The spring festival is Chinese most traditional festival every 365 days. Each Chinesepay much attention on it. Every year about 15 days before spring festival， themigrate works and white-collars are beginning crowded home-returning.

But， in recent years， with the development of the world， many different attitudes between the young and the old towards the spring festival come forth. The old are still pay more attention to the spring festival， but the young gradually change the mode to spend their spring festival holiday， such as travel overseas.

When I am a childhood， I celebrated the spring festival with my family about amonth in my winter vacation in traditional way， such as helping cleaning our houses， putting red couplets on gates， setting off firecrackers， and wear new clothes. Now， I spend only 4 or 5 days at home with my parents in celebrating thespring festival， then I will hurry back to work. Maybe in the near future， I will have no time celebrating spring festival hometown， and my parents have to cometo stay with us in the city.

Whether or no， I like the spring festival. It is one of the most important part of our Chinese culture. However busy I am， I will try my best to celebrating it with thetraditional way to protect those our ancestor has leave behind.

The winter vacation, we came to Harbin, mom and Dad took us to the Yabuli ski resort.

A sight that I was shocked, a silver white snow, coming from across the slope, each snow road length is different, with a narrow width, high and low, spectacular.

In the dressing room, the skiing suits are changed. Everyone gets together. The coach teaches us how to skate and how to stop. Oh, its too simple. Skiing is the two feet parallel, knees bent forward, and slippery dry ice like, two feet open, a big point inside the eight words.

for many boys and girls .Before the term ends in some schools ,the children act

are sent to bed early so that their parents can get the presents ready.The

younger children think that Father Christmas will come down the chimney or

fireplace ,so they hang up a sock for him to put presents in.The greedy ones

even hang up a pillow-case or a sack to try to get more presents.Later that

night,Father or Mother will put presents in the sock,and leave others at the

side of the bed.

On Christmas morning,the children wake up very early.Some even turn on the

light at two oclock,and most of them are awake by six oclock although it is

not light in England for another hour or two at this time of the year.Children

look for their presents,and the young ones play while the dinner is prepared.At

about one oclock in the afternoon,the Christmas dinner is brought in.The turkey

or chicken is quickly eaten.Children search in their Christmas pudding for new

coins which are hidden in it.The rest of the day is full of games and eating

until the happiest of all Christmas hollidays comes to an end.

小时候赵崇基哥哥一家生活在香港，靠父亲给别人做衣服为生。因为父亲手艺出众，在他14岁那年，父亲有幸被美国的海军军官看中招去美国给部队军官做衣服。就是这次机会，让他的人生有了很大的转变。

第二天，他去学校问老师，怎么才能考上哈佛大学，可老师告诉他：“耶鲁的录取率为6、3%，哈佛的录取率为5、2%，对于他们这个身处贫民窟学校学习的学生来说想考上这些大学，那是不可能的。”听了老师的话，他没有放弃，仍然坚定信心，努力学习。就在高中快毕业时，他突然患了肾炎，法语课全落下啦，校长对他说：“如果他赶不上课程，就不能按时毕业，要晚一年毕业。”想想现实，他废寝忘食地学习，不懂就问，终于通过他的努力，毕业时他的法语课考了全校最高分98分！甚至比没缺课的人分数还高，创造了学校的奇迹。通过他不断的努力，最后他凭着这股韧劲和不畏困难的决心，终于考上了耶鲁大学的本科，最后竟还考上了哈佛大学的硕士学位！

听完他的讲述，让我明白了一个道理：人不管身处什么环境，面对什么困难，只要心怀积极进取的心态和克服困难的勇气，就没有什么事情是做不到的。

今天中午，我们去听了一节讲堂，是青岛市卫生学院庞老师给我们讲的。

首先庞老师给我讲了什么是青春期——青春期是指青春早期、青春中期、青春晚期。青春早期是例假初潮期，一般为9到12岁，例假的每个周期为28天，每次来都会持续3到5天，总的出血量大约为50ml左右。但如果超出5天，而且血量过多就应该及时告诉妈妈，去医院进行检查。青春中期指13到16岁，是性怔发育期，比如子宫等等。青春晚期指16到18岁，是生殖功能完全成熟期。女性的内部生殖器有子宫，卵巢，输卵管和阴道，正因为我们要保护好子宫，所以在来例假时1、要买大品牌卫生巾。2、要注意保暖。3、注意饮食，不可以吃生冷辣等垃圾食品。4、要有足够的休息时间。5、适量参加一些室外活动。

The goal of my life is living a simple happy and healthy life.

During the 15 days from New Years Eve to Lantern Festival, Beijing was affected by smog for more than half the time, because of which people suffered a lot. On the road people drove slowly because they could not see clearly. People also suffered from many illnesses caused by smog.

The smog in Beijing has been caused by many factors, in which the increase of cars in the city area plays an important role. The carssend off a lot of poisonous gases, which in turn adds to the already seriousair pollution.

In my opinion, the number of cars should be limited.We should call on the people to use more public transport. Only in this way canwe expect to have more sunny days.
