捆柴草去救火，是因为他不懂得柴草不但不能灭火反而能助长火势的道理。大王若同意拿着魏国土地去求和，不就等于抱着柴草救火吗？”

尽管苏代讲得头头是道，但是胆小的魏王只顾眼前的太平，还是依大臣们的意见把魏国大片土地割让给秦国。到公元225年，果然秦军又向魏国大举进攻，包围了国都大梁，掘开黄河大堤让洪水淹没了大梁城，魏国终于被秦国灭掉了。

故事出自《史记魏世家》。成语“抱薪救火”比喻用错误的方法去消灭祸害，结果反而使祸害扩大。

was ten years old. But at the very beginning, listening seemed a little

今天，晴空万里，天气很好，我参加了小记者活动的急救讲座。

我和妈妈来到县府街的防疫中心三楼，讲座快开始了，我急急忙忙找了个位子座下，心里怪自已应该早点起床的。

讲座开始了，首先讲的是碰到有人晕倒在地我们应该怎么样为患者做心肺复苏和人工呼吸。先要大声呼唤患者如果没有反应的话就要把他的衣服解开，找到胸口的位置一只手夹住另一只手的指缝，然后往下按压，每钟30次左右，接着就做人工呼吸，先用手把患者的额头按住，然后用食指和中指抬住下巴往上提，最后在他的嘴巴上放上人工呼吸膜，捏住鼻子往里吹气，连续重复直至患者醒过来。我还亲自体验了一下，知道如何实际运用。接着老师又讲了其它应急常识，像如何处理伤口，如何绑扎……

这次活动可真有意义，让我了解了我平时不知道的救命常识，我希望以后能帮助到有需要的人。

近期，我们观看了李强老师的《为自己工作》讲座，颇有感受。可以说这个讲座为我展现了一片新的工作视野，使我能够站在高处去看待自己的工作，使我能从工作的意义角度重新思考自己工作的价值和可持续性，也帮助我更好的捕捉工作关键点顺利开展工作，对自己负责，对自己的工作负责。

这个讲座告诫我：“不要仅仅为薪水工作，你应该为梦想而工作，为自己的前途而工作，为你未来的人生成长而工作。你不但要为自己工作，而且要工作到最好！”

可怎样做好——“为自己工作”这五个字，并把这五个字切实地体现在我们的工作中和行动上呢？

我觉得首先必须要乐业。乐业就是从内心里热爱并热心于自己所从事的职业岗位，把干好工作当作最快乐的事，做到虽苦尤乐，乐在其中。大家应该有这样的感受，当你经过一番艰苦努力，完成一项重大的工作任务，受到领导和同志们赞扬的时候；当你经过加班加点撰写的材料，得到领导肯定，—下通过的时候；当你经过冥思苦想写的文章在报刊上发表的时候，心里是多么高兴。把工作当成享受，再苦再累也愉快，也心甘情愿，就感到不累、不无聊、不枯燥，相反感到很有意思。

其次要勤业。勤业是指忠于职守，认真负责，刻苦勤奋，不懈努力。忠于职守指的是工作责任心，是忠实地履行岗位责任，执行岗位规范，在任何时候，任何情况下都能坚守岗位。认真负

责是指工作态度的，工作要精力集中，心无旁骛，一丝不苟，“专心致志从其事。”每个人都有不同的发展轨迹，有的人成为公司里的核心员工，实现了自己的价值；有的人一直碌碌无为；有些人牢骚满腹，总认为与众不同，而到头来仍一无所获……众所周知，除了少数天才，大多数人的禀赋相差无几。那么，是什么在造就我们、改变我们？是“责任心”、是“态度”！ 一个天性乐观，对工作充满热忱的人，无论他眼下是在洗马桶、挖土方，或者是在经营着一家大公司，都会认为自己的工作是一项神圣的天职，并怀着深切的兴趣。对工作充满热忱的人，不论遇到多少艰难险阻，都会像希尔顿一样：哪怕是洗一辈子马桶，也要做个洗马桶最优秀的人！

再次要守业。守业就是要严格遵守公司各项规章制度和工作流程。俗话说：没有规矩，不成方圆，凡事均须遵章而行。制订规章制度和工作流程的目的是规范我们的工作，规章制度是实施管理的有效手段。假如大家工作都可以随心所欲，那么管理从何谈起？就像人们过马路要遇见红绿灯一样，试想，人们要是过马路都不看红绿灯，都不遵守交通规则，会是什么样子？

最后要精业。精业是指对本职工作业务纯熟，精益求精，力求使自己的技能不断提高，使自己的工作成果尽善尽美，不断地有所进步，有所发明，有所创造。因此，要想从事好本职工作，就必须加强业务学习，不断学习和更新知识，否则，光靠吃老本，不学习提高，不用多久就会胜任不了本职工作。

为自己工作。希望我们公司的每一名员工都树立起为自己工作的理念，对企业忠诚负责，把工作当成一种使命，那么我们的公司一定会蒸蒸日上、兴旺发达！现在就让我们重拾工作的激情，为了我们美好的未来而努力工作吧！

于丹老师在讲座中主要是强调我们中小学生在完成必修课的同时，还要懂得孝敬父母，尊敬老师，关心他人，让每一个中小学生德、智、体全面发展。

于丹老师首先谈到“孝”。百善孝为先，孝是中华文化传统提倡的行为，一般表现为孝顺，孝敬。要对生活充满感恩的心，感谢父母，尊敬老师。孝不但是外在要求，也是内在的一种责任。

然后谈到“仁”。仁就是要学会怎样处理两者的关系，要充满爱心，和善待人。《三字经》里说道：“人之初，性本善。性相近，习相远。”意思是说，人在刚刚出生时，本性都是善良的，性情也很相近，但随着各自生存环境的变化，每个人的习性就会产生差异。教育孩子要与人和睦相处，懂得一个人的痛苦，由两个人分担，痛苦就减少一半，相反，一个人的快乐，两个人分享，快乐就增加了一半，与人交往，多关爱他人，使自己健康，快乐的成长。

最后谈到“自立，自强，自信”。树立正确的人生观会直接决定人生的轨迹，孩子的成长不是填鸭式的灌输，知识固然重要，但更重要的是人的经验和悟性。不要墨守成规，按部就班，而是要在这个处处混沌喧嚣的社会中，学会发现其中的有效信息。

通过于丹老师讲的这堂课，让我明白了一个道理：学生最重要的并不是学习，学会做人才是排在第一位的，如果不会做人的话，就算学习成绩再好，也不是一个健全的人。

想想自己，有时爸爸妈妈督促我学习，我总嫌啰嗦，有时让我做一些力所能及的事，我总不情愿，想到这里，我不禁感到很内疚，爸爸妈妈为了我，不知操了多少心，受了多少累，我还不知道感恩，总惹他们生气，伤心，太不应该了。在这里，我想对爸妈说：“我错了，我以后要听你们的话，好好孝敬你们，好好报答你们的养育之恩!”

在以后的生活中，我要改掉以自我为中心的坏习惯，跟同学们一起快乐的学习，树立自己的远大目标，乐观，向上，积极进取，做一个优秀的合格人才。

Today mother took me to skate. I was very happy. But I hadnt expected I

就我们学生宿舍来说，人员密集，平时接触电器较多，各个宿舍好像也没有几个不通电的，所平时注意用电安全是相当重要的。各式充电器，电脑，各种排插，乃至“热得快”等等，可能会因为各种问题，引发危险。平时就要看好设备，注意用电安全。比如不要超负荷使用插座，不随意私改线路。

当陷入火灾中，首先就是绝对不能慌乱，尽管这很难，也听了无数遍。但大家都明白，如果你不能保持清醒的头脑，就算平时看了再多安全宣传片，到时又能起多大作用呢？对应火灾中可能遇到的各种情况，在观看的视频当中已经介绍了不少应急办法。有浓烟出现，应尽量俯身行走，用湿毛巾捂住口鼻，因为在火灾中，被浓烟熏倒的情况非常多；身上衣服着火，切勿狂奔逃命，让同伴帮忙覆盖压灭火焰，在地上打滚是不错的办法；如果可以的话，记得不要扔下他人，帮助他们逃离火场，毕竟换做是你被困，你也会希望别人这么做的，当然，量力而行；发现火情要及时报警并向他人发出警告，这不是什么最佳动作游戏，并非需要个人英雄主义。就算是非要跳楼不可，视频里也有良策献出。就是方法虽好，条件往往不允许。。家里没那么长的棍子。

这只是一次平常的安全教育讲座，可能看完了，颇有感触。过个两月，又抛之脑后了。良好的安全习惯应该贯穿生活中每个细节，因为惨剧无法挽回，所以是由不得侥幸心理的。只有充分认识到火灾的危害性，才能将消防安全的重要性牢记心中。保持清醒的头脑，学会自救，从而救大家，让灾难变得并不可怕！
