We have recently held a class meeting to discuss the pressure upon everyone of us Senior Three students. At the meeting everyone expressed their own opinions on how to get relieved from pressure.

Pressure comes from all around: from the heavy load of learning, from the fierce competition, from teachers, and from parents. Pressure may affect our studies if there’s too much of it. However, if taken positively, a certain amount of pressure may help push us ahead.

Whenever I find there’s too much pressure, I choose to work out or listen to some light music, which seems to be quite effective. There are many approaches to getting oneself relieved when pressure accumulates. I strongly recommend that when you feel much too stressed, you stop whatever you are doing, get out into the open, take a deep breath, and start thinking of something positive.

maybe you have made mistakes in the past which you feel bad about. you might be disappointed with yourself on why you could make such mistakes. even if that happened in distant past, your subconscious mind still has a reason not to like yourself.

you might wish that you were born in different family, or that you have different background. maybe you could not accept the fact that you are not as lucky as others, who seem to get whatever they want effortlessly because of their background.

your personality traits

you might have some personality traits that you dont like. for example, you may be an introvert and you dont like it; you wish you are an extrovert.

A hobby can be almost anything a person likes to do in his spare time. Hobbyists raise pets, build model ships, weave bas-kets, or carve soap figures and so on. In a word, hobbies offer en-joyment, friendship, knowledge and relaxation.

Then, what is my hobby? Well, what I like most is singing. I began to sing songs when I was very young. My uncle was studying in a college then, so he could sing lots of songs, and he taught me several songs. I showed great interests in the music then, for they were pleasing to ears and easy to sing. My uncle told me they were called pop songs.

When I grew up, my music teacher found that I had a good voice, so she sent me to the Childrens Palace to study vocal mu-sic. From then on, I began my vocal music training. And then I knew there were several kinds of songs, like folk songs, pop songs and so on. What I had learned most was the songs for children. They were all simple ones but our teacher trained us very strictly. We practiced how to produce sound and how to make our expres-sion more natural and more pleasing. Those simple training didnt reduce my interest in singing at all and I won awards one after another in several kinds of competition. Actually I began to make up a dream of becoming a famous singer in the future.

As time went by, I came to realize that my dream wouldnt come true for there were strict conditions of being a singer. But I still took singing as my hobby since I found in music the interests which were lost in the exams. When I put all my emotion into singing a song, it gave me very good and very pleasant feelings, and a good chance to relax. Besides, it was a good way to learn things that couldnt be easily found in life.

Now as Im saying goodbye to my childhood my voice has changed into a deep male voice, and therefore I can sing a lot of songs written for adults. I am often deeply moved, by the melody or by what the song.

As the saying that every family has their issues, the most common issue between families is the communication between parents and children. Most kids would not like to talk about their happiness and sorrow with their parents, they think their parents never really understand them. If the parents want to have nice talk with their kids, they must try to be the kids’ friends.

I dont remember how many examinations Ive taken since I began my schooling. Truth to tell, I dont like examinations at all. I dare say that, in fact, no student likes examinations.

We often hear people say “Examinations are teachers magic weapon”, so most of us may think it is our teachers who give us students so many examinations. But I dont think so. Almost all of them have once been students before they became teachers. We dont like examinations, and neither do our teachers, which may be reasonably concluded. And many people were born, that is why the population of china were very huge new.

In 1978, the family plan were start to use, because the population of china is too huge, and need some policy to control it. So Chinese government was start to use the family planning to control, that is the most useful way to control, they do many thing like welfare to the Chinese people.

At that time, many of the population were like thispolicy, because they can get much benefit from this event.

I have seen some poster of the family planning in 1978, and I think it is fool the common people in that time. So I always pity for all elderly Chinese

people, and my parent tell me it was very cruel that time. When you born more than one child, you will have much and much punishment from the government, like to injure your house, increase your tax levy, but not cruel as kill you, so Chinese is very kind that time!

Now, the government have been thinking the problem of the population, some peoplesay that we have been keeping the family planning, and other people think we have to stop the family, so it have two choose of family planning, each of it will have a big change in china.

Family planning is a kind of population policy in the world which is very common, many country were use this policy to control the population, because it is very easy to use, and very convenient to manage the population. Also is very low-cost to use.

But it have some bad way, like it will have a big problem called aging of population, it made the many young peoples burden very huge, very hard to care two parent or more.

Conclude, family planning isnt the best way to control the population, and it can bring many problem to the country. But we cant find another way to control the population, so we just can use this policy.

One Chinese leader of family planning department said that we have to keep going for family planning forever, and china need much and much strict family planning to control our population.

Chinese population is very large now, if we stop growing immediately, it will have a big problem call aging of population. If this problem happen, the young people will be very hard to provide their family.

Population will be stop growing to 1.8 milliard if we dont do anything, so that is a good way to control the population and dont have much shortcoming. It can be a better way to control the population, isnt it

If we still using the policy of family planning, it will have a large population decrease, and will have aneffect of many thing. Productivity of china will be less, and manpower resource will be less too.

As the phone has become so popular, students are also obsessed about it, high school students use cell phone without letting teachers know it, the reason that the teachers ban them to use mobile phone is that the phone will distract students from study. 今天，是一年一度的植树节，我们来到曲江公园植树。来到曲江公园，那的景色不是一个“美”字就能够形容得了的：桃花含苞欲放，柳树也赶了时髦，原本褐色的长发，也染成了绿色的，再加上清清的河水，好一幅美丽的春景图啊!

不一会儿，老师带领我们取了桂花树苗，来到一块还没开垦的土地上，只见这儿没有树，只有绿油油的菜田和刚刚探出黄色的小脑袋的油菜花。嘿，在这儿栽树了!

我们每个人先选好一块地，便可以“开工”了。我对着画好的圈圈猛的一挖，哇，这土好肥沃啊!坑要挖得能把整个树根放进去。虽说土很肥沃，但是，挖坑毕竟不是件简单的事，这不，我一铲下去，只听“铛”的一声，突然挖不动了，连我的手都震麻了，仔细一看，哦，原来是一块石头，这时，聪明的屠悦立即就说：“先用小铲子将旁边的泥土拨开，把它拔出来!”说着，我和李文静便动起手来，好不容易才把旁边的泥土拨向四方，接着大家一起齐心协力，硬是没把这块石头给拔出来，可它就像在地下生根了似的，纹丝不动。我灵机一动，先用铲子抵住石头的一边，另外几个人再把石头往外拔。“一、二、三!”呼，石头啊石头，你终于出来了!

一个大坑终于出世了，这就是我费了九牛二虎之力才挖出的大坑。李文静将树苗插进去，扶直了，我和屠悦便开始培土，土不能太紧，但也要填实，这样水才能渗到根部。我们将坑填成一个小丘的样子。

屠悦打打来了水，我刚想往树上浇，李文静急忙阻止，说：“如果这样，水会渗出来，那不等于零?”也对哦，那么如果在土上凿一个洞树就长不牢，屠悦平静地说：“如果将坑填成一个碗形，这样水便会渗到底下去。”于是，我们三个将多出的土挖去，这时再浇上水一定没问题。终于，皇天不负有心人，我们终大功告成了!

树终于栽完了，我们种得那一排排树，手拉着手，好像在跟我们说再见。植树是为大地做一次美容，真有意思啊!

While I was busy clearing up the books, Father came in with a glass of milk in his hand, Drink it up, boy .Father said to me gently.

I was in such a hurry that Ipaid no attention whether the milk was hot or not. I drank a mouthful and cried with the sound of the broken glass. What’s the matter.? Father asked anxiously. My dream school day starts at 8:30 a.m. It finishes at 3 p.m. so we would have a lot of time for after-school activities.

爸爸常说多阅读，会有好多好处的，就连老师也说阅读好处多多，也就是所谓的开卷有益吧。可是我却不知道阅读究竟有什么好的，在生活中到底有什么作用。

可是不久就改变了我的看法。

有一次学校组织课外知识竞赛。有一道题是这样的：树袋熊为什么浑身是香的?三个选择：A与生俱来的，B生活在清香中，C它吃了一种香的树叶，时间长了就香了。这道题我在哪见过，哦，想起来了，就是前天阅读的一篇科学论文。里面提到的，说是树袋熊爱吃桉树叶，这种树叶里有一种成分，吃多了时间长了就香了。我选了C。过了几天，试卷发下了一看，果然是C。还有好多题，我都见过，才把它们做对的。

还有一次，上作文课。老师要我们写关于劝学的文章。我就引用了一些名言、古诗。好多人都没有想到，可是我想到了。作文点评时，老师把这篇文章读给大家听，让大家学习，还表扬我爱读书呢。这些都是我平时多阅读多积累的效果。

我终于明白了，阅读能让我们多补充课外知识，写出好的文章。当然最重要的是阅读让生活变得更精彩。所以说阅读好处多多。
