所以，我认为有时候适度的放弃，会让你生活的更加美好。这一点李白做的就不错。生为翰林院学士的他，却不谙官场黑暗，即便郁郁不得志，尤令高力士磨墨脱靴，不羁的诗仙毅然离开了官场，青风为伴，明月为友。如此，诗仙才成为正真的诗仙。

不仅是李白懂得这一点，21世纪的中国人也懂得，刘翔就是一为代表。作为08年北京奥运会上最耀眼的一颗星，肩负着13亿中国人的期望的他，在预赛时由于脚伤疼痛难忍，他没有拿自己的健康来开玩笑，而是转生—他选择了放弃。他的放弃正是一种“适度”的体现，俗话说“留得青山在，不怕没柴烧”，如过健康没了，那么，什么都没了。就像拉弹簧一样，如果拉力超过了弹簧的承受极限，弹簧就会失去弹性。

当然，我所说的“适度”决不是放纵自己，毫无约束，为所欲为，那样只会使你一事无成，甚至被社会唾弃。我所说的“适度”是一个复杂的学习过程，只有在经历了许多历练后，你才会明白什么要“适度”，什么要严格要求自己。

一件事，让你感到筋疲力尽，或者让你觉得这样做付出的太大，可能会伤害到很多人时，你可以“适度”的放松一下自己，将此事暂且放在一边。但是如果你所面临的是大是大非之事，与国家、民族利益密切相关的，那就丝毫不能松懈，要集中精力的去解决。

Since I go to high school, I live in the school and stay away from my

parents.

I have three roommates. At the beginning, we have trouble in staying in the

same room, but now we have got used to it. One of my roommates impresses me so

much. Since she came to our room, she has kept the habit of reading novels when

we go to bed. She told me that when she lived with her parents, she dared not to

read because her mother would blame her for sleeping late. Now she is very happy

that she is out of control, it seems that she is free. But I feel sorry for her,

because she is short-sighted now. What’s more, she is lagging behind other

Usually I take exercise after school so that I can keep healthy and study
