I Like Sunny Days

I really like sunny days. My mood is very good on sunny days because the sun is shining and I can see the beautiful sky. On days when the weather is not good, I would have to stay outside, and it can become boring. However if it is sunny I can enjoy the outdoors. It is good weather for jogging, taking a walk, or riding a bike. It is even better if there is a breeze, because then it is cool so it is more pleasant to be outside. Popsicles and ice creams are very good snacks for warm, sunny days. The coldness helps me cool down and feel good. I like to play games with my friends outside. We like jumping rope, playing volleyball and badminton. If the sun is very bright, sometimes it is hard to see if the sunlight is reflected into my eyes. It would be useful to have sunglasses to block the sunlight. It feels good to sweat because of exercise, because I know I am becoming healthier.

People always say that a fathers love is like the mountain, which means

the love is strong but not obvious, because men are generally not good at

expressing themselves. I read an article about a fathers love. He wrote a

letter to his child, which was about three years old. In the letter, he

expressed his future concern about the problems that the kid would face and the

father told the kid to be strong. From the letter, people could feel the strong

power that father would always support you, no matter what happens. I complain

今天下午，第二三节课，我们学校请来了，邢台市消防中心的候教官，来给我们进行了，一次消防讲座。

我从消防讲座里知道，每个家里和车里都应该具备一个灭火器，“宁可百年不用，不可一日不备”，除了火烧，百分之九十的几率都是因为烟造成的。所以还需要具备一个家用防雾面具。候教官还给我们播放了，几个视频，那几个视频，都是关于家里不具备，灭火器和，防雾面具，我们看都都胆颤精心，都非常害怕。我想：不具备灭火器和防雾面具的家庭都有不好的下场，回家我一定要让爸爸妈妈买五套防雾面具。不然，家里着火了，我们就只有很小的几率逃生了。

有一部视频让我的收获最大，有一个幸福的家庭，他们家忽然着火了。辛亏，他们家有一个防雾面具，而父母都毫不犹豫的，把面具给了自己的孩子。消防员发现后，把他的父母抬走了，惊人的掉出来了一个婴儿。婴儿带着防雾面具，面具打开后，掉出来了一部手机，手机上写着，婴儿的出生日期。下面一行写着“爸爸妈妈永远爱你！”候教官给我的消防讲座讲完以后，我们又进行了消防演习。

因为我们是网络班，所以我们都脱下外罩，折三折，大家都很很不好意思。校长说，疏散演习开始的时候，我们班出教室，迅速就变成了两队。八分钟后，我们都到了操场，候教官马上赶了过来，说，我们的疏散演习还有很大的进步空间。我们的心马上就沉重了下来。

这次消防讲座和疏散演习给我的启示很大，让我明白了，着火时的逃生方法，与灭火技巧。

2月26日周日下午，我和几位同学一起参加了萧山日报组织的“牙科医院名师讲座”。

来到大礼堂，教室里已经坐得满满的，不一会儿讲座开始了，由萧山牙科医院汪医生主讲。汪医生从认识牙齿，坏牙齿的种类，什么样的情况表示牙齿有问题了，以及如何刷牙才是正确的方式，几个方面给我们做了讲解。

汪医生说在我们平时刷牙的时候如果遇到这几个问题就要去医院做详细检查了，1、刷牙流血，2、牙齿松动，3、牙龈萎缩，4、牙结石，5、冷热刺激酸痛，如何让我们的牙齿更坚固呢？平时要养成良好的习惯坚持每天刷牙至少两次，还要有正确的刷牙方式，每次刷牙至少3分钟，牙齿每个面都要刷到，里面要打圈刷，外面要竖着刷，汪老师还拿出了一个很大的牙型模具，请同学上去示范正确的刷牙方式，让我们很清楚的了解了正确的刷牙手法。

最后，萧山牙科医院的医生还和所有的同学做了一个互动游戏，用提问举手抢答的方式，检测我们刚才听讲的内容是否有记住，大家都争先恐后地举起了手，好不容易被我抢得机会，老师问：“虫牙是被虫咬的吗？”，我站起来接过话筒，大声的说：“不是，是微生物造成的”，“额，那微生物又是什么呢”？我仔细的想了想，肯定的说“那就是细菌”，老师说：“回答正确，恭喜你获得我们精美的礼物”，听到老师的话我开心极了，因为我有认真听讲还做好了笔记。

听了这次讲座，我决定要改掉马虎刷牙的坏习惯，用正确的方式认真的刷牙，保护好我的牙齿。

We suddenly feel that time passes so fast. We still remember the first day we come to this famous middle school, but now, two and a half years has passed. 记得，在接下来的演讲中，杨顺德警官诉说了一件亲身经历的故事。顷刻间，轰动全场。讲的是：一个吸毒者想戒除毒瘾，于是寻求家人帮助。一次家人出去工作前将吸毒者的双手绑在床角的柱子上，没想到，吸毒者犯毒瘾时，脑袋神志不清，像发了疯的疯牛，卖力的挣脱束缚，竟然拖着床，找了把刀，却不小心砍掉了自己的手，又疯疯癫癫冲去阳台，坠落，当场身亡……

只是一件惨痛的血的案例啊！只是赤裸裸的告诫：毒品，不是什么好东西。它只是在一点一点掠夺你人类的理性，使你成为野蛮的猛兽；它只会夺走你的大好前途和你感受人生的机会。都说”父母是家里的顶梁柱。“”孩子是父母的希望。“对于一个家庭，无论是哪位家庭成员走上吸毒的道路，都是对那个家庭沉重的打击，而且吸毒不仅加重了社会负担，还败坏社会风气。总的来说，吸毒对自己、对家庭、对社会，对国家都是百害而不一利的。

俗话说：“水火无情”,为提高我们对安全的重视，预防和减少安全事故发生和人身伤害,在第21个全国中小学生安全教育日来临之际学校组织全体师生观看湖南卫视栏目,节目通过生动的视频和讲解，向我们展示火灾的无情，通过对火灾基本常识的讲解，使我们懂得灭火的基本常识，进而能掌握火灾中逃生的知识。在家中，如果油锅中的油不慎着火，可用锅盖盖灭;如果纸箱着火，就可及时用水扑灭。

有资料反映，美、日、欧等发达国家在早期经济大发展过程中，也有很多火灾事故教训，美国在二十世纪七十年代初出了一本《美国在燃烧》的书，反映的就是严重的火灾事故对经济建设、社会发展、人民安居乐 业带来的影响。由于这些国家十分重视 火灾事故教训，十分重视消防基础设施建设，十分重视全民消防宣传教育，十分重视消防法制建设，所以，抗御火灾整体能力全面提高，几十年来极少发生群死群伤的火灾事故，养成良好的消防安全行为习惯要贯穿于工作生活每个环节，比如居家用火、用电、用气要十分注意消防安全。要提高对消防安全的警惕性，发现火灾事故，要快速反应作出正确处置或疏散逃生，珍惜自己生命，养成良好消防安全行为习惯，落实防火减灾措施，人人都应具有潜意识和自觉性。学会处置火灾事故、具备自防自救能力，通过观看这个节目让我明白了我们应该坦然的去面对那些无情的自然灾害，懂得了在灾害发生时要先自救，有能力的再去救其它的人这个道理。在发生火灾时，首先应该不慌张，要镇定，迅速找到安全出口，如果烟雾很浓，则应该用毛巾或手帕沾湿，捂住嘴鼻，防止被滚滚浓烟呛着。如果火很大则应该猫着身子或匍匐前进，防止被大火烫伤。

虽然火是很可怕的，但是遇到火灾我们要镇定自若，用所学到的东西来保护我们自己的生命。
