28年的复式班教学生涯，桦甸市二道甸子学校荒沟庙教学点教师梁淑华没有惊人的业绩，没有辉煌的成就，有的只是农村人的宽厚、善良和对农村教育事业的执著。

刚参加工作那年，梁淑华被安排到建设屯教学点。当时村里穷，没有固定的教学场所，教室就设在生产队废弃的办公室。

梁淑华找家人和邻居维修了破旧的校舍，求人用木板搭起简易桌椅，粉笔和墨水自己掏钱去买。20年里，她所在的教学点先后6次搬迁。面对这样艰苦的条件，梁淑华选择了坚守。

为了山里的孩子，梁淑华可没少吃苦。教学点的学生来自周边4个自然屯，2008年之前，村里没有公路，孩子们都是步行上学，最远的离学校3.5公里。

考虑到孩子们年龄小，山路崎岖，她就每天伴着家远的孩子一同上学，替他们背书包、饭盒。冬天下大雪或春季开化，遇上难走的路段，她就一个一个地把孩子背过去。晚上，她再把学生一个一个送回家。

20个孩子全部带饭，梁淑华细心照顾，从未让孩子们吃过一顿凉饭。农忙时节，孩子们的早饭、午饭都由梁淑华照管。

冬天，她每天都要细心查看孩子们的鞋里是否湿了，把湿的鞋放到火墙上烘干。对留守儿童，她帮助他们剪指甲、洗头、洗脚、刷鞋、洗袜，还常把他们领回自己家吃住，缝补洗涮、辅导功课。

遇上不好的天气，学生回不了家，她就领着他们住到亲属家。2010年春，一连几天罕见的雨雪，山间的道路无法通行，她带着孩子们连续3天寄住在亲属家。一个叫张哲的学生拉肚子，梁淑华煎药喂药，夜里一遍遍陪孩子去茅房。

梁淑华曾有一个幸福的家庭，丈夫有文化、有素养，事业有成，在村里出类拔萃。2001年，丈夫外出务工意外遇害。丈夫走后留下年迈多病的公婆、上小学的儿子和6万多元的外债，当时她无法接受这个残酷的现实，精神几乎崩溃了。

Man’s life is a process of growing up, actually I’m standing here is a

growth. If a person’s life must constituted by various choices, then I grow up

along with these choices. Once I hope I can study in a college in future,

however that’s passed, as you know I come here, now I wonder what the future

holds for me.

When I come to this school, I told to myself: this my near future, all

1.阅读

一、指导思想。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。
