Our shool， Wuhan Heping Middle School， lies in the center of Wuhan city。 It was just built and has the perfect size。 The school yard is two hundred meters long， one hundred meters wide， and is surrounded by trees。

When you walk throught the front gate， there is a huge garden that greets you with every kind of natural things。 To the left is the school library in which there are more than 100， 000 books。 To the right is the experiment building。 In the very middle of the school yard stands the teaching building that stretches for one hundred and fifty meters。 This teaching building has four floors with the teachers offices at either end of each floor。 Standing on the top of the teaching building， you can see a flower bed。 Behind the teaching building is a large playground on the right side。 The students often do sports here after class。 To the left lies the dining hall which can hold 500 people。 This is our school， a beautiful one。

Recently, I read a great book,Childhood,which is written byGorky. It’s a novel based on the experiences of the author’s tragic childhood, telling the stories about the author between his three to ten years old. Aliocha has a bad childhood. His father and mother die in his early ages, so that he has to live with his great-grandparents. His great-grandfather is bad tempered and his uncles hate him very much. Great-grandmother is the only person who cherished him. Besides, Aliocha also feel the pureness, friendship by his playmates. Through this book, we can see a poor, ugly society, but we also can see an adamant, compassionate little child who constantly pursuits of good things in life. It’s hard to imagine how he can stick to the faith of life in such bad environment. As for us, we live in a much better environment; of course we should cherish our happiness and be strong to face difficulties in life.

通过这次家庭教育培训学习，体会颇深。下面我谈几点自己在教育孩子过程中不太成熟的体会：

一、思想上，注重培养品德

1、待人诚实，处事踏实。父母是孩子的一面镜子，作为孩子的第一任老师，父母对孩子的教育有着不可估量的影响。在家里我经常告诉他，你要尽自己的能力帮助有困难的同学，帮老师做一些力所能及的事，对人有礼貌、团结同学、做一名好学生。

2、要善良，富于同情心。教育孩子要善待身边的每一个人，不论他的长相、他的家庭、他的学习成绩等有多么的不好，当他们遇到困难的时候都要伸出你温暖的手来帮助他，让他感受到你的关心和爱护，感受到大家庭的温暖。经常给孩子灌输这种思想，潜移默化中孩子就领会到其中的真谛，当遇到现实情况时他不自觉地会去这样做。

3、学会尊重别人。尊敬师长，尊重同学，尊老爱幼。要想别人尊重你，你必须要尊重别人。对于辛辛苦苦教育我们的老师何止要尊敬，更应该是敬佩。尊老爱幼是我们中华民族的传统美德，更应该传承下去，并发扬光大。

4、诚实豁达。为人诚实，不弄虚作假。拿出高姿态，以一种开朗豁达的心态对待身边的人与事，绝不斤斤计较，自私自利。独生孩子的共性就是霸道，凡事总要占上风，这样走向学校甚至走向社会会很不适应，毕竟走出家庭没有人会刻意去让你或迁就你。让孩子明确这一点，自然会有所收敛。

5、规范孩子的行为。让他知道什么可以做，什么不可以做。孩子在与家长、亲戚朋友、同学、伙伴的交流中也能体会到一些做人的道理。作为孩子的第一任老师，家长应该有意识地去告诉孩子一些为人之道。孩子很能摸透家长的心理，有时候会揣测着你的意图，试探性地看你的脸色行事，觉得家长默认，可能就觉得我这样做是对的，以后可能还会继续这样做。针对这种情况家长要把握好度，适时地提醒孩子，让孩子能明辨是非，长大后要做一个对社会有用的人。

二、学习上，培养兴趣，善于引导

1、制定学习计划。帮助孩子制定详细的、切实可行的学习计划，制定计划过程中充分尊重孩子的意见，并给予积极的引导、帮助，一边实施一边完善。

2、培养学习兴趣。在给他提要求的同时，也不想给他思想上施加过大的压力，我告诉他“不求第一、只求尽力”。在家里要和孩子做好朋友，听听他的心里话，因为只有真正了解了孩子的思想，你才能知道他在想什么。

3、树立自信心。在学习生活当中，肯定会遇到各种各样的挫折。教育孩子在我们以后的人生当中会遇到更多的挫折，树立自信心。只有以压不倒、打不垮的精神正确面对，努力想办法克服，我们才会生活地快乐幸福。

4、为孩子在家庭中营造和谐的学习氛围。孩子大部分的时间是在学校度过的，在学校浓厚的学习氛围中知道该干什么，回到家里还要做作业。如果家长看电视或是在玩游戏孩子会觉得不公平，为什么我写作业你在玩?家长约束孩子也不会理直气壮。当孩子学习的时候，家长不要看电视或玩，你干点家务活也可以，起码孩子能找找平衡，再者不影响孩子。一块学习那不过了。

5、与孩子共同成长。家长要想让孩子爱读书，首先你也要养成爱读书的好习惯。书中自有黄金屋，不论是孩子还是成人多读有益的书就能长见识，明事理。科技在发展，人类在进步，要赶上时代潮流多读书有百利而无一害。家长端着书读，孩子也会效仿，习惯也就成了自然。

三、生活上，培养自理能力和安全意识

1、养成良好的生活习惯、作息规律。教育孩子按时作息，做到生活有规律。定时起床、饮食、休息、学习、运动，合理营养，不乱吃零食，保证身体健康等。

2、自己事情自己完成。培养生活自理能力，自己收拾书包、整理书桌，自己穿衣、吃饭、洗漱等，并带他做一些力所能及的家务劳动。

3、安全意识。切实加强对孩子的安全教育，如上学放学路上的交通安全，在学校内不追逐、打闹，发现坏人坏事及时以适当方式报告老师、家长或其他可信任的成人。

四、树立老师的威信

孩子大部分学习时间是在学校度过的，老师为孩子的成长所付出的辛劳是我们家长所无法比拟的。孩子处事的原则，做人的道理，知识的获得当然绝大部分是通过学校、老师来获得。我们家长只有密切配合支持老师的工作，理解老师的教育方式方法才会收到满意的效果。

我们被邀请去“一中”听来自“北大”“清华”学子的讲座，当然有些兴奋，终于踏进了我渴望来到的学校，和学哥学姐们一起畅谈学习的乐趣……

进入校门，首先映入眼帘的就是两排高大挺拔的白杨树，听介绍说，白杨树还是这个学校的一道亮丽的风景线，这次的题目就是“白杨树环绕着的校园”。和我们一起学习的是五位“北大”“清华”的学子，大屏幕一一显示出他们的高考成绩，他们也自己介绍着，真佩服他们这么好的学习和谈吐，其中有几个也是五中毕业的，还真应该是我们努力拼搏的目标。他们还向我们展示了他们的录取通知书，三个上“清华”两个上“北大”，当然，当时不光他们，他们身边的每一个都为他们感到高兴，激动，有一个同学当时在外地，通知书送到了她妈妈的单位，同事们见了都为她高兴，还有一个同学的妈妈说：“心里的石头总算落下来了，一个旧的结束，又有一个新的开始。”是啊，虽然已经考上自己梦寐以求的大学，但仍不能放松，还要继续学习，我们的宗旨是：活到老，学到老。

我们还谈到了学习方法这个问题，老师让他们用几个词来形容，有“用心”，“努力拼搏”，“乐观”“选择”，它们都非常重要，只要你用心去做任何事，就一定会成功；只要努力拼搏，就会有学习的动力，为自己的目标前进；乐观也是学习方法的一种，在你遇到困难时，要乐观面对，想办法去克服；选择在我们人生中有无数次，我们总会面临一次次的岔路，这时就需要我们做出选择，通向成功的选择。还有一个同学的名言更值得铭记：“NOTHING·IS·POSSIBLE，JUSI·DO·IT。”一切皆有可能，只要你做了，就会成功。

这次讲座我受益匪浅，让我懂得了怎样去学习，怎样把握初三关键一年，希望我也走进这个学校，将来也走进“清华”“北大”……

又到了一年一度的爱牙日，学校号召每班卫生委员给自己班的同学介绍护牙方法和防蛀方法。我们班今年由卫生委员夏雪兰和朱雨飞轮流主持护牙知识讲座。

在主持前5分钟的准备时间里，朱雨飞用手指套住牙齿模型，一手拿着自己精心准备的发言稿和牙刷，一会儿仔仔细细地看发言稿，一会儿将稿子对折，头仰望着天花板嘟囔着背。而夏雪兰，手中什么都没有，只是六神无主地呆望着天花板。

同学们似乎都注意到了这一点，好像存心想看夏雪兰的笑话，坚持她先主持。夏雪兰有些着急，只得犹犹豫豫地小步走向讲台，脸红着小声解释道：“我拷贝了PPT，却没有带U盘……”本想以此为借口好不参加这次主持，却被老师误以为夏雪兰是很想主持的，就热情地把自己拷贝的PPT给了她。

夏雪兰无奈地接过U盘。准备就绪后，她长长地吸了一口气，连声“大家好”都没说，就开始了“主持演讲”。她左手指着PPT上的图片，右手大幅度地做着刷牙动作，这一连串的动作还配着胡乱的台词：“先这样，再这样，然后这样，最后这样。”说罢，转过头来看同学们的反应。

同学们先一愣，然后都不约而同地笑了出来，夏雪兰急得直冒虚汗，满脸通红，老师有些疑惑地问了一句：“介绍完了？”夏雪兰木在那里。老师很想痛痛快快地大笑几声，可为了不伤夏雪兰的心，努力忍住不让自己笑出来，忍了一会儿，实在忍不住了“扑哧”一声笑了出来。同学们看到老师也笑了，笑得更痛快了，有的一边拍打着桌子，一边开怀大笑；有的笑得眼睛挤成一条缝，浑身颤抖；笑得最起劲的就属熊富豪了。他双手捂着肚子，全身蜷缩成一团，笑得喘不过气来。可有的同学努力憋住没让自己笑出来，虽然朱雨飞很尊重自己的竞争对手，但听了这段演讲后，她还是忍不住笑了出来。

高高的个子，扎着一把马尾辫，平时十分自信的夏雪兰被同学的嘲笑声弄得很尴尬，冷场冷了好一段时间，她终于又开口了，前几句讲得还挺好，我们才刚有了点儿头绪，她又好像想起些什么，换了个话题，又只讲了几句，这一换二换早把我们给搞糊涂，而她依然在滔滔不绝地讲着，与其听她的演讲还不如看PPT上的图片呢！

朱雨飞比其他人更多些耐心，可时间一久，她也不想听了。夏雪兰看大家一边听一边打瞌睡，越说越急，越说越混乱，同时大幅度地做着动作。不知不觉她又重新讲了一遍。老师实在听不下去了，委婉地打断了夏雪兰：“夏雪兰讲得非常好，下面有请朱雨飞为我们主持！”夏雪兰马上体会到了老师不想再听下去的意思，有些失落地回到了自己的座位上。

同学们收敛了笑声，将目光转向了朱雨飞，朱雨飞看了一眼稿子，略有些紧张地走上讲台，拿出一副可以套在手上的牙齿模型和自备的牙刷。一切准备就绪后，她大大方方地朝我们深鞠一躬，并作了自我介绍。她个子小巧，身子灵活，皮肤很白，一个可爱的娃娃头，十分热情，是一个阳光女生。

她首先将牙齿模型套在手上，由从外到内的顺序简单介绍了牙齿的结构，接着进入下一主题：刷牙方法。说着，她放下手中的牙齿模型，拿出牙刷，微笑着说：“现在我们来玩一个游戏！比比谁的刷牙方法最正确，只选十位选手，请选手们利用牙齿模型和牙刷让大家看看你的刷牙方法，想参加的同学举手！”同学们一听到“游戏”二字，都踊跃举手。

唯独夏雪兰没有举手，她缩着身子，背靠在椅子上，双手交叉在胸前，撅着嘴，头歪向一边，看着窗外，眼眶红红的，不时有几滴泪水顺着她的脸颊飞快地流下来。

老师看到朱雨飞设置的游戏环节这么受同学们欢迎，情不自禁地点点头。游戏结束后，不知是因为刚才玩得太激动还是怎么了，朱雨飞刚整理好道具，整个班就陷入沉默之中——她忘词了。

同学们正要嘲笑朱雨飞呢，哪知朱雨飞灵机一动，评价道：“刚才同学们都表现出色，而真正正确的刷牙方法是什么呢？请看大屏幕——”虽然忘了一小段词，但她以随机应变的能力把同学们带到了她想要讲的话题上来。

朱雨飞按照刷牙步骤的顺序进行介绍，一边指着大屏幕上的图片，一边用模型做示范，还用语言将其表述出来。既有顺序又图文并茂，还有互动交流，再加上朱雨飞的随机应变能力，这确实是很精彩的演讲。

当朱雨飞演讲完毕，再次向大家深鞠一躬时，熊富豪竟带头为朱雨飞鼓掌，接着全班同学都情不自禁地为朱雨飞鼓起掌来，朱雨飞在热烈而持久的掌声中，走下了讲台。

尽管同样用全校统一的PPT，同样是卫生委员，但展现在我们面前的效果却是截然不同。可见，做事前的周全准备是多么的重要。因为朱雨飞精心准备了台词，所以介绍时很有条理；因为朱雨飞另外准备了道具，所以效果更佳；因为朱雨飞善于随机应变，所以化解了很多小尴尬。

What is April Fools Day and how did it begin? Well, that is a very good question. The origin of this holiday is rather uncertain. However, the common belief holds that during the reformation of the calendar the date for the New Year was moved from April 1st to January 1st. During that time in history there was no television and no radio so word spread slowly. There were also those who chose to simply ignore the change and those who merely forgot. These people were considered "fools" and invitations to non-existent parties and other practical jokes were played on them. "All Fools‘ Day" is practiced in many parts of the world with practical jokes and sending people on a fool‘s errand.

Another thought is that the origin began with the celebrations of the Spring Equinox. While some believe it has to do the a Roman festival known as Hilaria, the end of the Celtic new year.

In Scotland, April Fools Day lasts 48 hours, day two is know as Taily Day and pranks involving the posterior are played. The victim of the practical joke is referred to as "hunting the gowk"; the gowk is an extinct cuckoo bird.

In France, he is the "poisson d‘Avril" or "fish of April." The fish in April are newly hatched and easily caught. French children enjoy taping a picture of a fish on their friends back and yelling out "Poisson dAvril!" when it is found.
