牵牛花的花朵就更加美丽了。在细小的花梗上支撑着一个花托，花托长得像一个八角星，稳稳当当地托着一朵素雅的，淡蓝色的小花。小花没有很多花瓣，从里面和外面看，在接近花托的地方围着一圈像白色五角星的图案，使它更加漂亮了。过了几天，她的花渐渐从蓝色中泛出紫色，但是在紫色中只能发现一点点蓝色了，不久就变成紫色和白色了。过了一段时间，它的花开始慢慢地萎缩了，紫色花瓣卷了起来逐渐变得枯黄，最后掉落了。一朵花，它的生命就这样结束了。当花儿掉落了，在花托上结出了一个淡绿色的小包，当它裂开，种子就会露出来，这就是牵牛花的果实。

much chance to take in the second-hand cigarette, in order to keep the families

want to smoke again. At that time, people can find some food or fake cigarette

那是一个烈日炎炎的下午，我和好朋友闫淇、李梦可到五柳公园去打羽毛球，一到五柳公园，一场激烈的羽毛球赛便拉开了序幕。那个时候我还不会打羽毛球，朋友打过来的羽毛球我怎么都接不到。羽毛球就像一个顽皮的孩子一样，每次都能轻巧地躲过我的“天罗地网”。比赛已经达到了零比二，我急地像热锅上的蚂蚁—团团转。突然，对手李梦可发过来一个高远球，我心想“这回输定了”，却见朋友闫淇在场外大声地鼓掌并向我喊道“罗慧银，加油!罗慧银，加油!”我的心被震撼了，心想“一定不能辜负别人对我的期望”。

这时，我就像充了电似的机器人，觉得全身都是劲。只见我往后退了几步之后，双腿用力向上一蹬，跳到了空中，使出了全身的力气挥动羽毛球拍，把羽毛球接了回去。之后，羽毛球在我的手中变成了一个快乐的小精灵，在我和李梦可的球拍上跳来跳去。

终于，“功夫不负有心人”，比赛从零比二达反超到了四比二!“耶!我赢了!”我欢呼道。这时一场持久的掌声在我的耳边响起。“祝贺你学会了打羽毛球!你真棒!”的赞扬声不绝于耳。我的眼中闪着泪光，大声说：“这都是你们的鼓励让我取得了成功，谢谢你们!”掌声又一次响起……

我军将士将裤腿一挽，袖子一卷，双手插腰，好像在向“敌军”示威。敌军也不甘示弱，头发一捋，鞋子脱掉，立刻发起进攻。不到十分钟，已将我军呈三角形围住，在这三面夹攻之下，我军快抵挡不住了。敌军趁机发动总攻。眼看我军即将溃败，正在这关键时刻，飞飞快速地从旁边捡起一把威力无比的武器——那是一把看起来很破却很好用的水枪，他以迅雷不及掩耳之势反击敌人，挽救了我军。不过，不能高兴得太早，如果要反败为胜，我们还要攻下对方的几处高地才行。

队友们一致选中我担当前锋，去攻克敌军其中的一个“阵营”，我抬头一看，原来敌军主力是个强劲选手——雷，我只好冒着“生命危险”去和她战斗。我鼓着劲，勇猛冲上阵，可刚冲上去，她见我来势汹汹，就丢弃阵地狼狈逃窜，原来敌军对这块阵地不怎么重视，雷居然当逃兵，这令我百思不得其解。哪曾想?她这是“丢卒保车”，令我军疏于防范，她已占据了头上这座兵家要地——一个大大的水球，她们居高临下。那我们……我军叫苦不迭，我抵挡不住，只好下去和战友并肩作战。战友怨我大意失荆州，我自己也追悔莫及。最后我心生一计，决定将功补过，与敌人背水一战，全军将士以一敌百，以排山倒海之势将战况扭转，敌军只好弃械投降。

“赢了，赢了!”我军欢呼。

这个游戏玩得真尽兴!双方的脸上都笑嘻嘻的……

忽然，我看见马路对面走过来气急败坏的妈妈。完了，看着自己一身湿透的衣服裤子——唉，等着回家挨老妈训吧!

童年是这么的欢乐，难道不值得我们珍惜吗?我真不想听别人说我又长高了，我真不想长大。

have two reasons.

come back to their family if there is a chance. They don’t like celebrate this

festival outside, which will make them feel lonely. Thus, they will go home by

all means. Luckily, the government also pays great attention to this traditional

festival. There are laws to make sure people have holidays in that special day.

In the other word, mid-autumn festival gives a chance for family get

together.

Secondly, every family will prepare a big meal in that day. All the food is

delicious. It is good to have a big meal. I think nobody will not interest in

delicious food. The mooncake is a necessary decoration for mid-autumn day. It

tastes good, too. It is the traditional for a long time. How pleased to enjoy

the glorious full moon with mooncake!

This is why I love mid-autumn festival so much. It is funny and happy

time.

“每天锻炼一小时，增强体魄充满朝气，快快乐乐欢欢喜喜练出好身体，为我中华更强盛，大家齐努力······”近日，我校举行了秋季趣味运动会，使我们体会到了运动的快乐与重要。

在刚刚开始报名时，同学们都非常积极，争先恐后地向老师报名，都想为班级争夺一份荣誉，看来我们班很有集体荣誉感。不过，我们可不能光说不练呀。于是，我们开始组织练习了。首先是大绳，大家都很积极，每天中午都聚集在一起训练，功夫不负有心人，我们在运动会上跳了139个;个人项目有三项，50米、100米、200米，我们各自都在家里苦练，都希望能拿个人奖。在200米报名时，我们并不是很积极，就觉得200米很远，可能跑不了，但在张老师的鼓舞下，我们变得非常积极，张老师可真厉害。虽说“临时磨枪，不快也光”，可是我们临时训练的效果仍然不佳，我们班在50米中没有一个晋级决赛;在接力赛中，我们掉棒两次，不幸得了最后一名，同学们都很伤心;在拔河比赛中，我们一下被三班拉趴下，这是我们丢尽了脸面，还被二班人给嘲弄了一番;而在立定跳远上，我们班跳得也不是非常好。

这次运动会使我们懂得了一个道理：不可“临时抱佛脚”，要提前做好准备，而且是充分的准备，要有十足的把握才能决定，不然定会输得一塌糊涂;运动是一天一天积累下来的，不可能练上三五天就能拿第一名，它需要一个过程，一个提高的过程，而不是紧急训练就能成功，“心急吃不了热豆腐”，这句话说的真对。看来，凡事不可急于求成，更不可冒险，我们以后一定要做到“每天锻炼一小时”，才能“幸福生活一辈子”。正如歌中所唱：“健康属于我，健康属于你，阳光体育使我们健康又美丽。”

Welcome to our school! Our school is the key middle school in this city.

Now we are in the front gate. Entry in this school, you can see there is a big

football playground on the left and a big resturant on the right. If you’re

hungry, you can have something good in there. The grand teaching building is

right behind the football playground. We spend most time in the classrooms.

Behind the teaching building, there is a little lake with many fish in it. Oh,

there is also a nice library next to the lake. After the class, we can entry the

library freely to read the books we like. This is our school. Don’t you think

it’s great?

I like reading books so much, rencently, I fall in love with the travel

books. When I open these books, I am attracted by the colorful pictures. Reading

these books can broaden my vision, I know there are so many places that I have

never heard of before. I also learn the different culture. I am so eager to go

to these places and have a look at them. So I have made up my mind, I will

travel to the places that are around me first, and then when I grow up, I will

travel further. This is my little dream, it is also my motivation to study

well.

I have a two months summerVacation. During the holiday, I was very happy,

because I did not have to focus on my study all the time. But I still spent some

time in my study. I want to learn more in the holiday. Besides, I spent a lot of

time in playing, such as meeting friends, watching TV, searching the Internet,

playing computer games and so on. In addition, I help my mother do some house

work. I can reduce some burden of her and learn to be independent. In short, I

have a good and rich holiday.

父母告诉我：做任何事情都要有信心，大胆向前，遇到挫折不能说放弃就放弃，哪里跌倒就在哪里爬起来。

在课堂上，我害怕举手发言，害怕老师让我做游戏，害怕老师叫我回答问题时答错了，同学嘲笑我，老师讨厌我。

在生活中，我害怕一个人坐公交车，到站了也不敢喊停;我不敢一个人去理发，总是让妈妈陪着我。

我不能够独立，自信心也不足，甚至任何事情都没有勇气独自去面对，最严重的是我在交往朋友的过程中也会感觉到自卑。

我在补习班认识了一位教英语的新老师。第一次上课时，她让我们每人都作一下自我介绍。我用手紧紧地拽着衣角，真想找一个洞钻进去……

可是，不一会就轮到我了。我整个身子紧绷着走向台上，结结巴巴地说出我的名字，头也不敢抬，显得格外没有勇气。老师一下子发现了我这个天大的缺点，但她没有指责我，还用亲切的话语鼓励我，让我大胆地在全班同学面前做一个完美的自我介绍。老师的眼睛带着光芒，说话的语气极有自信。在老师的鼓励下，我终于体会到了那种我一辈子也忘不了的自信的感觉!我还没有说完，下边就响起了热烈的掌声。下课后，老师面带笑容坐在我面前，给我讲笑话，逗我开心。她鼓励我要勇敢地做自己想做的事，不必在意别人的看法，做好自己就好。她似乎说出了我的心声，我眼眶瞬间红了。

从那以后，不管是在学习中遇到困难，还是在生活上遇到麻烦，我都会与老师交谈，让老师帮助我。这样的虚心请教，使我的人生变得丰富多彩。

从这以后，我打骨子里充满了勇气。我在课堂上积极发言，不懂就问，性格也变得活泼了许多。现在，我已经有了好多朋友。有了勇气和信心后，我的人生变了样子，心里充满着自豪和成长的喜悦。生活一下子变得这么美好，这么奇妙!

以前的自卑、害怕和难过通通都消失了，现在的我是一个阳光、活泼、勇气、自信的乐观女孩，说话时昂首挺胸，眼里满是自信的光茫。原来，这就是勇气的力量。

我要感谢那位老师!仅仅一件小事，便让我重新振作起来。老师，谢谢你出现在我的生命里。你就是力量，推动着我前进;你就是那一盏黄油灯，在迷茫黑暗中点亮我的心灵;你也是指南针，给我指明了前进的方向。

勇气，真的是一个神奇的东西。有了勇气，走起路来步伐都显得轻巧有节奏、有气质了，整个人都带着炫目的光芒。以后，我做事一定要有信心，有勇气，不辜负任何一个人对我的期望。
