提到自律，我觉得你第一个会想到的就是你自己的偶像——彭于晏。你也知道他是个无比自律的人。许多妹子被彭于晏的高颜值和八块健硕的巧克力腹肌迷得神魂颠倒，却不知道，她们的男神曾经也是个食欲旺盛的小胖墩。彭于晏小学到高三可一直是个小胖子，后来，彭于晏开始觉醒，他认为自己不能再胖了。于是，他开始每天刻苦锻炼，并疯狂喜欢欢上了篮球这项运动，后来他停止了横向增长，开始竖向增长到183厘米的大高个。到后面，彭于晏为了拍《翻滚吧，阿信》他是真的是使出了全力，因为电影里有大量的高难度体操动作，很多演员都望而却步，但彭于晏接了，而且所有动作都自己上。他苦练了八个月，几乎每天都进行10个多小时以上的体操练习，单杆、吊环、鞍马无不所练，后来体操的所有项目他都学会了。为了保持八块腹肌的身材，只吃水煮餐，不加任何调料。电影上映后大获成功，彭于晏入围了第48届台湾电影金马奖最佳男主角，事业开始有了起色。

说到偶像，我也说说我偶像吧!你也知道，他就是——我们的老爸。我们的老爸也是一个无比自律的人。老爸以前比你更加厉害，是烟不离口的那种。每天至少两包烟。你也知道，以前我们家每天都弥漫着二手烟的味道。为此，老妈和我天天骂他。老妈甚至还说：看到老爸吸烟一次就打一次。后来，你出去工作的这几年，老爸不敢吸烟了。最多是朋友聚会抽一根。我问老爸为什么戒烟?怎么戒的?他说：我不是怕老妈，一是为了全家人健康，二是为了省钱给哥哥筹结婚的钱。他还说：为了戒烟把火机都扔了，每天想抽烟的时候嚼嚼口香糖。后来经过长时间的努力终于戒了，老爸身体也变好了，人也开心了许多。

还记得吧，那次过年你没有回家，使得母亲有些不高兴，你知道，咱家父母是那种逢年过节十分期待子女给他们送礼的人，当时母亲给我打来电话，对你抱怨了一番，我就背着她给你发了一条短信(不知怎么的，给你打电话有些心慌)，希望你安慰她一下，年后有时间去看看她。当时只考虑到母亲的情绪，而却忽略了你的感受，使得你误以为我想替母亲做主，要指责你的不是。于是便给我打来电话，对我发了很大脾气，也不容我解释一下，我只好默默听着，等你气愤地挂断电话后，我走出家门。

那时正是大年初一的傍晚，街上行人不多，我漫无目的地行走在柏油马路上，此起彼伏的烟花在我周围不远处的夜空里绽放着，我却在凛冽的夜风中，感觉自己有些孤单。

我不明白你为什么发那么大的火，以前我们兄弟无话不谈，可不知从什么时候起，我们的交流就变的不再那么通畅了，后来我甚至有些怕你。我知道，你经历了一些生活波折后改变了许多，是岁月将我曾经温和的哥哥弄丢了。

我去石家庄学厨师，从学校出来后，在当地打工，人家只管吃住不给工资，当时我已身无分文(那个时候手机还没有流行)，我连去电话亭给家里打个电话的钱都没有，想回家更是不可能。你听说我好几个月都没有回家，也没有和家里联系过，就着急地和单位请了假，然后千里迢迢来到石家庄。那时正是冬天，你正在感冒，你拖着虚弱的身体四处打听，终于找到了我。带我回家的路上，我们兄弟俩说说笑笑，临快到家时，中途倒火车，你安顿好我后，自己又买了另一趟直接返回单位的车票，因忙于上班，你没有顾上回老家看看。分手时，你将你身上的皮衣送给了我，那是你们单位发的，400多块钱呢，我从来没有穿过那么好的衣服……
