为了提高自己的英语水平， 把知识和实践结合，在朋友的介绍下，我来到了龙海学友教育补习机构，开始了我的执教之路。该学校是经教育行政主管机关批准成立的专业中学学培训机构，我的实习地点是福建漳州龙海市，这里是风景秀美的旅游区，这里有我的汗水和欢乐。我的实践内容是教培训班的学生英语课程。由于教学经验很浅，对于教学活动的程序和要求都不熟悉了，我对于教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学习，深入研究教法，虚心向学校里有经验的老师学习，获得了不少的关于中学英语教学现状的信息和对于英语教学的知识技巧。学校总负责人也为我安排了一位专门的指导教师——赵老师。在王老师的耐心指导下，我学会了如何写备课笔记，如何活跃课堂气氛，如何用简单的英语句子和同学们进行课堂交流等等。特别是她和另几名教师教我的小游戏，使我在课堂上很好地调动了学生的积极性，令我受益匪浅!

田径场上挥洒汗水，步迈整齐，军歌杂亮。

在家中被父母定爱的我们从军训中明白了社会的残酷，没人会同情你的眼泪，委屈只能往肚子里咽，同时明白了只有关心在乎你的亲人或朋友才会相信你的服泪，无目地的宠着你，对于他们的信任必须且行且珍惜。

因下午的训炼中较差的表现，我们站了近一小时的军资，脚踝悬空，脚趾麻木无知觉，肌肉酸疼，说实活，非常景，但后来回忆一下，也就那么回事，咬咬牙就过去了，世事无难事只怕有心人，

军训矫正码不只是体格，实是我们的行为习惯，与毅志力。

军训，它教会我什么是坚强的意志。那笔直的腰身，挺起的胸膛，昂扬的势气，告诉我那是军人的飒爽英姿;那骄阳下伫立的身影，那汗水中神采奕奕的双眼，那支撑着沉重身躯却依旧丝毫未动的双腿，让我为之震撼，为之感动。他们有着铁铸的信念，钢焊的意志。他们，这群正直而不乏潇洒、严肃而不乏幽默的教官们，将他们铁的纪律带到我们面前，教会我们什么是军人的风范，什么是钢铁般坚强的意志。

军训，它教会我什么是团结的力量。那创造中的和谐摩擦出美丽的火花。看吧，统一而整洁的军装，豪迈而整齐的步伐，伴着那嘹亮的口号，一排排，一列列，是那样赏心悦目，振奋士气。团结就是力量，再不是简简单单的一句话，它授予我们人生的哲理，告诫我们为人的理念，更在军训的训练中，铸起了一座不倒的城墙，集体的荣誉感让我们将它演绎得淋漓尽致，愈见丰美。不是吗?

今天是军训的第一天，也是开学的第一天。早晨，行走在通往学校的路上，感觉格外的晴朗，一些都似乎充满了生机。看着街上穿梭着许多身着迷彩服的初一新生，再想想自己也是其中的一员，心中满是得意与自豪。

来到学校之后，我们开了一个短会后便在教官的带领下来到训练场，开始了第一次军训生活。

虽然已是初秋，秋老虎还是很厉害的，火辣辣的的阳光直射在训练场上，虽然偶有清风拂过，还是感觉皮肤被晒的生疼。教官带领我们在训练。

第一项是站军姿，“腿要直，脸要正，身子微微前倾，双手并拢放在裤缝上，不许左顾右盼。明白了吗?好，立定，站好!”教官一声令下，我们四十多个人马上按教官的吩咐战好了，纹丝不动。时间一分一秒的溜过去了，“教官怎么还不喊停?”我在心里暗暗琢磨着，此时我感觉有些累了，便想偷懒，可又担心教官的眼睛不会放过我，想一想，还是努力坚持吧!“教官，快喊停，求求你了，快喊停，停、停、停!”终于，教官喊了停，站僵的腿终于可以活动一下了!接下来我们又练习了稍息，立正，转身……

唉，没想到军训这么苦，清晨的喜悦早已烟消云散，今后的几天怎么过，心底里涌上几分担忧……

终于，一个漫长的暑假已经过完了，我已步入了中学，成为了一个真正的初三学生。

在进入教室的第一天，我看见了我的班主任，不知道为什么，当我见到老师第一面时，总感觉有一种说不出的亲切感，总感觉见到自己的家人一样。

接着是上课时间了，因为是第一天，没有作业，因此很轻松。一眨眼时间，又到了晚自修，虽说见到老师感觉像见到自己的家人一样，可是到夜幕降临的时候，还是有点想家，想爸爸妈妈。不过比起小学时候已经感觉好多了，在小学时，我都不肯住校，即使住了校，我也会哭起来。现在我就算会想爸爸妈妈，也会告诉自己：“我是初中生，我不能在依赖父母，父母是不可能永陪在我身边的，他们总有一天是会离开的，如果从小依赖父母，长大后，什么也不会干，还怎么生活啊?小时候，父母是我的顶梁柱，我现在长大了，就要万事依靠自己。”而我认为在学校最不好的是晚上洗澡问题，因为晚上的时间不够，就得几个人一起洗，我觉得很不习惯，而且还要动作快，可是我们几个人才刚进去，外面就有人问好了吗，我真郁闷啊!平时在家时，总可以一个人洗澡，爱洗多久洗多久，可在学校就不可以了。但是晚上睡觉又挺舒服的，可是因为不太习惯，早上很早就醒了，却不能起床。

星期三，是第一节室外体育课，当来到操场时，我在担心，要是跑步怎么办，因为我最近呼吸不太好，在平时呼吸就很困难了，要是再加上跑步，那我还不得窒息。可当老师说只学习体操时，我就放心了。

而今天星期四，也没发生什么。

一个星期即将结束，又可以回家好好休息了，好好洗个澡，真是太开心了。这一星期也过得挺好的。

我有一只特别调皮捣蛋的小狗。它有一对会前后摆动的耳朵，一双能“说话”的大眼睛，嘿嘿的鼻子上面总会淌一些鼻涕。它的嘴跟别的狗不一样，它的嘴是小小的而且是一字形的嘴巴，它的毛跟染色的一样，有黄的、黑的、灰的、白的。每一只狗都有自己的生活习惯，当然我家的狗也有自己的生活习惯。它每天早上很迟才起床，如果没人在它的窝旁边发出动静的话，它还不知道起床呢。如果没人陪它玩的话，它就自己看看家门口的风景，主要是看看有没有“坏蛋”。有的时候，如果我在它旁边陪着玩，突然有事，准备走了，那么“小灰”(小狗的名字)就会发出可怜的声，使你不得不再去摸摸它。每当它吃过早饭，我就会给它换上狗链，牵着它一起去散步，早上和中午都是这样。散完步之后，它就吃点剩饭，然后就又睡觉了。

小灰是我家的开心果，又是我家的“调皮蛋”。记得，那是一个春光明媚的大年初二，我家准备放鞭炮，刚点火的那一瞬间，小灰刚好站在离它(鞭炮)不远的地方，当第一个鞭炮在天上炸了一声以后，随即无数个鞭炮声一个接一个，我家的小灰吓了一大跳，躲到其它地方去了，等我知道后，却找不到它了，除了我，家里的其他人都认为它已经被人拐了。到了下午，小灰带着一身泥巴摇着尾巴回到了家。我家的小灰是个调皮可爱的小狗，我喜欢它的可爱和天真，跟它在一起，真是让我很难忘。

The conception of money is different for the old and the young. The old

generation believes that money should be saved in case of the urgent situation,

When I was struggled about the different opinions, I saw the news report about a

今天，是汇报课进行的倒数第二天了。管佳静在上午第三课进行汇报。整个见实习过程，她都是和我在一个办公室。所有的活动，我们一般都会两个人先一起讨论。我们各自的课堂，在之前的教案设计，教具准备也都是一起进行的。我的汇报课在明天，她的先于今天开始。但是很可惜，因为指导老师管老师临时的任务，我没能去观摩管佳静的汇报课。

结束后，管佳静很失落地告诉我，课堂不是很成功。整堂课总感觉不是那么顺利，她不太明白为什么？因为她的准备还是相当充分的，这点我也是感同身受。结果她的指导老师一语中的，原来是因为管佳静在课堂上太过严肃，面无表情，没能放开，所以不能调动孩子们的积极性。

管佳静开玩笑地和我说自己本身就是个感情匮乏的人。虽是句玩笑话，却让我从中看到了自己的影子。我也是个很内向、很容易羞涩的人。站在讲台上给学生们上课对我来说已经是一种挑战，要做到有声有色，更是难上加难。

但是众所周知，小学教育特别讲究艺术性，就像一个演员，说哭就哭，说笑就笑，而小学老师的语言表达和肢体动作之丰富也不是那么简单就能做好的。对于一直很羞涩的我来说是种挑战。可那是小学教师的必备素养，我想我会突破自己，学会教育的艺术性。

明天的汇报课，便是突破的第一步。希望我能做好。

I went to visit the Great Wall with my friends during the summer vacation.

We went there by bus. It took us about two hours to get there. It was hot and

windy that day. There were thousands of people. When we saw a group of

foreigners,we went up and talked with them. We told them lots of history of the

Great Wall. They were very surprised when they saw that our English were

exellent and we knew a lot about the Great Walls history. They thanked us a lot

and we really had a good time. We felt proud of ourselves and being Chinese.

Today, I opened my free forum and I was very happy because could do a lot

of things there. I decided to upgrade my forum and make it interesting. Then I

Sunday ,grandma and grandpa are my house. Everybody is working.

Mum ,grandma and I are downstairs in the kitchen. Mum is washing up.

Grandma is cooking,and I is ironing ,brother is upstairs. He is tidying his

room.

In the garden uncle is sweeping the path, aunt is helping him sweep.

Grandpa and dad are mending the fence. Dad is digging, sister is washing her

dog.

My Sunday is very busy.

Water is the most valuable resource on the earth. Water is the necessity of

our life and we must drink it everyday.Now, many people can not drink clear

water, because many of them are badly polluted. So, in order to save water, the

first thing we should do is reduce water pollution. In addition, we should

develop good habits to save water. For example, turn off the tap after we use.

Or we should recycle the water to make it full use. In one word, water is scarce

for all of us and we should try our best to save it.
