题记：快乐的时光总是弥足珍贵，短暂的经历总是耐人寻味的，我们反复回忆、思索这一路上的点点滴滴，这十几天的社会实践有汗水，有欢笑，更有沉甸甸的收获。

xx年7月11日至7月26日，我作为校级社会实践小分队的一员参加了院里组织的暑期社会实践活动，虽然半个月的时间活动让我觉得很累、很辛苦，但我从中锻炼了自己，并且学到了很多课堂上学不到的东西。也通过这些天的实践，使我对真实的社会有更深切的体会。

Many traditional arts are losing nowadays, because some of them have been

replaced by the new machines and the scientific products. I feel so sorry about

the losing arts, in my opinion, they are so classic and their charm will never

fade away. Take my grandma for example. She is good at paper-cut which was

inherited from her mother. But when comes to my mother’s generation, paper-cut

seems to be kicked out, there are less people need it, so my mother doesn’t

learn this skill. The paper-cut art is losing in my family. When I found my

grandma had this skill, I was so surprised and curious about it. I asked my

Hope Project is a Chinese public service project organized by official organization. It aims to help children go back to school, build Hope Primary School and improve rural conditions in poor regions.

In many poor areas in China, there are many school age children cant go to school because their families do not have enough money. As a result, they have to stay at home and help their families do the farm work. We often say that knowledge changes fate. Therefore, only study can help them go to the outside world and change their lives, even change the poor condition of their hometown. 很幸运，去学校附近的一家正在招聘的全家便利店面试，并且很顺利地通过了，紧接着就是去培训地点进行培训了。第一天是理论培训，那天来进行培训的员工大概有十几个，大家都遵循全家的规章制度穿统一的白衬衫黑长裤黑布鞋，一整天的理论培训虽辛苦也让大家受益匪浅。在这里先罗列一二。首先，作为一名服务员，仪容仪表非常重要，干净是必须，热情更不能忽视，随机应变同样重要。再者，作为全家的服务员，除了要热情地为顾客服务，店里的所有情况都需要了解，像wi(冷藏柜)，冰柜，蒸包机等店里的一切机器都要学会操控，比如调节温度等。及时地补货，及时地将店里快过期的食品下架等这些关乎顾客需要顾客健康的行为更是作为一名服务员应尽的责任……理论培训完毕，第二天便是现场实践的培训了。在导师的带领下我们一群人来到了一家市中心比较大的全家便利店，接着便开始自己被分配到的工作，有收银，拖地，补货，擦拭物品等。最让大家头疼的就是收银了，一方面是不熟，另一方面也怕收错金钱。不过，大家还是顺利地完成了一整天的实践培训。工作不难，但要熟悉，更要用心。

培训只是一个开始，到店里工作才是考验的真正开始。首先是现实的考验。

培训结束，第二天我便领着工作证到店里上班。虽说通过了培训，但还是有很多问题存在，必须在现实的实践中才能逐渐得以解决。工作看似简单，可要真真正正做好却是另一回事了。一些拖地，擦拭物品等简单的工作当然可以很好地完成，不懒惰就足矣。然而，有些却不是，比如下架过期的物品，这就的确不是件简单的事情了。在全家便利店，统一规定将还有两天就过期的酸奶，鲜奶全部下架。这是，面对冷藏室里一排又一排的牛奶瓶们，要一个一个地“审视”它们的生产日期以及保质期，然后把其中快要过期的拿下架报废。这是一件很考验人耐心和细心地工作，而且，一旦做不好，不仅是自己的失职，同时也是对顾客的不负责。在全家工作的第一天，就在我快要下班的时候，店长交代我把快过期的奶质品下架。我由于赶着下班便草草地完成，可第二天被店长查出不合格的，免不了他的一顿说教。对此，我感到很愧疚，也进行了反思!

除了下架物品，收银也是一个学问。即使从一开始的战战兢兢到后来能熟练地操控收银机，收钱仍旧是个大问题。收钱时，要精神集中细心收钱还钱，还有机灵地应付一些不法分子，避免掉进他们设计的迷惑的圈套……很开心，随着工作时间的加长，我也逐渐学会去应付各种问题了。

现实考验在实践中遇见在实践中解决，而现实中的各种压力和烦恼也在不断地考验着我的心理承受能力。第一个暑假没有在家轻松地度过而是身在异乡，每一天忙碌地工作八个小时，偶尔没有规律没有营养的三餐，让工作了一段时间的我一度想放弃。因为觉得太辛苦了，也因为自己的懒惰，但庆幸我还是坚持下去了，坚持做这份的确有些枯燥的工作!

这次暑假的兼职，获益多多。

(一)对待工作要有热情和信心。拥有了热情，工作不再是一种劳累，一种赚钱的工具，而是一件能够带给我们快乐，能让人激情四射的事情。一个人充满了激情，在共事中也悄悄地感染着每一个与其接触的人，同时带给他人不一样的感受。拥有信心，能让我们做事不畏畏缩缩，不自卑，在给他人留下好印象的时候，也将工作推向更好的方向发展。

(二)用心做事。无论做哪一份工作，无论做的工作是高尚还是卑微，只有用心才能将工作做好。如果没有用心去做，即使是做一件像拖地如此简单的事情也未必能够做得好，更何况是以后做大事呢?从小事开始用心做起，才能够用心地做好大事。用心去做每一件事情，才能做到最完美。

(三)善于与人沟通，待人真诚。社会是有人组成的，在社会中生存免不了要与各种各样的人打交道。在这一方面，我依旧在学习中。善于与人沟通，对自己的学习和工作是起着很大的作用的。或许，社会真的是复杂的，在与人交流过程中看准人说对话是不容忽视的，但是真诚地对待每一个值得真诚对待的人才是更重要的。

(四)要学会吃苦耐劳。没有一份工作是轻轻松松就能拿到工资的，即使有那也是在经历一系列的艰苦所得到的。所以，工作的艰苦是不可避免的，想要获取酬劳想要实现自己的梦想，学会吃苦耐劳是第一件必须学会做的事情。

(五)具备良好的心理素质。良好的心理素质是做好每一件事情的基石，让自己的心理素质随着自己的年龄的增长逐渐提高。韬光养晦，未雨绸缪，未来才会更美好。
