English is a great language and I loved it very much. It is a sunny day

today. I went to the Zhejiang University to attend the English camp. Zhejiang

University is such a big school. It let me feel a little diny. I can’t find the

way, I thought. But I like this school, it looked so beautiful. In this morning,

we arrived our dorm. After a few rest, we went to cafeteria and had lunch.the

food was dilicious. In the afternoon, we had our first class in this English

camp. The teacher was very good! It was very cool.

Now, it is 6:30. we are writing diary here. After on day’s english camp, I

This afternoon, we play a game called ‘Family Tree’. This game is very

interesting. I’m very interested in it. Our teacher’s family is very large. She

has many brothers and sisters. But I am unlucky, I has only a sister and I

without brothers. But I think I have the best parents in the world. They are

very friendly to me. I live in a good family. My grand parents loves me, too.

When they buy meat, they will give the best parts of the meat to me.

When I was a child, I can’t undertand them. I want to have bread. My grand

father took a bike to Qu Tang. Because in our village there is no ‘bread house’.

Qu Tang is far from our village. Now I grow up. I understand them when I think

of this things. I will cry I can’t use words to say I love them.

When I was six years old, I began to go to school. The first school (which) I attended was a primary school. Today is the Duanwu Festival.It is a special festival in China.On this

day,we usually eat zongzi,a kind of food that is made of rice.So I tried to cook

some zongzi today.First,I bought some bamboo leaves.It is an important part of

zongzi.I made the leaves in the shape of small bottles.Next,I put in some rice

and meat.So the leaves can make the rice more delicious.Then,I found some thin

ropes and tied up the leaves——And then the zongzi was finished.The final step

was to boil some water and cook them.It was hard work,but I tried my best and it

was the most delicious zongzi I had ever eaten.

I was bored. So I wanted to travel to Hong Kang. I told my father my decision. To my surprise, my father agreed. My father thought I always at home was bad. He thought I should go out to see our country clearly. How beautiful our country is! My father drove me a travel service. I filled out an application form. After that, the agency would finish every things. At last the agency told me it would take a week time to transact procedures.

April 10th Sunday

It‘s spring now. It‘s not cold or hot. It‘s quite warm. Everything begins to grow. I go to the Zhongshan Park with my friend Liu Xin this moring.

When we enter the park， we see a lot of beautiful flowers. Some bees and butterflies are flying around the flowers. In the pool， the fishes are swimming freely. The willow trees are bud. In the pavilion， some old people are playing chess. Look， some children are playing games near the lake. The trees turn green and the flowers come out. In the trees， threr‘re some birds. 实习准备

一周的时间在期待与担忧中度过。期待即将到来的实习，期待走入校园，走进今天的课堂；担忧将要面对的与老师的交流与学生的沟通。

在这周里，首先完成了一份教案。

久别了高中的课堂，久别了教材，对将要到来的一切是那么茫然，不知道该讲什么，该怎么讲。拿到高一的教材，从中选取了一片课文做一节阅读课。用了一下午的时间在那沉思，反复翻看文章，心中总是在想我要教学生什么。由于没有任何的辅助资料，也不熟悉现在的高中英语课是怎么上的，所以表现的手足无措。然而当真正的静下心来的时候，一份教案便如同滔滔江水，一气呵成。通过虚拟想象的课堂、学生完成的教案总觉得有些纸上谈兵的感觉。

接下来便是试讲。

在虚拟的教室内呈现自己的教案。由于教案完全是自己一点点构想出来的，备课也就没那么困难。然而，走上讲台，打开PPT的那一瞬间，大脑一片空白，鼠标停在了播放键上，整个人呆住了，连开场白都忘记了，甚至有种适宜的感觉。努力想找一个词却始终挤不出一句话。就这么静立了二十几秒才算缓过来，开始了正式的讲课。一开始讲课就紧张的不得了，课件的内容都讲乱了，在完成开场白和导入后才最终归于平静，完成了整个讲课环节。虽然中间也有几次卡壳，虽然结尾也显得匆忙，但总体感觉不是太坏。

走下讲台的那一刻，感觉似乎是卸下了千斤重担，顿觉轻松，但同时整个人也累垮了。就这十几分钟竟会是这么的累！

通过教案的设计和试讲，尤其是试讲让我意识到凡事都要做十二分的准备，“台上一分钟，台下十年功”真的一点也没有错。对于初入教学的我在今后的实习中一定要事前充分的准备，只有这样才可以保证在课堂上有话可说，否则怕是要中途卡壳或者进行不下去了。

xx年3月6日 星期二 天气阴转晴

入校

今天，我们在指导老师的带领下，走进了实习的高中学校，这个让我既期待又有几分畏惧的地方。

实习学校给我们高度的重视，校长、主任亲自接待，给我们每个人都选派了两位指导老师，一位指导英语教学，一位指导班主任工作。实习见面会上跟自己的指导老师见了面，校长对实习做了简短的介绍。在这次见面会上，一下子被称呼为“老师”觉得很不适应，好像不是在叫自己，但也就从这样一刻开始我多了一个身份：实习老师。

然而当跟着自己的实习指导老师走出会议室的那一刻，当跟自己的同学们分开的那一刻，感觉全世界就剩下我自己了，接下来的一切就全靠自己了。这也许是我步入职场的前奏吧。

下午，跟班里的学生见了面，做了简单的自我介绍。学生们似乎对我们这些实习老师充满了极大的兴趣，班内的气氛很是火爆。

同时，在我踏入教室走上讲台的那一刻，我懂了自己身上的担子：为人师表，学为典范。

一天下来虽然很累，却很充实，开始期待明天的到来。

第一课

按照昨天老师的安排，今天早上和学生一起上早读，然后便开始实习的第一环节：听课。

早上很早就来到了学校，站在教室外面整理自己的心情。随着一声声清脆的“老师好”的传来，心中油然升起一种自豪与欣慰。

走进教室，跟学生简单问候，便进入了今天早读的正题：领读单词。翻开单词表，每个单词早已在心中读过多遍，随着第一个单词的发出，渐渐地适应，声音也在加大，心情也归于平静，很快就读完了单词。问题也随之而来，三十分钟的早读只过了五分钟，剩下的时间又该干什么呀？毕竟跟学生还不熟，简单的聊了几句便退出了教室。

早读之后听了第一节现代课堂的英语课。时隔七年，早已忘记了自己当初的课堂是如何进行的，对今天的这节课充满了期待。

听完课后，总体感觉老师讲的很细，好像是在给小学生讲课，每一个单词，每一句话，每一个语法点都一一介绍、讲解、翻译，课堂教学只是在自然中过度，似乎没有原先想的那么完美。以前教育学、教学法课堂上讲的各种英语教学理论、教学模式也并没有在课堂上体现出来。看来理论与现实还是存在差距的。“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行”，以往课本上学到的理论还要在今后的实践中融会贯通。

xx年3月12 日 星期一 天气阴

开班会

按照学校的惯例，今天下午最后一节课要召开班会，久别的高中班会不知道在今天发展成什么样子了。

这次的班会着让我震惊，不同于我所熟悉的班会形式，他们的班会由班长主持。首先公布了过去一周的小组量化，倒数的三个组还要唱班歌以示再接再厉。其次，班里还评选了过去一周的“学习之星”和“进步之星”，并且推荐人要陈述推荐理由，最后班主任给这“两星”获得者颁发奖状，这一项于我来说倒是挺新鲜的。第三项，班长对班内过去一周存在的问题，生活上、学习上等做简单说明。班会最后才是办主任讲话，向学生传达学校最新指示，批评存在的问题，表扬表现好的。这才让我有种似曾相识的感觉。接下来是我的时间，受班主任之托，给班内学生讲一下大学生活的美好，激发他们的学习动力，并介绍一下学习英语的技巧和方法。

当我在学生们热烈的掌声中走上讲台的那一刻又不知道说什么了，虽然提前准备了，但由于太紧张一下子全乱了，自己都不知道在说什么了，也没有了时间概念，只是在那机械般讲话。班内的气氛赶来开始还挺活跃，火来渐渐地安静了。

之后总结，或许是自己讲的有些严肃，又或许这样的话他们早已听的耳朵都长茧子了。总之，通过这第一次的登台亮相更让我明白“台上一分钟，台下十年功”的道理。我要更好的准备才能在讲台上游刃有余。

Now I am in winter holiday, I am so happy, I can have fun with my friends. My friends and I make the deal that when the wind comes, we will go to the park and fly kites. Today the wind finally comes, after finishing breakfast, I go the park with my friends. We take out our kites, mine are butterfly, my friends are birds, all are so funny. I start to let my kite fly, but it could not, so I run faster and faster, then my kite flies, I go let go it gradually. A few minutes later, my friends’ kites are also flying. The hot sun is like our enthusiasm, because no matter how hot the weather

Today, the chinese teacher taught us some English songs. I like the song

which is called ”seasons in the sun” very much. We all lost ourselves in the

beautiful voice. Today our theme is youth. After the teacher spoke. I suddenly

understand that maybe being young is our advantage, so we must value every

minute. We have to do something significant.

In the afternoon, our American teacher is father who is an associate

proferssor of English from central college give us a lesson. He told us

something about higher education in the USA. I think it will be useful for our

future.

On the other side. I felt uncomfortable today. Perhaps it’s a small regret

for such a wonderful day. But I think tomorrow still will be rosy.

每到3月，我就会想起植树节，一提到植树节，又不由让我想起古代管子说的一句话：“一年之计，莫如树谷；十年之计，莫如树木；终身之计，莫如树人。”

说到“树木”，我便记起了我那次种树的经历。那天风和日丽，我和同学们约好了一起去郊外植树。来到了郊外，我们先拿出铁锹，开始挖坑，可是泥土似乎太干太硬，任凭我们的双手怎么使劲，它都没有丝毫松动的迹象，我们原本好奇兴奋的心一下便凉了半截。正当我们着急之时，我突然想起了爸爸的嘱咐，“有了，我听说用脚使劲踩锹的上沿，锹尖和锹刃便可较容易地切入土中，再用双手扳动锹柄，泥土便松动了。”我对同伴们说道。按照这个方法我们试了试，果然，泥土开始屈服了，我们一连挖了好几十下，眼看坑已经有一尺多深了，我们才停止了手中的动作。这时，我们已经是汗流浃背、气喘吁吁了。接下来便是挑选树苗，我们精心挑选了一棵直挺挺的树苗，我扶住苗儿，同伴们开始填土，填好土后，我们担心土不够扎实，便用脚在树苗旁用力跺了跺，泥土便更扎实了，最后，我们几人合力提起一桶水，往树苗边“哗啦”浇了下去。于是，树就种好了。我想，只是种一棵树都如此难，那么培养一个人岂不是更难？

自从那次经历了种树后，我在生活中便对树多了一份关心。在去老家时，我发现，乡下的树都是参差不齐的，有的种在房前屋后，有的长在乱石堆中，有的立于田埂地头，虽然生长环境不是很好，可依然长得很高大。而城市中的树，由于统一规划的缘故，土质松软而肥沃，排列得整齐而划一，它们往往长得十分好看，但却都不是特别的高大。

这时，我不禁想到了人，在父母的臂膀下无忧无虑地生活的孩子，被父母捧在手心中备受宠爱的孩子，他们多么像城市中的树啊。我想，只有真正经历过风吹雨打的人，才会拥有一颗坚强的心吧！

植树不但让我们知道了“树木”的重要，同时又让我们明白了“树人”的道理。
