那天，秋高气爽，蔚蓝的天空中悬挂着几朵白云，就像一只只小帆船随着和煦的秋风缓缓飘动。劳动公园里人山人海，熙熙攘攘，人们穿着整齐的服装向公园涌去，原来公园里正在举办秋季菊花展。走进公园，只见荷花池边长长的垂柳随风起舞，一只悠闲的黑天鹅在水面上游荡，像一只高傲的皇后在巡游。水中一群群的五颜六色的鱼群在湖中游动，引来了许许多多游人,不惜吝啬手中的食物投向水中, 水面上就像开了一朵朵鸡冠花，群鱼追逐，水波荡漾，溅起了一道道波纹，在阳光的照耀下，泛起耀眼的光芒。我赶紧拿起相机“咔嚓”，“咔嚓”将这美丽的画面留在胶片中。

公园里变成了花的海洋、花的世界。 看，草地上有两只美丽的孔雀在群花簇拥下闻歌起舞，它昂着头，张开着翅膀，像是在唱歌，又像是在呼唤自己的伙伴。看，一只蛟龙在阳光照耀下上下飞舞，像是在花丛中与你捉着迷藏，又像是欢迎我们的到来。仔细一瞧，原来

那是园林叔叔通过高超技艺将一朵朵菊花组成了精彩的，栩栩如生的作品。有孔雀开屏、双龙戏珠、龙凤呈祥、五彩花篮……我一会儿跑到这，一会儿跑到那，拿起相机，找好角度 “咔嚓”，“咔嚓”将这些美丽的画面都统统地抓取下来。

我到处寻找着美景，来到了古色古香的菊花长廊。那里的菊花可多了，远远地就闻见一股细细的清香。有“白雪公主”，清秀典雅、有“ 西湖柳月”，低垂粉颈，似雪的花瓣含羞下垂，还有“银丝串联”，雪白的花瓣像银丝一样，随风飘动，黄的、红的，粉的五颜六色、千姿百态、争芳斗艳，美不胜收......我虽然对摄影一窍不通，但是也愿把许许多多的美景拍摄下来，选出最精彩的照片参加这次摄影比赛，将美丽与大家共赏。

为了增强青少年的法制观念，提高青少年的法制意识，营造文明平安的法制氛围，8月16日上午云阳社区邀请东栅街道司法所所长沈佩华为学生们作了一场精彩的法律知识讲座。

讲座紧紧围绕与青少年学习、生活息息相关的问题，结合发生在青少年身边的鲜明案例，以生动形象、通俗易懂的语言，为其讲述如何提高法制观念、如何提高自我保护能力和如何预防自身的违法犯罪等法制常识，并深入浅出地讲解了未成年人的权利义务及未成年人犯罪特点、成因以及应对方法。通过日常工作经验从身边发生的常见的一些典型案例讲起，重点宣传了与未成年人相关的法律知识，更进一步增强了学生的法制观念。

通过讲座教育学生应该不断增强自我防范意识，提高自我保护能力，同时增强了同学们学法、知法、守法的自觉性。

对于大部分女孩子来说，我相信他们肯定有看过关于《灰姑娘》的故事。故事讲述了一个叫灰姑娘，美丽又善良的女孩。她的妈妈在她很小的时候就去世了，因此他的爸爸和一个有着两个女儿的女人结婚。当爸爸过世后，灰姑娘被她的继母和两个姐姐欺负，但是她一直对她们很好。有一天，灰姑娘在参加舞会的时候遇到了一个王子，但是她在午夜前就逃跑了。王子最终通过水晶鞋找到了她。最终，灰姑娘过上了幸福的生活，她的继母和姐姐们也受到了惩罚。这个故事告诉人们如果我们善待别人，就会有好的回报。

父母是孩子一生的老师，家庭教育是一切教育的基础，家长对孩子的影响是孩子成长中不可忽视的因素之一，这种影响是潜移默化、天长地久的。在我个人认为，在孩子的成长过程中，主要应做以下几个方面：

一、给孩子一个和谐的家

孩子的健康成长，最最离不开祥和安全的家庭环境。首先是和谐安宁的家庭氛围给他以心理上的安全感与幸福感。要让孩子全面发展，和谐家庭至关重要，建立温馨的家庭。才能让他们有信心、有兴趣学习，在家中，不但要给孩子和谐愉快的学习空间，而且还要尽可能地培养孩子的基本生活技能，有自理能力，有克服困难的意志，有爱心。再次，要抽出时间来陪伴孩子学习和游戏。文化知识固然重要，但游戏对孩子来说必不可少，父母要让孩子在学习和游戏中得到成功的喜悦，使孩子在学习和游戏中充分找到乐趣。让孩子觉得生活在家庭中的幸福感。给孩子一个愉快的成长空间。

二、父母教育子女要有耐心

初中阶段是孩子们“翻坎”的阶段，由于种.种原因，学习成绩有所下降，家长心情比较着急、浮躁。孩子与家长之间出现了对立的情绪，这时的家长应先冷静下来，学会耐心等待孩子的成长。平时与孩子相处时总会发现孩子的不少言行不符合父母的意愿，有时甚至无理取闹。但父母应该给孩子辩白表达的机会，耐心地听取孩子的意见，要让孩子在父母耐心的说服教育中感受到自己的过错，进而主动改进。家长对孩子的期望和付诸的行动往往起着关键性作用。同时，学校的教育也是同等的重要，只有双方共同努力才能出效果。

三、培养孩子良好的自信心

在孩子的成长中，家长要引导孩子无论干什么不但要用心而且要尽力，即使结果不是的，但只要努力了就是最棒的，只有让孩子们跳一跳，通过自己的努力取得成功，孩子才能体会到成功的喜悦，从而建立起自信心。当孩子有了错误时，家长也不要过于斥责孩子，首先要教育孩子有承担错误的勇气，然后再帮助孩子分析错在哪里，为什么错了，会造成什么后果，以后应如何改正错误。多鼓励自己的孩子，看到他们的进步，肯定他们的成绩，不要盲目地批评他们的努力和失败。给孩子树立信心，自信心是一个逐步积累的过程，不能够让孩子害怕做一件事，因为其可能失败，而应该让孩子乐于做一件事，因为其可能成功。正因为这是一个渐进的培养过程，因此，需要我们无论在生活的小事上，还是在游戏、学习中，都需要始终注意这一点。生活中，孩子需要帮忙，需要爱，作为父母不是全盘代替，而是进行合理的关怀和训练，要让孩子知道自尊和自信是自己用行动树立的，而不是别人能给予的，这样，才能培养孩子独立自主的健全人格。

四、培养孩子良好的学习习惯和学习能力

孩子经过小学六年的系统学习，掌握了一些学习方法，也形成了一定的学习习惯，他们进入中学后，随着年龄的增长，心理和生理都在发生大的调整和变化，但只要孩子具有良好的学习习惯和学习能力，那就能够跟得上今后学习。培养孩子的学习习惯，首先要让孩子对学习有兴趣，对知识有渴求，对孩子的求知欲望不能轻易抹杀。其次在智育方面，家长应正确关心孩子的听课、复习、作业并给予必要的指点，指导孩子看一些有益的课外读物、辅导材料、学习经验等，指导孩子科学用脑，培养观察、记忆能力，提高思维能力，使其有一个好的学习方法，培养孩子认真的作风，都是很重要的。

现在的孩子智商都较高，大多数孩子因习惯不良引起学习较差。如一边看电视一边吃饭，一边做作业一边讲话，或者要大人陪伴做作业。他们没有自觉学习的乐趣，把学习当作负担，经常要大人督促才能完成作业。所以，我提倡在最短的时间内把作业做完，当然还要做好，这样做的目的，是要培养孩子做事专心致志，提高学习效率。否则会养成孩子散漫的学习习惯。孩子做作业时，我们要避免看电视，玩电脑，我们看一些专业书籍，或看一些小说杂志。给孩子尽量创造好的学习环境。

五、正确对待孩子的学习成绩

学习成绩是检查学生学习的手段，不是目的，家长应对孩子的考试成绩有一个正确的认识。所以当家长接过孩子的考试成绩单时，不要只看分数高低，而应本着了解孩子在校学习、生活状况的一个侧面去考虑它。决定成绩的因素很多，作为家长应该帮助孩子分析成绩不理想的原因，吸取失败的教训，总结经验，以利以后的考试;对于孩子的进步则应及时鼓励，并且帮助孩子明确进步的原因，树立孩子的信心。如果把孩子的考试成绩单看成是“奖惩通知单”，一看考了高分，给予物质奖励。看到成绩不好就打骂、惩罚孩子，只会增加了孩子再考时的恐惧心理。

六、培养孩子的兴趣

小孩小时候时候很喜欢玩电脑游戏，她经常把自己的QQ空间装扮的很漂亮，而且很有新意，有时还画些画之类，拿给别的孩子看时，多有成就感啊。女儿现在又喜欢上了英语，刚开始的时候，她的一位同学去学英语，让她也去跟着学，如今，她已经越学越有兴趣，并且在这几次考试中成绩都比较理想，看到孩子这样爱学英语，我很高兴。我知道女儿的数学不太好，我有时替她着急，真希望她能把数学提高一下，这次考试后其它功课成绩都不错，就数学考砸了，可她很有信心的对我说：“爸爸数学老师说了，数学要多做题，你给我买点资料我好好赶一下，下次一定能考到前面去”。看到孩子很自信，我也很欣慰。

现代教育是学校教育、家庭教育和社会教育的统一体，三者的培养目标是一致的。我们每个家庭都毫无选择地面对着教育子女这个课题，这是困难而艰辛的，但也富有乐趣和慰藉。初中阶段，对任何一个孩子来说都是一个非常关键的时期。这一时期初中生正处在生理、心理、思维快速的变动时期，是人生成长的重要阶段。此阶段孩子处于人生成长的转折关头，应给予足够的重视。搞好初中阶段的家庭教育，它是培养孩子成长的重要一环。同时，孩子在学校的时间很长，同学的交往和老师的鼓励也将影响孩子一生的成长。只有双方共同努力才能有更好的效果。

课外的活动之我见 My Views on Extracurricular Activity

Some students like to participate actively in after class activities. They think after class activities are an integral part of school life. By going in for such activities, they can learn what they cant learn from books, which will be beneficial to them in the future.

一些学生喜欢积极参与课外活动。他们认为课外活动是学校生活不可或缺的一部分。通过参加这些活动，他们可以从书本上学到什么，这对他们将来是有益的。

Others, however, dont like after class activities at all. They think that a students work at school is learning theoretical knowledge and nothing else. Taking part in after class activities is a waste of the valuable time at school.

近年来，学习摄影的中老年朋友越来越多了。60，50，40年龄段更是居多。影友们在一起搭伴采风。带着或几万，或几千，或几百元的相机。自驾、包车，徒步，出国，出省，郊区，在一起追求着美，享受着美。他们是在山水人文间寻画，自己也成为画中人。我呢，也带着我相机，走进影友间，走进水色山光里，其乐无穷。

因为爱好摄影共同兴趣使影友聚在一起。在休闲健身怡情养性的同时，心中多了愉快。在多次的采风实践中，我对这个爱好，也有了一定认识：这就是：到了这个年龄段学习摄影，不可以不当会事儿，但又不可以太当会事儿。

一，不可以不当会事儿

首先，既然走进摄影，就要学习这门综合艺术。摄影不仅仅是简单概念的照相，它需要一定的知识积淀和文化修养，山水风物，历史民情，都要在学习和吸纳。摄影又是含有很多技巧，需要在长间的拍摄过程中认真地学习，做到腿勤、眼勤、嘴勤。腿勤，就是经常出去跑跑多拍片。因为，好片是可遇不可求的；眼勤，就是进心仔细地观察四周景物，就是善于“找活”。嘴勤，就是多向老师们学习请教，不论你原来什么身份，进到这个圈里，只有当学生的份，没有摆架子的场。不下功夫，不虚心学习，懒惰而不求进取的人，很难拍出上桌面的东西，大片总是赏赐给那些勤快的人。

其次，在勤奋的同时，还应有自己的构思与创作。采风时，要善于发现极具特征的景物，自己培养独到的眼光。否则，人家找地儿你楞着，人家拍片你站着，人家发片你看着，没有拍摄的创作激情。没有成就感。那你就拿不出好东西，你就会逐步失去摄影兴趣。离出局也便不远了。

再者，既然走进摄影，一定是置办了摄影器材。自己或者是儿女花了几千上万的钞票，就是为了咱老有所好，老有所学，老有所长，老有所乐，为了这份高雅的追求。为了保持良好精神状态和健康的身体。你把上万元垮在了脖子上，当摆设作秀，或是闲着这份摄影资源，实现不了其使用价值，对不起真金白银，更是忽略了自己或身边辛苦挣钱的人。

二，又不可太当会事儿。

什么事都有个度，过度了就不好；就会出问题。

因为我们买相机的目的，是为了兴趣爱好健康，如果违背了这个宗旨就错了，就过了。

首先，我们这个年龄段学习摄影，并不想争名夺冠，即便是得了个一等奖，在圈内有了点小小名气又能怎么样呢？

第二摄影虽然叫玩，如果为了拍一个片子，去蹬山，趟河，没有控制好精气神，到头来伤了身体，就适得其反了。

第三，这个年龄的人都是从苦日子熬过来，大都经历过那一段苦难岁月，明白享乐生活来之不易和懂得当今子女们工作的辛苦。为了玩，大把的花钱买相机已经很在意了，如果再继续无截止投入，玩不动的时候，扔下一堆被淘汰的破玩意，是一种忘本，也是对家的不负责任。

第四，拍片就是个由头，作品就是个载体，赏片就是个消遣，点评就是个聊天。即便去参展，也就是凑热闹，真的不必要去太当回事儿。

摄影本身也是高雅艺术，能够怡情养性。走进摄影，也就走进了风光，摄影间，玩中学，学着玩，学得轻松，玩得不苦。采风不伤身，PX不劳神，评片不伤友。把自己放在摄影过程里尽享其乐，这才是应取的态度。

今天，我来到了萧山日报社九楼，跟着大记者学起了摄影。教室里，老师还没来，大家都兴奋的摆弄着自己手里的相机或是手机。时不时对着讲台，大屏幕或是自己的小伙伴“咔擦，咔擦”来几张照相。

其实只要各种技巧运用的好，用机拍出来的照片并不比用专业相机拍出来的差。老师给我们看了几张用小米手机拍摄的图片，运用了聚焦和其他功能，将每一张都拍的很美。先来说说手机的聚焦模式吧！虽然说款式不同的手机都会有不同的默认设置，但是在一般情况下，聚焦模式分自动聚焦，手动聚焦和微距聚焦三种。

今天下午，老师带领我们四、五、六年级的同学去二中听了汤素兰阿姨的讲座。

我们到了二中的礼堂，当时人声鼎沸，只听见吵闹的声音，汤素兰阿姨说了一句“一、二、三”，同学们马上安静下来，连针掉到地上都听得见。没过多久，汤阿姨就开始了。阿姨不仅跟我们说了写作的方法，还跟我们讲了三个小故事，其中有一个《美丽的小女巫》给我印象最深刻，她告诉我们做事不能违背大自然的规律，不然会受到惩罚。后来汤阿姨还给我们题了问，说：“谁回答得好，就奖一本我写的书。”大家听了一个个眉飞色舞，都把手举了起来。最后汤阿姨选择了老师家的陈凡。陈凡上去之后，说话结结巴巴，到了快要说完的时候，他自己还笑了起来，逗得我们下面的同学笑得东倒西歪。

从这次讲座，我决定：我长大了，一定要做一位像汤阿姨一样的作家。

English is one of my best subjects and I started learning English when I

was ten years old. But at the very beginning, listening seemed a little

今天我在电视上看了于丹老师的演讲，受益非浅，使我受到了许多启发，我的心情很不平静，感受颇深，主要有下面几个方面，“孝敬父母是中华民族的美德，和优良的传统。”以前父母都是夹菜给我吃，我却连一声谢谢都不说，虽然看见父母脸上挂着笑容，其实心里是有一点点伤感，我们应该主动夹菜给生我养我们的父母吃，而不是等着他们给我们夹，这样的话他们会觉得我们还没长大，还不懂事，会使他们伤心，如果给他们夹菜的话，父母会很开心，还感觉我们真的长大了，每天父母下班的时候他们都很累，不能让他们再费心思了，我以前每次看见父母回家，就让他们急急忙忙的做饭，盛饭，在吃饭的时候还说这个不好吃，那个不咋地，让父母伤心。到现在才明白父母工作是繁忙的，回到家中洗衣做饭打扫卫生很辛苦。所以我放学后要在家里干一些力所能及的事，给父母减轻负担，让他们轻松一下。

“送人黄金，不如送人一金手指，”这一部分于丹老师讲得很仔细，讲了一个小故事，在很久以前，有一位老人他很有钱，可是他的生命已进入尾声。就把两个儿子叫到面前说：“我快不行了，有些话和你们说，你们两人有两条路可以走，第一是拿我的钱来生活。第二是用上自己双手去劳动”。他们两个想了一会，大哥说：“我要你的钱来生活。”老二说：“我什么也不要，只想用双手去养家糊口。”二十年过去了，老大还是过着平平淡淡的生活，钱却越来越少。老二牢记父亲的遗训用勤劳的双手建起了许多商铺，过了不久在当地便成了家喻户晓的大富翁，大慈善家。
