这一周实习学校组织了一次听课，下午的讲课给我上了重要的一课，讲完课之后，老师们针对于我的不足提出了许多专业性的问题，许多专业、长期活动在一线的特殊教育教师，为我提供了许多专业的问题，老师们展开了激烈的讨论让我见识专业性的见识，是真正的研讨、研究，老师们利用自己在一线学校积累的经验，让我上了宝贵的一课，尤其是校长的话让我受益匪浅，“积极发挥学生主体作用”，在传统学校教育管理理念的影响下，学校的立德培智教育管理过程中，学生始终处于被动，与教师之间也没有建立起和谐积极的师生关系，这样会产生师生之间的隔阂。因此，必须要始终坚持以学生为本的原则，重视学生的主体地位，让学生的主体地位得到充分的尊重，使德育和智育得到充分的融合和统一。

不因幸运而固步自封，不因厄运而一蹶不振。真正的强者，善于从考验中找到闪光点，从逆境中找到阳光，时时校准自己前进的目标，不被命运的考验压垮。每当想起那一次的考验，都是一次美好的享受……

通过学习了如何构建和谐人际关系之后，我对这方面也了解到了很多，也学习到了很多东西。我觉得在我们当今社会和谐的人际关系是我们人与人在交往过程中必须学会的，可以说，人际关系构成了我们生活的主要内容，我们是在复杂的人际关系中不断成长与发展的，人际关系的成败对我们的影响是非常大的。

卡耐基说过：“一个人的成功，只有百分之十五是由于他的专业技术，而百分之八十五则要靠人际关系和他的做人处事能力。”和谐的人际关系在我们学习和生活中是很重要的，所以在这个社会群体中我们要善于与他人沟通，在我们的生活和学习中无时无刻不在与他人沟通，而善于沟通的人他的生活圈子就会大一些，交到的朋友也就多一些，这样我们的人生才会因此而变得丰富多彩。融洽的人际关系会让我们在一个好的环境中成长，在初中和高中我都有玩的很好的几个姐妹和哥们，我觉得这就是缘分吧，和他们相处就是很真诚很温馨的感觉，无论有什么开心的事或时烦恼的事都可以向他们倾诉，而他们则会在你失意的时候给你安慰和鼓励，在你成功的时候为你开心和祝福，这种友谊会让我觉得人生很有意义。

在人际交往中我们要学会与人和谐相处的技巧，所谓林子大了什么样的人都有，不要用同样的交往方式去和所有人交往，要学会随机应变，只有良好的沟通才能使你与其他人和谐的相处。在高中的时候我曾在学校报社担任社长一职，刚开始接任的时候我也不是很会处理一些人际方面的事，但是和学姐她们多交流了几次，和社团成员们多相处了几次后，才发现只要你用心与他们沟通，大家真诚对待，尊重彼此就会得到别人的尊重，从这以后和他们的关系非常好，大家一起工作，遇到困难一起解决，当你有什么对他人不满的时候学会换位思考，理解至上，我给他们安排的任务他们也完成得很好，大家相互信任彼此也成了很好的朋友，在这中间不仅学会了人际合作也提升了大家的工作能力，这是我在这个报社的最大收获。

总之，我们在人际交往中要想取得良好的沟通效果，就要学会真诚的对待他人，常保持微笑，学会倾听，合理利用体态语言，这样别人才会愿意与你沟通。我相信我以一颗真诚的心对待别人，别人也同样会用真心对待我的。让我们学会和谐的与他人沟通，在生活中做一个沟通达人吧!

I like to see movie so much. When I have time, the first thing I’d like to do is to find the hot movies and then buy some snacks, enjoying my movie hour. After appreciating so many movies, The Lord of the Rings impresses me the most. This movie has three series and I like them all. Though the moive was made in about 2000, its technology is still not out of date. In the movie, the scenery is such beautiful that I can’t move my eyes away.
