我们参观的第一个景点是环球影城，环球影城座落在洛杉矶的好莱坞，其代表建筑是门前银白色的地球。走进影城，我们游览的第一个项目是“未来水世界”，讲述的是一群水手运用智慧战胜海盗取得胜利的故事，场面十分壮观，据说，单是这一个摄影棚，就拍出了一部旷世之作，不能不感叹当今科技的发达啊!接着，我们乘坐游览车来到了由数百个摄影棚连成的城镇区。立刻让我感到耳目一新，高楼大厦，鳞次栉比，排列着各种风格的建筑物，建筑界的瑰宝济济一堂，仿佛是一座浓缩的世界，使人心旷神怡。游览结束后，我回过头想跟它说再见时，却惊讶地呆住了，在每个建筑物后，是一个个冰冷的铁架，而那些所谓的建筑物，都只是一层布，真是逼真至极，足以以假乱真了。

在惊讶之余，我们进了一个山洞，不时传来恐龙的嚎叫声，看见人类的头骨，整个山洞弥漫着恐怖的气息。突然，石壁上出现了许多恐龙，他们悠闲自在地生活着，场面温馨，可好景不长，霸王龙来了，安逸的生活别打破了，在霸王龙的撕扯下，游览车剧烈地摇晃起来，好像散架似得。最后，游览车拖着“残肢”冲出了山洞。

迪士尼乐园是我从小向往的地方。踏进大门，映入眼帘的是卡通人物，聪明的米奇，漂亮的米尼，憨厚的高飞，可爱的唐纳德，忠诚的布鲁托……。

一座高高的假山，里面是水的世界，这就是激流勇进了，我们搭上一条船，渐渐朝山顶驶去，山洞里是无边的黑暗，只有“嗒嗒”的闹钟声才知道时间在流逝。突然，措不及防地“轰”一下，船猛然俯冲了下去，淹没在水流中的尖叫声随着船一起冲下了假山……。

此外，雪山车也是十分刺激的，一条长长的隧道里有漫天的繁星，看起来像美丽的宇宙，我们坐在车中观赏美景，正当我陶醉在如花的宇宙中时，车子像离弦的箭一般冲了出去。此时，隧道不再是美丽的宇宙，而成了一个令人毛骨悚然的黑洞，车依旧飞奔着，但轨道却翻转了九十度，渐渐向下俯冲，直到前方出现了一丝亮光，“咚”地一声，我们被重重地抛出了隧道。

游完迪士尼我们来到了丹麦城，这里是当初殖民统治时期，丹麦人的领地，因时代保留了丹麦的生活方式和建筑风格而得名。这里高大的风车随处可见，使我不禁浮想联翩，广褒的草原上有白色的野花点缀，不时传来牧人的号角，牛羊在静静地吃草，“吱呀”转的风车旁，河水潺潺地流着……。丹麦城一行使我看到与美式不同的欧式建筑风格，我不禁感慨美国果然是一个多文化、多种族的国家啊!

最后一站我们来到了久负盛名的斯坦福大学，斯坦福大学是世界一流的学府，当初是为那些因贫困而上不起学的学生创办的。我很早就想一睹它的风光，今天终于如愿以偿了。黄色拱形大门掩映在万花丛中，微风拂面带来幽幽花香沁人心脾。斯坦福大学给人以古朴典雅，置身其中，连风中也带有幽幽古韵。参观完斯坦福后，我对他有了更深的了解。东西方文化的差异，使东西方的学府也各有不同，比如：斯坦福和清华大学，斯坦福的建筑以欧美风格为主，清华则是中西结合;斯坦福的教育是开发潜能，清华在这方面尚有欠缺;斯坦福的绿化多草与花，清华则是多树木

我的故乡风景秀丽：

俗话有说“不到鼓浪屿不算到了厦门，不到日光岩不算到了鼓浪屿”――鼓浪屿坐落在厦门市区西南，隔1000多米宽的海峡与市区相望。站在渡轮码头，放眼望去，长长的海岛上，碧树迭起，葱茏吐翠，白色的、红色的楼房绚丽缤纷，高高的日光岩崛起在绿树丛中。据介绍，鼓浪屿因岛上有一中空巨石，海浪拍打，其声如鼓而得名。鼓浪屿，这座与琴声相伴的花园岛屿，犹如镶嵌在大海之中一颗耀眼的明珠，它以既久远又年轻的历史记录着过去，令人在这里沉思，同时，它又以新的面貌展示着现在，并以矫健的步伐走向世界。

我的家乡变化大：

一到厦门，啊!好美呀，那里的高楼，那里的山，最迷人的就是那海!

鼓浪屿厦门的主要景点，每个到厦门的人都会到那去游玩，鼓浪屿又成琴岛，在鼓浪屿生活的每一户人家家里都有一架钢琴。之后我们到了郑成功纪念馆，你知道郑是谁吗?他就是收复台湾的英雄人物。我们看到了他的雕像，一眼望去，他是多么的壮观。来到海边，我迫不及待地换好衣服，奔向大海，望着对面的宝岛台湾，看着中国的两大门厦门和金门，我投入了无限的遐想，我想用不了多久台湾人民就能投入到祖国母亲的怀抱，一国两制，统一中国。这迷人的大海，我不禁陶醉了，一个大浪冲来，海水打到我的嘴里，啊，海水还真的是咸的呀!

暑假终于到来了，我们全家终于有机会一起出门游玩了，所以妈妈要带我们去厦门旅游。和我们一起去的还有爸爸、奶奶和姥姥，我的心里写满了期待，厦门之旅会是什么样子的呢?

导游告诉我们南普陀寺是厦门著名古刹，居于鹭岛名山五老峰前，背依秀奇群峰，面临碧澄海港，风景绝佳。始建于唐代，为闽南佛教胜地之一。寺内天王殿、大雄宝殿、大悲殿建筑精美，雄伟宏丽，各殿供奉弥勒、三世尊佛等。藏经阁珍藏佛教文物丰富多彩，有经典、佛像、宋代铜钟、古书等，明万历年间血书《妙法莲花经》和何朝宗名作白瓷观音等最为名贵。寺宇周围保留众多题刻，著名的有明万历陈第、沈有容题名石刻和清乾隆御制碑。寺后崖壁“佛”字石刻，高一丈四尺，宽一丈。寺后五峰屏立，松竹翠郁，岩壑幽美，号“五老凌霄”，是厦门大八景之一。

嬷嬷和老伯带我去了厦门，那里景色优美，我还看到了我从来没见过的海呢!

在早上，海水哗哗地沙地上滚来滚去，海水很暖;中午的时候，海水很烫，就像是有一个太阳生活在海里;晚上，路灯照着大海，水上没有一丝波纹，安静得像面大镜子，水很凉。

最有趣的还是坐游艇了呢!在海上行驶的时候，还会跳上跳下的呢!我在游艇上朝下一看“呀!呀!呀!有鲨鱼!”我忽然尖叫起来!再仔细一看，原来是一个叔叔在捉弄我们呢!

厦门可以让我看到蓝蓝的海水，金黄的沙滩……我觉得去厦门的那几天里，我都开心得不得了!

今天是来厦门的第二天，我们今天要去中国最美的大学厦门大学。我们坐车沿着环岛路看着美丽的风景，前往目的地。

我们来到厦门大学，一眼望去就看见好多老式的房子，门口好多人在拍照留影，我们也在那里拍了照片。

走进学校，，一路上都是老式的房子，大多数都是用于学生宿舍，我们来到一个湖旁边，那里好多好多人，湖中央还有几只黑天鹅在那里悠闲的游来游去。

我们走着走着发现已经快12点了，我们开始寻找网上评价很高的芙蓉餐厅，找了好一会终于找到了这个芙蓉餐厅，芙蓉餐厅分三层，第一.二两层大概是学生用餐的，只能刷卡，我们只能来到第三层吃饭，都已经12点30分了上面居然还人山人海，好多人还在等位置，我们等了好久才有位置坐，爸爸和2位叔叔一起行动，买票的买票，队的排队，大约花了2个小时才把所有的菜都拿齐了，而且也不好吃。

由于时间上的关系，我们吃完午饭就离开了厦门大学，沿着沙滩悠闲的逛着，在海边我们还抓了些小螃蟹，小鱼，由于，我们今天没有游泳的打算，我们都没有带泳衣，泳裤，只能稍微玩下水就会宾馆了。

“雾锁山头山锁雾，天连水尾水连天。”厦门真是个七彩的世界啊!蓝天、白云、绿树、红花、美食、建筑、美景融入厦门的七彩中。

作为七彩的厦门，厦门的三角梅是不可或缺的。厦门这里几乎家家户户都种三角梅。厦门的花之所以多，是因为这里的花开花，草开花，灌木开花，树也开花。梧桐树是喜光植物，寿命较长，它的叶、花、根及种子均可入药，种子还可以做菜及榨油。并对多种有毒气体有较强吸附性。

厦门不仅花是彩色的，建筑也是彩色的。在厦门奇特建筑双子塔里，有恐怖的密室逃脱、有西式的汉堡、有欢乐的电影院等，也许你会说这在其它地方也能见到，但集美的嘉庚建筑可是独一无二的。陈嘉庚先生在南洋22年，亲身经历了帝国主义殖民者的欺凌压迫，等到他有钱的时候，他想让孩子们上好学校，培养更多的人才来建设强大的国家，就花钱建造了厦门大学，以及很多独具闽南特色的建筑，这在其它地方是看不到的。

Last month I went to Beijing to visit one of my friends, because we haven’t seen each other for about two years and I got a holiday meanwhile. It is my first time to visit Beijing, which is always the dream city for all the Chinese. Lying at the center of Beijing， the Forbidden City， called Gu Gong， in Chinese， was the imperial palace during the Ming and Qing dynasties. Now known as the Palace Museum， it is to the north of Tiananmen Square. Rectangular in shape， it is the world‘s largest palace complex and covers 74 hectares. Surrounded by a six meter deep moat and a ten meter high wall are 9，999 buildings. The wall has a gate on each side. Opposite the Tiananmen Gate， to the north is the Gate of Devine Might (Shenwumen)， which faces Jingshan Park. The distance between these two gates is 960 meters， while the distance between the gates in the east and west walls is 750 meters. There are unique and delicately structured towers on each of the four corners of the curtain wall. These afford views over both the palace and the city outside. The Forbidden City is divided into two parts. The southern section， or the Outer Court was where the emperor exercised his supreme power over the nation. The northern section， or the Inner Court was where he lived with his royal family. Until 1924 when the last emperor of China was driven from the Inner Court， fourteen emperors of the Ming dynasty and ten emperors of the Qing dynasty had reigned here. Having been the imperial palace for some five centuries， it houses numerous rare treasures and curiosities. Listed by UNESCO as a World Cultural Heritage Site in 1987， the Palace Museum is now one of the most popular tourist attractions world wide.

Construction of the palace complex began in 1407， the 5th year of the Yongle reign of the third emperor of the Ming dynasty. It was completed fourteen years later in 1420. It was said that a million workers including one hundred thousand artisans were driven into the long-term hard labor. Stone needed was quarried from Fangshan， a suburb of Beijing. It was said a well was dug every fifty meters along the road in order to pour water onto the road in winter to slide huge stones on ice into the city. Huge amounts of timber and other materials were freighted from faraway provinces. Ancient Chinese people displayed their very considerable skills in building the Forbidden City. Take the grand red city wall for example. It has an 8.6 meters wide base reducing to 6.66 meters wide at the top. The angular shape of the wall totally frustrates attempts to climb it. The bricks were made from white lime and glutinous rice while the cement is made from glutinous rice and egg whites. These incredible materials make the wall extraordinarily strong.

Since yellow is the symbol of the royal family， it is the dominant color in the Forbidden City. Roofs are built with yellow glazed tiles; decorations in the palace are painted yellow; even the bricks on the ground are made yellow by a special process. However， there is one exception. Wenyuange， the royal library， has a black roof. The reason is that it was believed black represented water then and could extinguish fire.

Nowadays， the Forbidden City， or the Palace Museum is open to tourists from home and abroad. Splendid painted decoration on these royal architectural wonders， the grand and deluxe halls， with their surprisingly magnificent treasures will certainly satisfy "modern civilians".
